The manager Kim was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us with getting to and from the Ranger’s stadium and the hotel by telling us of some options. She then gave us tickets for the Trolley. It was PERFECT and made our entire day so much easier. She is very caring to her guests. We Will stay at Spring Hill again if we are in the area mostly because of her!

Hotel was fine, but the hot water was out and had been out for a few days prior to my stay. If there would have been a heads up, I would have appreciated the forewarning and had time to make other arrangements. Instead I had to call them and ask if they knew the hot water was out and they said, “Yeah, it’s been like that for a few days now.”

Worst hotel vist for me and my family. The hotel had no hot water, the bathroom door didn't close and the staff said the water was just fixed every hr for 12 hrs. Had to worm water in microwave to give kids baths.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. They emailed us on the day we were checking in that there was no hot water and offered for us to cancel our reservation with no cancellation fee. It was too late for us to reschedule since we would be arriving in a few hours, so I asked for a partial refund. They refunded me about 1/2 of one night and my stay was for three nights. Everyday they said to expect the hot water to be fixed around 6pm, but the water was always ice cold. Other than the water issue, the staff were very nice and we had breakfast everyday. The room was nice as well, but there was a stain on the desk.

Now looking at how much we paid, we can't really complain. We decided to get something cheap. The room was nice but it was really disturbing to find a cockroach in our bathroom. I am a country girl so I was not terribly terrified but I was showering and honestly just in fear the roach would decide to fly as I am showering.

We had to change rooms upon arrival as it smelled very musty upon arrival. Second room was better but we learned we had to keep the air on to keep mustiness away. We had to request a room clean as it is not done daily. Breakfast was decent. We came for an extended stay after going to football game. Walkable to stadium. The room was filthy. For starters the bathroom was littered with mold and pubic hairs, around the toilet base and in the shower. The shower door was missing and instead of replacing they put a moldy shower curtain in its place. Secondly, the room had trash under the desk. The fridge didn’t work and the door had a visible 1/4-1/2” gal init to the hallway. Had a rowdy bunch of kids runny back in forth upstairs from our room from midnight to 6am. Banging and jumping and laughing. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it despite being “quiet hours”. The bedding given for the pull out sofa was ripped and smelt as if it hasn’t been washed in a month. Overall very disappointed in the room and amenities. Only thing that eased the high price tag was exceptional service from the kid at the front named Thomas.

Easy access from highways, close to good places to eat and Texas Live is nearby. Had to change rooms 4 times when I checked because of AC not working and locks, but ended up with a good room that was clean and comfy. Front desk apologized for the room changes and informed that a renovation of the facilities has been scheduled. Breakfast could use a little more pizzaz because they served exact same things during my whole stay that week. Staff is VERY friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I chose to stay here due to the positive reviews to only be highly disappointed. After driving for hours, we just wanted to get some rest. Arrived around midnight and by 3am our room was so hot that we couldn't sleep. We were put in another room. The lock was broken but at 3am we didnt want to change rooms again so we stayed in rm #2. We had the ceiling fan on and it was wobbly and making a loud noise, needs to be replaced. Our stay was miserable. We did not rest or sleep at all. Will not stay there again.

I called on check in day at 10:45 am to see if we could get a 2 hour early check in and how much it would be extra. The woman on the phone told me no charge but it would depend on availability and to call back after noon. I called back at 1:15 pm and a young gentleman named Jonathan said yes a room would be ready at 2pm. We get there and people were checking in right and left then i get up to the counter and a female employee jumps in and says nope check in is at 3pm. I told her I was told our room would be ready at 2 and it was 2. She said well he shouldn't have told you that, sorry. Which okay he made a mistake but they continued to check other people in but would not check us in. Then finally they told us at 2:30 that we could check in. We get up to the hall our room is on and ice machine is broken. Go into our room and there is not one working light in the sleeping area. There were lights on nightstand and on the bed itself but none of them worked. They gave us 3 towels even though we were a party of five. This is the most unprofessional and worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not be back.

The coffee was good. The TV did not work, just static. The room Air Conditioning did not work in the room. The room was ok just never got cold. When we checked in it was fine, but got back after the concert, was ready for bed and not in the mood to fight with the staff. Good location to ATT.

Overall we had a great stay. The breakfast wasn’t great. First morning was good second morning the only option was pancakes. The bathroom in our room needed some touch ups. Paint was peeling but the room itself was great. No microwave in the room and the refrigerator was just sitting on the floor. I would stay here again.

