The staff was absolutely amazing and made check-in unbelievably easy. The room was very clean and well kept and had a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake. Absolutely loved this place and would definitely go back.

Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception area or on‑site support. The lobby area is large, open, and clean, but it feels more like a shared space than a staffed hotel. My room was clean overall, but the bedding was disappointing. The sheets and pillow had an odor, and I found hair on them, which made it feel like they hadn’t been properly changed. The room has a lovely large window ledge where you can sit and enjoy the view, but the paint was peeling noticeably. This place definitely has potential, especially given the location and the quiet surroundings. I agree with other reviewers that it’s more of a 2.5–3‑star experience—an upgrade from camping or a basic motel, but not quite a full-service hotel yet.

We enjoyed our stay. Great view from the window. Can watch sunset right by the bay window. Room is very clean. It has microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, wine glasses and utensils. Laura is very helpful. Check in and check out is very easy. Wish we could have stayed longer
