Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa

I want to share an exceptional experience we had during our stay. During breakfast, my mom accidentally dropped her ring into the pond below the breakfast area. One of the hotel staff members, Bryan—who works in the breakfast service area—immediately went above and beyond to help us. Without hesitation, he got into the water, even dipping his legs and arms in, searching thoroughly for the ring. His dedication and kindness were truly remarkable. Unfortunately, we had to leave shortly after to catch our flight, and we weren’t able to find it before departing. While on our way to the airport, we received a truly unexpected and wonderful call from a trainee (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name), one of the English-speaking attendants at the hotel. He informed us that they had found the ring and were arranging to bring it to us at the airport. We are deeply grateful for the entire team’s effort, kindness, and incredible service. Bryan’s determination and the staff’s quick follow-up turned what could have been a heartbreaking situation into an unforgettable example of outstanding hospitality. Thank you all so much.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! I can see why it gets such high points

The hotel room was great, and the entire hotel was very neat and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, they truly made our stay feel special and gave us a wonderful overall experience. Breakfast offered a selection of continental options, which was a nice way to start the day. We also visited their spa, where we had a great experience with the massage and felt very well taken care of throughout the treatment - We can definitely recommend choosing the hotel's own spa. One thing to be aware of is that there can be a lot of noise from the street outside (also at night).

Staff are superb and very welcoming. Hotel is on a VERY busy road so its best to book a room with no windows. Wide selection of items for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, but a bit tired in places. Booked a trip via the hotel which did not go well, albeit hotel staff tried hard to rectify afterwards. Only a small hotel so staff soon get to know you and even offer to do a carry out breakfast for you if leaving early. Very central hotel with all main sights within walking distance. Would stay again, just wouldn’t book any day trips
