Bathroom was dirty, carpet was dirty, mattress was so hard and so uncomfortable, bedding was so thin and uncomfortable. So disappointed for the price

The pool and hot tub were freezing. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem concerned. They said it’s probably broken and will have to be drained and refilled so it will probably be out for a couple days. The maintenance did end up fixing it and it warmed up a bit but not enough to enjoy it.

Yes, bugs in the room. Staff was poor becauce of taking care of the bugs.parking was good. Dont drink so dont know about the bar. We left 4 hours after we got there. We expect to get our money back for the 2 days. Very disapointed. It was our 55 Anniversary. So it was a left down.
