There was a loud rumbling noise coming from upstairs, for about 2 hours at 12am. The pool water was green and dirty. The hot tub wasnt working, cold, and dirty. The carpet/room had a very strong 'deoderizer perfume smell, (like over powering, maybe trying to cover up another smell) carpet and bathroom floors had a stickiness to them. Not great. Breakfast was gross. Dried up sausage pucks.

The room was very damp and smelled like musk when we walked in. Everything was wet. The extra pull out bed which was the reason we chose the room had no bedding, no pillows, etc. it was just a bare mattress. When we called the front desk they said they’d see if they had anything but we needed to go to the front to get it. Mind you, it was 10pm and this hotel is made up of 8 different buildings. Someone should have walked it to our room… Also, got the hotel because there was a pool… on the phone two days BEFORE getting there I confirmed they had a pool, the person did not state anything about the pool not working. Picture below. That did not happen in two days, the person should have said it was not working! Traveling with kids you know how disappointing it was for us to walk to the pool to see that! Breakfast was absolutely minimal but kids still ate. There was a kitchen table in the hotel with no chairs. It’s $10 a night for parking - which is super reasonable IF you could park near your rooms but you cannot, there are like long term people living here with other people over and all parking taken, it was strange. Positives, the shower had great pressure, the main bed was comfortable, and there was a half basketball court next to the not-working pool. Overall we would not stay again. For how poor it was, we could have spent the $150 a night to stay right down the street, somewhere much nicer. Which we will do next time.

This is a dirty property. Poor housekeeping, poor facility maintenance. Out of order washers and dryers. The market wasn’t stocked. Staff are trying, but this place is a dump, even for a low price. During our stay there were people parked in the lot clearly living out of their vehicles. Don’t stay.

Very nice hotel. But so many stairs!! And the pool looked yellow in the deep like it was not cleaned in a while. Needed a pool after walking to the little lighthouse and back in 80 degrees. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Front desk people were all super nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious, with a pull out couch , fridge and desk..Nice hot breakfast. Pool, bbq and basketball court was nice. The $10 a night for parking was the strangest thing i have ever heard of for a hotel out in a suburb/non big city area

It is a very nice property, however upon arrival I was told there was a $10.00 a night parking fee. For this location that is ridiculous. She did wave after I complained. Also at breakfast it was very busy and there was no one doing any cleaning of tables or the food area. Kind of gross.

The staff were very professional. When we asked about the pool and hot tub, they were unsure the hours. The next morning, we see that both the pool and hot tub had not been cleaned all year long. It was green and brown and we never got to use them. The person parked next to us, was smoking marijuana the whole time in their car. The only hot breakfast was only eggs and sausage.

Nice place and good staff. The breakfast room was clean and well supplied. Three of the four washing machines were in need of repair which should be looked at.

Found the doors closing to be very disruptive all night long Voices carried as well - listened to a few conversations that I would have liked to sleep through Pool was closed (which is fine but we didn’t know) and we would have chosen a different property if we had been informed Overall won’t stay here again despite it beening clean and friendly

I was very disappointed with my stay. When we walked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away — I could smell it all night and into the morning. The carpets were wet, the bedding had stains, and the shower was unclean, with no tub, just a floor shower. After just a few minutes of being in the hotel my son’s hands were covered in noticeable dirt and grime. After reading other reviews it seems the uncleanliness in the rooms has been ongoing for several months to years, I don’t know how they are still in business. The wifi was the worst hotel wifi i’ve ever had to experience out of every hotel i’ve been too in my life. Overall, the room felt dirty and possibly moldy, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

What I like is the kitchen. What I don’t like is cleanliness of the carpet. The towels smell bad. There are molds on the ceiling. Bedsheets are dirty. Looks like they were not changed for a long time.

I was disappointed to find our room dirty and smelly upon arrival. The bed linens and towels were all clean, but there was a dank, musty smell in the room, as if the room had been flooded at some point. The smell was the worst near the bed, which was unfortunate because it made sleeping difficult. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen were also dirty and there were bits of food debris under the sink. The dishes were also dirty. Luckily we had paper plates and plastic cutlery to use instead. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and difficult to shut off. Lastly, we were told we could have a 12:30pm check out time, but the cleaning staff came by bugging us to leave the room at 12pm.

Our first room had a very overwhelming musty smell, so we requested a new room. The staff was great and got us a new room quickly. However this room also smelled musty, but was bearable. Not sure if this is true of all rooms, but was our experience.

The unit was not very clean with stains on the sofa. The four-night stay required that we called for clean towels each time. Disappointing for a Marriott.

I found that the layout of the room was convoluted and there were many times where the TV had to be moved as it was in the way of the closet or access to the desk. The toilet kept getting stuck and we had to remove the lid to push it to refill and I noticed that the outlet next to the bed was not able to charge my phone properly. I also found that the lighting in the room was very poor. I was not able to see properly in the room to begin with and when I dropped the backing to my earring, I was not able to find it again. The lighting was so poor with the dark carpet. I knew I would never find it again and I didn't wear earrings to the wedding I was there for because of it. It was hard to see my color options and do my make up properly. I also was very upset to see a bill for parking, I was not told that there would be a parking fee at all let alone per day. I also do not understand why you would have a parking fee as it is not an area where there is easy access to public transport, so obviously people will have a car. I was there for 3 nights and there was not one visit by the housekeeping staff.