There was no fridge in the room, so had to notify the staff 4 times before a fridge was finally delivered and installed. Some others that were with me didn’t have a microwave in their room. The staff was nice but didn’t really offer any options. I finally got a fridge my last 24 hours of my 72 hour stay.

The wonderful greeting and kindness of our check-in was a real blessing on a tough day. We were spending the night close to hospital for a very ill family member. The clerk made the day much lighter and it was so appreciated

When we checked in we were told we had one day of freshness service through out our stay ( 3 nights) I requested one day and they never went to clean the room , not picking the trash or change the towels for clean ones. The trash cans in the hallways were full of trash for two days. The carpet in the room had a funky smell and the room was muggy. The staff was nice and one of the front desk lady apologized when I complaint about not getting a cleaning service in our room and she gave me a set of fresh towels.

Property location was good and real convenient. Bad part was the front desk think his name was josh. He was rude. I understand rooms were full be he didnt bother looking up on the computer if we can move to another room he just said no. With out looking at any info on computer. The staff at this hotel was AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful. We just wrapped up a long baseball season so we have stayed at MANY hotels this summer and your staff was hands down the best! We loved our stay here and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great! Thank you!

The woman on the phone told me no charge but it would depend on availability and to call back after noon. I called back at 1:15 pm and a young gentleman named Jonathan said yes a room would be ready at 2pm. We get there and people were checking in right and left then i get up to the counter and a female employee jumps in and says nope check in is at 3pm. I told her I was told our room would be ready at 2 and it was 2. She said well he shouldn't have told you that, sorry. Which okay he made a mistake but they continued to check other people in but would not check us in. Then finally they told us at 2:30 that we could check in. We get up to the hall our room is on and ice machine is broken. Go into our room and there is not one working light in the sleeping area. There were lights on nightstand and on the bed itself but none of them worked. They gave us 3 towels even though we were a party of five. This is the most unprofessional and worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not be back.

We showed up early but Jonathan was a huge help. The whole staff was super helpful and friendly. Cathy helped us during breakfast. She had great customer service. But overall everyone was amazing, but Cathy and Jonathan stood out the most. The only problem we had was that the bathroom. Didnt lock.

I never checked in - I canceled the hotel due to family reasons and the staff were very rude about it - they told me to contact expedia and expedia told me to contact the hotel - I still got charges for the night!! I also called Marriot App for help and got not assistance -I was referred back to the hotel - I spent 2 hours on the phone and gave up!

Our 3 day stay was great. It was perfect location for a Rangers game on Friday and Hurricane Harbor on Saturday. Both in walking distance so it was great for my family.

I would highly recommend Springhill in Arlington. Rooms are very nice, quiet, and most of all CLEAN. Front desk was very nice and helpful. We love a great deal (price point) on a hotel stay, and this place was spot on. Very reasonable with the price, clean and kind staff. Breakfast was an absolute plus. Many places offer weak coffee and a waffle. Springhill offered eggs, sausage, oatmeal and other healthy options.

The staff was very pleasant and attentive however the hotel was under renovations so that was an inconvenience to use alternate doors further from my room. The entire hotel smelled like mildew, my room was hot and AC didn’t cool to a comfortable temp of my liking until 3rd day which was the day I left. Breakfast was also disgusting, eggs should not be watery and bread products were stale. I will not be bringing my family back to this hotel.

I used the Hotels.com app for the first time. I had seen their advertisement on T.V. and I figured that I would check it out. Turns out that I found that the app is easy to navigate, and am able to look at reviews that prior customers. I found the hotel to be clean other than the elevators. I don't pin this point on the hotel, but I blame it on parents by allowing their children to get out of the pool then walk in to the hotel with wet clothes dripping water on the elevator and floors. All in all, we had a great time and experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the ATT Stadium was 4 minutes from the hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast food was great, having plenty options of food to chose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has an outside pool which is nice for kids.

It was great other than oatmeal was so clumpy not good enough to eat I ask the worker there are you going to add water to it he said yes he added 1/2 cup of water needed more like a quart of water that’s how thick it was. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Water took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was not very good. No waffles on weekends. They had some quiche that was very unappealing and did put out some frozen sausage biscuits. We decided cereal was best choice. If you want breakfast just door dash you will be better off.
