Room was upstairs, no elevator and stairs were narrow and steep. Bed was comfortable. My husband actually had to do some repairs on the bathroom door hinge screws so the door would fully close. Almost all the outlets in the room were loose or not functioning at all. The motel shouldn't advertise breakfast buffet - we got there towards the end of the time, but there were about 3 small pre-packaged honey buns, some fruit (apples and oranges) and some cereal. There was a waffle maker, but we didn't use it. Ate elsewhere.

The hotel was used as some kind of government housing. People lived there. Lots of drinking/ weed use outdoors. Fairly shady looking people all over the place. Would not recommend for single female travelers. The bed was also terrible. Maybe 6inches thick and all you could feel were the springs. VERY LOUD/ uncomfortable. Site also did not have an elevator and the handrails were sketchy. Very slippery steps.

The room smelled like old dirty mop when we walked in.. the A/C had a crack in it.. the walls were stained and dirty. There were 2 cockroaches. The gave us a handicapped room i dont know why. The shower head has mold. Never staying here ever again. WASTE OF MONEY

On ground floor; very damp and musty with a lot of mould spores, including on the teabags which could have been changed; paint peeling away; bed very uncomfortable; no housekeeping for 3 days; phone didn’t work; poor WiFi signal; and television cut in and out.

Hotel…..better description would be Motel. Extremely old accommodations. Requires a renovation badly. Room might be acceptable for someone who just requires a bed for the night. Room had really strong smell of cleaning products…..sink was cracked and patched with silicone. Extractor fan/light in bathroom was full of dust and appeared to be ready to fall off the ceiling. 1 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Hotel was better than most ice machine definitely too far away from our room. We would have to drive up there due to some handicap issues. Mattress could stand to be a little newer but overall this hotel was better than most and I think with some upgrades it would be something I would consider in the future.

It was adequate for our needs, but had a little run down feeling. The layout and arrangement of the room was poorly conceived, as the space was not well used. I think of the last remodeling as being budget-llimited. The furniture required a wall-mounted TV, but the TV was placed on what might have been a desk. A real dearth of table and shelf space, no drawers. We got by.

Front desk personnel not overly friendly. Very stand offish. Checked in after 8pm , no inside check in...done from behind glass and a brick used to cover hole to transfer cards/ paperwork. I understand safety may be an issue, but felt like checking in to visit a prisoner .

The floors were soaking wet and took along time to dry. The room was extremely damp and dank. Even the sheets felt damp. The shower drain was extremely slow. The beds were supposed to be two double beds, but they were the size of a twin and a half, they didn’t even fully cover the bed springs which were exposed under the mattresses. The receptionist hardly spoke a word and didn’t bother to tell us when or where the breakfast was. I would not recommend this place and will not stay there again.

This was a good stay and very convenient to Blue Springs State Park. The room was clean. To be honest for the price I paid I did not expect it to be as nice as it was. It was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again if in the area.

Overall, it was very good. There were two things I could comment on. I suspect whoever was in the room before me was not happy with the room or perhaps life. I saw coffee grounds where you put the water fill in the pot. Stupid. The sink backed up and I suspect whoever must have dumped the coffee grounds down the sink. This is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast that is offered is OK. I would have preferred a more substantial breakfast, ie eggs and toast. The room and bathroom were clean. At this price point - in comparison, everything was more than satisfying.

The one positive thing is that the pet fee is only $15 USD per pet compared to previous hotels i had stayed at. However it was not clean and it seemed like there was a layer of filth on everything from the floors to the sheets. I booked this hotel because it claimed it offered a "buffet breakfast" but upon arrival to the breakfast area in the morning i discovered it was a waffle maker that didn\'t work, coffee with a chlorinated taste and honey buns. That was it. To make matters worse, all the lights in the room were flickering on and off throughout our stay and the shower rod was broken. Overall, not a positive experience. I had never wanted to check out so quickly before.

Loud party at night in parking lot from workers in trucks staying there. Terrible breakfast. Non-working waffle maker, you guess when its done. Only options besides are yogurt, fruit, honey buns and cereal. So much for the "hot breakfast advertised on Expedia. No bread, bagels etc. Felt unsafe with all the noise in parking lot late at night! Doors had spaces around and not sealed. You get what you pay for!

The brochure looks alot different the what is shown. It claimed it has a buffet style breakfast, according the photos in thr brochure. It only had coffee and waffles. It totally misleading and Expedia honors them. They should check the structure before the consumer in mislead
