Spacious rooms, clean rooms and everything was in working order. We had young kids and it was very close to Hollywood star walk. The pool is not overly large. The morning breakfast is definitely a money saver and was well loved by the kids. Will definitely stay again!

The reason I’m giving it a lower score is because they don’t tell you about parking they charge you a $45 dollar fee on top of the room per night for valet they should disclose there is no parking and you have to pay for valet

The property is well located and close to universal studios and Dolby theatre annf has a nice buffet breakfast included, staff were really friendly - the only thing to plan is that laundry is only open between 8am and 8pm so need to plan if need to do washing

Close to the city center and downtown. The staff was great and accommodating. Valet parking only available additional $45. 4th floor was convenient to fitness center, dining and a lounge to entertain friends if they wanted to visit you. They have $20 parking valet for first 2hrs and $45 beyond.

Parking is terrible. I parked my car where the valet told me to. I got to my room which took two elevators to get to. Shortly after I get a call that the valet needs my keys so I had to go back down and waited for the valet to appear. They could have just asked for the keys when I checked in. The property is clean and looks newly updated and the room was spacious.

We were in town to do the Hollywood walk of fame and tours. This hotel is 3-4 blocks from Hollywood blvd, a short walk to the main area of tourism. The breakfast was fantastic, the security was great, pool was well heated for my son to swim in, the shower was fantastic. There are plenty of food options near by as well. If I ever come back to LA this will definitely be the place we will be staying at again. I wish I could rate higher.

The price for in and out valet is now $45 daily. Check in and out were efficient, and front desk staff congenial and helpful. Elevator A services up to the 5th floor and elevator B floor 4 (where the standard continental breakfast and pool are) and higher floors. Rm was clean, quiet and smoke free. BR had Dove soap,shampoo/conditioner. Request by 11am to have rm made up. No makeup mirror. Shower head is fixed and grab bar installed. There was a hair dryer, compact frig, iron and ironing board, work desk. Lighting is fine. Electric plug slot is slightly loose but functional. Samsung rm air conditioner was efficient. There is an ice machine but didn’t find a vending machine mentioned on the sign. Felt safe walking back with the crowd from a night performance at Hollywood Bowl and about 2 long blocks from Hollywood Walk of Fame.

We stayed 4 nights and paid an extra $300 in "hotel service fee" and mandatory vallet parking fees. Our room smelt like mold an pee. There is no airflow in there. You have to turn the ac on, but then it smells worse. Or, you have to open the window and listen to thousands of cars and motorcycles, with honking every 7 seconds. The continental breakfast was the lowest grade. Most of the staff was very nice at least.

It’s a nice enough hotel, due to the valet parking it was perfect for arriving late and feeling safe. Unfortunately the cockroach greeting us in our bathroom really made us uncomfortable and fortunately had only booked one night. If you have them on the top floor then you have them everywhere.

My husband and I went to a concert at Hollywood Bowl so we stayed here for one night. The star was very friend both checking in and checkout went smoothly. You can tell the place was recently renovated and the place looked clean and well maintained.. the one downfall was that the room smelled a bit musty. I would stay here again.

Very nice staff, and was so convenient for our Hollywood Bowl concert - just a 10 minute, safe walk on the sidewalk. Do ask for a room on the back of the hotel if you want to avoid the street noise, which does much of the night. Nice breakfast (free) with very friendly staff there as well. We did valet parking, which is well worth it.

Driving in to check in, space is very tight, not safe to unload luggage there when there is only space for two cars to park to check in and unload luggage especially when you have little kids. Check-in area is very small. Valet parking is a pro. Hotel room was a suite and it was spacious. Not sure if I would return. Did not seem safe to walk around the hotel.

The room itself was clean spacious, the check in staff was professional the parking attandant reserve the handicap parking for us while we attened an event, breakfast bar was fine, noticed the plates being utilized not paper ones. The A/C in our room seemed it was on full blast no lower control or auto where it turns off and on. The traffic was too LOUD even from the 5th floor and people talking and laughing down below outside walking by.

Great stay and the rooms were nice and updated. Plenty of outlets for charging and electronics. The breakfast was good and the employees there were friendly and helpful. The only reason i put 4 stars was for the check in, he seemed a bit rude but i could have just been on edge from driving 8 plus hours. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

I was nice. My daughters let me know. They like getting their own vehicle and Not have a valet to park car. She likes to go back and forth to car. Also in hotel room. No microwave. All hotels usually have. So instead they had to go downstairs and share other germs from guests sharing microwave downstairs. A hall of fame hotel. You would think much better than that. Not really much to buy at lounge area

The best part of our stay were the two breakfast Attendants Veronica and Maryella. I do not recommend a family suite for more than 4 or 5 people. They say its for 6 but its very difficult. We called because our shower and sink wouldnt drain and they said ok theyll fix it after we check out. Asked them to fix it so we werent having to stand in water while showering, they said no. Couldnt unclog the sink drain and it hardly went down. They refused to change rooms as "they are fully booked". Their "Optional Extra Fee" for valet parking is not optional, its required not optional if you drive a car. That was an additinal $200+ for our 4 night stay that was unexpected. The front desk staff were very rude upon checking in. Our room was set up for enough towels for 3 people, when calling to request more towels and washclothes. They made us walk down to the front desk to request the towels. Will never stay at this facility again just based on the staff and their lack luster hospitality.

The hotel was good, nice rooms, good breakfast. However we didn’t like $40 parking fee and additional $40 “residency” fee (not sure what was the exact name of that fee, but it was additional fee on top of room cost). The hotel is steps from alley of stars, the Dolby theatre and the Chinese theatre; however the area was super sketchy with tons of homeless people all around. We do not recommend to stay in that area of LA.

The property was great. Very clean, valet was amazing. Breakfast was a great selection and plenty of it. The very nice ladies that staffed breakfast were so sweet and helpful. Great family place to stay and easy to get to Universal. Don’t forget to add the 45/ day for parking into the cost. Overall would definitely stay again.

Everything was pretty good except for the humidity in the room. It made it difficult to get comfortable & sleep. This is the main reason for a hotel, to get a pleasants nights sleep. Otherwise, everything else was great. I do think $40-45 valet parking is overpriced. I think $20 would've bern fair because you also tip the valet.

The hotel was basic, but clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great quality. I’d say it’s more than a continental breakfast; pastry, biscuits and gravy, bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruits, cold and warm cereals. There were juices, fresh coffee- by the cup and a variety of milks n yogurt. Parking was added on, but upon arrival the valet parked our vehicle for us. We appreciated the proximity to Hollywood walk of stars and TLC Grauman’s Theater. Relatively close to the metro red line.