The hide a bed mattress was horrible. Period

I could hear the people above us walking normally, baby crying and the toilet paper holder was broken off and just hanging there. Odd room setup too.

Only there one night but it seemed like a longer stay there would not have been uncomfortable. The room came with a kitchen and they have appliances you can borrow to cook with. Water took a while to get warm in the shower. Bring an HDMI cable if you want to hook something to the TV. Very quiet, forgot we even had neighbors

One of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept in while on the road. Friendly staff and very clean. We would stay there again anytime we are in the area.

When I went to the counter to check in they said they had no studios available, I said Expedia shows at least 4 (and continued to show available all night), they said they were oversold and Expedia always does that). I had to book a higher category at an additional $50. USD a night, (King suite that was not great) (upsell???). Couldn't log onto the the Wi-Fi unless you are a Marriott Bonvoy member so no free internet and I was out of data so I could not even sign up (I tried with no success). Toilet seat was broken, only place open on a Friday night at 9pm for food was a bar close by. Toilet seat broken and a fowl smell in the room, limited toiletries in the room. Car alarms going off all night, and breakfast was VERY minimal. Walked past the pool....it was GREEN, Won't go back.

Had to make our own sofa bed, charge for parking. Breakfast was ample. Sofa bed NOT comfortable for the 3rd adult. Conditioner bottle was empty in shower.

Enjoy having the kitchenette, like most hotels, the windows don’t open and it’s difficult to get the correct temperature in the room.

The tub was clogged and I tried to call the front desk and wasn’t able to get through. I finally walked to the front desk and asked to switch rooms, but the clerk said that they would just send maintenance when they could. We didn’t want to wait as we needed a shower, so we just took a shower in the bin-draining tub… pretty frustrated

Stay booked for 3/25 to 3/27/25. I paid the rate for the hotel which I read should have included taxes and fees. When I checked out of the hotel on 3/27 I was charged an addition parking fee (should have been included with original hotels.com charge) of $21. I believe I should be refunded the $21 parking fee. If instead the parking fee is separate than an explanation should have been offered or the price should not have indicated that it was our total including taxes and fees.

When arrived about 9 PM, we were being dropped off and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. At this point, if we hadn’t booked through Expedia we would have canceled. There was random stuff sitting around the lobby and the check in desk area was messy and unkept. There was a sticky note at the counter saying they would be back. The lady was not friendly and didn’t apologize when she finally got back. Since we had people dropping us off they’ve been waiting all this time, she shows us how to get back to where the room is, which is way around the building. There were a lot of questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Inside the room itself, the walls were dirty, the carpet felt wet when you put your feet on it and looked dirty. The room smelled odd. There are doors connecting to other rooms and the locks were loose. When someone knocked on our door the lock fell open. Overall, it was just a bad experience. One positive I will say when we were leaving about 4 am for a flight, the person who checked us out was very kind and helpful.

Frenchmen, the front desk manager was lovely and extremely helpful. The room was great but there was no bedding available for the pull out couch and we got in very late from concert.

I had a reservation for 3 days and when I checked in they had no rooms. Reservation had been in for 2 weeks and nothing? Last time I’ll stay at a Marriott. Crazy BS.

When we arrived at the hotel our room had been sold. They had oversold the rooms by 10 rooms. We had to find another hotel. Orbitz and the property were no help at all.

It’s hard to give a good rating when you arrive at 11:45pm after a long trip and you’re met with- “I have to do a computer backup that’s going to take 15minutes” Then you finally get to the room and there’s not enough linen or towels and front desk clerk says we are simply out of linen. So you sleep on a bare mattress because you are just too exhausted. Room was ok, breakfast was average but overall a negative experience.

The property is great. Excellent amenities and restaurants near by. Mini market and convenience stores near by as well.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Convenient location for accessing airport. Breakfast wasn’t great. They charged a fee to park my car while staying there, ridiculous.

I stayed one day and it was perfect for me. price was great, really quiet and next to an awesome pizza place.

Great location for a stay before or after a plane flight at Paine field. Property is nicely laid out and there are places within walking distance to eat or grab a drink.

The property was very nice. However, there we very little healthy options at the breakfast bar. Specifically the yogurt - almost pure sugar.

Hotel stay was comfortable although our biggest beef was that we were charged to park our vehicle overnight. It was not declared at the time of booking and we only realized it on our credit card statement. I’m not sure why do they need to charge for parking when there is free street parking available right in front of hotel. Its not like this hotel is on Vegas strip that they can get away with charging for parking. Further, hotel reservation said hot breakfast is available for everyone. To our surprise, there was no hot breakfast, just some cereals and muffins. Not staying again.

Just a few minute drive to the lovely coast and lighthouse, restaurants, and beautiful park/forest trail is within walking distance. Hotel has nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast could use some improvement, as well as the jets in the hot tub (very weak) but everything else was great! We'd come back again!

This is my go-to place to stay in the area (4th stay). The suite layout and comfortable beds are fantastic. There's no restaurant on premises, but plenty in the immediate area. They have a breakfast bar in the AM with cereals, bfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. I'm sure I'll be staying here at my next trip to the area.

Nice area and setup, felt more like a small resort than a hotel. Good service, friendly staff, great outdoor pool area and a great breakfast. Would stay here again in the future.
