It was ok but the carpet needs a deep clean. Felt sticky and pubes left in tub. The shower curtain was slimy and needs replacing. The shower head could use a replacement. Roach feces on the plug outlet. Bedside lamp didnt work. The bed was comfortable. I likes that there was a shell and a chevron literally in the parking lot. We couldnt find a vending machine in the hotel. Id stay again but they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms.

First of all there were ladybugs all over the windows and ceilings. This was not just one room when I asked for another room I was taken to about 5 other rooms that all had ladybugs in them. I can’t make this up. Also, all of the rooms that I was shown, including the final one that we actually slept in, all had floor plank swells. The floors were messed up in all of them. The manager told me that they would be doing renovations soon. I am not sure how true that was. I do know we will not being staying at this hotel ever again, if we can help it!!!! They did give me my money back for the other night that we were supposed to stay. I really want my money back for the horrible experience. My wife would not even sleep in the bed. She slept at the desk because she did not feel comfortable sleeping in a bed at a hotel that had bugs in the room. Please send me my money back. Thanks

The people are friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. They need bathtub slip mats. Great value for the money. It's a rural spot but there are activities and food not far away. See the roadside art at nearby Bird's Farm in Forkland.

The water was out during my stay. We were told that the county water system was under repair on New Year's Eve which I find hard to believe, because the gas station next door water was fine. The desk clerk was friendly. He offered to change our room, but the room was in bad shape. We went back to our original room and the water still didn't come on until after we left. We should have been notified before booking. That will be the last time I stay there.

This worked out well for a road trip from Dallas to Atlanta. Quiet location, great water pressure in the shower. Looks like they were renovating because there were piles of furniture in the hallway. Our room was clean, but in need of new flooring. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. Breakfast was the usual waffle, cereal, pastry, yogurt buffet style. It was a perfectly fine stay.

The room was horrible. The sheets, hand towels, bath towels appeared to not have been washed. The smell of the room made us sick. When my husband pulled the sheets back, he killed some type of bug. The only reason we stayed was it was storming, and we couldn't see to drive at night. I am requesting a refund for the room. It was over $200.00 for one night. Which was ridiculous. This was in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Terrible. Don’t think that you’re getting a good deal. It was disgusting. Mold everywhere, even ‘non smoking’ was smoke smells. Mysterious substance all over walls. Ew.

did not eat the breakfast, was very simple items available nothing worth grabbing. air in the room had a very musty smell staff upon check in was not at desk had to wait and was on his personal phone with it on speaker the entire time of our check in.

The Breakfast food could have been a more variety. Housekeeping Cleaning Staff could have been more pleasant when I asked for some extra clean Towels they only wanted to give me a limit. As for as my room we had some extra visitors BUGS, and a couple of the floor panels was loose and not glued together. The bathroom sink was draining out slowly.

It was basic… Furniture, remote and curtains had dried food/stains. Bathroom was very clean though. The doors to rooms had huge gaps at the bottom making noise from the hall very annoying.

I had a a last minute trip and this was the only place available so it got the job done. If you planned to stay here though nobody was at the front desk ever. The doors and walls were pretty much destroyed and just had drywall plaster over it and mold in the walls. The wallas and doors are so thing you can literally here everyone around you talking and there tvs there’s little privacy

Floor was coming off not keep up asked for extra towels was told have to turn one in to get one felt lick I was being called a thief was breakfast was 6am to 9am got there at 7am was tol that was it had to beg to get more added to it overall will never go back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The stay was actually pretty good. Upon getting home I see 2 charges come through my account and when I called to ask why. I was put on hold for a bit then was told that was the per night fee. Seems like something was changed because why would you not do one transaction for my whole stay. Before you swipe make sure you know how many times they are going to charge your card. If this confusion would not have happened it would have been 5 stars

Very disappointed in the customer service. My son got into a horrible ATV accident and broke his collarbone which led to having emergency surgery. He lives in Central Florida and does not have a girlfriend/wife to help him or drive him from the hospital, nor take care of him. Of which I called the hotel requesting a change in the date, as I had to be there to take care of my son. He refused stated he didn’t care as it’s non refundable for any reason. So the hotel got money for doing nothing, nor did we stay there.
