Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. 93 degrees out. Could not get in room until exactly 3pm even though all rooms were ready.

Found the property clean, well kept, compact, but convenient. Handicap accessible pool, nice pool area. Upstairs got very warm, and the older AC struggled keeping it cool, also a little musty. Backside of the property had a picnic table in over grown weeds, landscaping this area would create another sitting area

Second time staying here and enjoyed it again. Heated outdoor pool is great, the 2 level family suites are great woth everything you need. A Walgreens and burger king are walking distance and the free bus for the Bay is across the road which is awesome. We'll be back again.

Located on a busy road across from bay- need to travel for beach access. Washroom and sofa needs upgrade. It was loud with neighbors outside and in next door unit- you can hear everything. No staff prior to checking or after sunset. They have a pool and queen suites have equipped kitchen and many beds with closets.

Four of us stayed in the Family Suite with the 2 bedrooms and we loved it! Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great too - very clean and without the old chlorine stink of a lot of other hotel/motel pools. Close enough to downtown Traverse City to make it easy to get to. Very friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're up this way.

The motel was nice and quiet. Furniture was outdated but we had everything we needed. The room had a weird smell but that was the only major complaint. It had a good amount of space, was nice to have the pool to ourselves, good area and many things to do nearby.

Very quaint, apartment-like hotel. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge--even came with ice in the freezer in little cube trays! My only complaint was that the bathtub faucet wouldn't stop dripping the whole stay (very minor issue). Otherwise very clean, comfortable (beds were overly firm though) and cozy. Would recommend!

I guess I should have read the description more closely. This was an embarassment. Absolutely no staff. Had an envelope with a key in it. This was at 4 in the afternoon. Small rooms. clean but felt uncared for. Right on the main drag.

The stay was amazing. I had called earlier in the day to make sure our reservation was good and had told the nice lady on the phone that it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. She went out of her way to make sure there was a cake in our room! Either way I lived it. I got the queen suite and was nice cozy and clean!

Nice location for us. Did not spend a lot of time in the unit since we were out fishing most of the time Unit was quiet at night and enjoyed being outside at the Gazebo playing cards after fishing Gal at front office was very nice and helpful

Megan, the assistant manager, complained that she was too busy to take my call when I called for reservations. She told me she, alone, had to clean all the rooms and was working until 930 PM that night. She was very negative when I asked if there was room for my boat. The other staff was great during my check in and stay. The only time I saw MEgan was on check out, and I am pretty sure I did not miss anything
