It can’t take that long to wipe down the doors - The door was filthy on the inside of the room. When a neighbor turned on water there was a high pitched squeal in the room. Didn’t stop until they turned off the water. In room coffee was not refreshed for the second night. The parking lot was too small - It was very hard to park.

The room was ok. Outside the pool was just a pool, nothing exceptional. Kids played in the pool quite a bit, but people were in and out with one person running and jumped the fense and sat in a chair and passed out for a few minutes then jumped back over the fence and was gone how is that safe?

There was trash in the parking lot. The room was dirty, no surfaces had been wiped down. The walls were stained. I was afraid to sleep in the bed. I slept on a blanket I had brought from home as well as my own pillow. The towels were stained. The tub had mildew in the caulking.

Front desk lady was friendly. Free-breakfast was included, eventhough the filters indicated no free-breakfast. Location is great if you are visiting Stone Mountain, hotel has plenty parking spots. The maintenance of the place really needs intense attention. The hallway floor and stairs were super dirty. Room 221 has stained walls in both the bedroom & bathroom. The bedroom coffee maker was not functional.

This is an older hotel with outdoor entry - and bulletrpoof glass payment window upon entry into the locked lobby. Need I say more? Inexpensive rooms for the area and there is a reason why. Breakfast is cold cereal or waffles - no toast, yogurt, muffins or hard boiled eggs. If you need gluten free - eat somewhere else.

The entire outside was unbelievably dirty with lots of trash around and entire walkways could benefit from power washing. Argument in room next to us which I thought I should have probably called police. Second night altercation in parking lot around 2:30 with what I thought were gunshots but no police came. Shower bar in room pulled from wall so shower curtain draped to middle of pole. Breakfast ran out of everything. Ever tried to eat a waffle with 2 knives. Hard to believe this is listed on your site. Definitely not staying there again. One good thing, person manning front on day of departure was extremely helpful.

Property needs updated. The curtains falling out, the room smells bad, went to the store and bought air freshener. Problem to open the door. One night we found a bug crawling on the wall and a big cockroach on the bathroom, when telling the manager he, said nothing can do because they are coming from outside. Breakfast terrible!

So my family and I pull into the property, check in and our room had been stayed in, there was pee in the toilet and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Not to mention, there were very large intimidating characters roaming around the property we tried to ignore it, but then a large black suv pulled in blaring loud music and prositutes got out. This place is an actual trap house and prostitution “hotel” we didn’t last an hour and left. We checked out and told the front desk he gave me a full refund and we went to a better hotel.

Thee area was not bad. The property was well maintained, and the hotel itself was fairly safe. For a Friday night, I didn't see or hear any group gatherings or parties going on at the hotel. The room (bed, floor, sink, toilet, and tub) were all very BUT when we looked up is when we saw a very big problem. The cieling has a lot of spot where black mold had formed and there was black mold along the entire area where the walls met the cieling. Then we found black mold on the adjoining door doorframe. We also found it in the bathroom and inside the shower facit. It was late and we only were staying one night so we decided to stay as the be and bathroom was clean. No concern there. If you have a n option though, please do not stay at this hotel. The corporate office needs to look into this hotel as it is a very hazardous condition.

The rooms stink and reek of cigarettes, are dirty, holes in the walls, chair missing wheels. I almost fell back sitting on the chair. Walls were dirty and had dry spit on them. I had to leave the Quality Inn and check into another hotel. In fact several of the hotel guests at the other hotel, also left Quality Inn. Please take this property off your website. I have videos and photos of this nasty, dirty, filthy place…

The property is filthy. All the other hotels around were booked up and I just needed a quick place to stay. It was 10pm. Never again. The sit conditioner hasn't been dusted or cleaned in years. The remote was missing the back. The bathroom was ok, but definitely needs an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean, surprisingly, but there were old stains on the pillows. The front desk guy was average. He could have smiled considering he knew I was about to go into a low quality room.

Will never stay here again. Room reeked of weed. Cars peeling out in the parking lot. People screaming at each other all night. Room had mold in the bathroom, tub, and sink. Tv didn't work. Fridge was like warm at best. Bed had stains all over. The only positive was being close to stone mountain. The cheap price is not worth it on this one.

This property was terrible!!!! There was mold all over the hotel room and there was some sort of dried liquid on the tabletop. The baseboards were peeling back and the hotel room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cigarette burns in sheets and somehow pictures on the wall. Key to get in barely worked. Someone tried to open my door at 530 am on early Saturday morning. Room smelt terrible. I would of complained but I know based on other reviews it wouldn't of done anything. Not once were sheets cleaned. Place should be demolished.

I am sorry to say that there were problems with the room. The room was functional, but it was not what I expected from a Choice property. Initial appearance: dark room, worn out bathroom door, mold on the bottom of the fold down shower seat, a crack at the bottom of the chair bracket. The shower head would not stop dripping after it was turned off. Poor water pressure. The desk chair could not be adjusted. The bed had clean linens, but the frame literally clanked whenever I rolled over. Microwave was old, stained and had weak power. The turntable inside did not fit. The drapes were poorly hung. The second day, I tried calling the front desk, but no dial tone. Looked to find that the phone jack had been pulled out of the wall! Hot breakfast service started later than the posted time, and the only thing hot were the waffle irons. I was alone on this trip. Had my wife been with me, we would NOT have stayed.

The front desk person was rude. Keys didnt work so she said i wasnt using it right. She tried it and it didnt work. All the while we were standing in 20 degree weather waiting. While unpacking the carbwe saw two drug deals in two idfferent rooms. Faucets are leaking. The place is filthy with carts of trash sitting on the walkway. Apparently the area is so unsafe they lock the lobby during the day. Mold in the bathrooms and broken toilet

Anytime I check in and Dom is the agent...I know it's going to be smooth and easy... Dom always makes me feel welcomed when staying at Quality Inn...and he is always accommodating and has the nicest smile...he's one of the reasons I keep coming back!!

We checked in fine the guy gave us a room, then comes to the room and asked who gave me the room key I told him he did we just checked in with him then he proceeded to argue and tell me I was in the wrong room that he gave someone else my key and they walked in my room with all my things why I wasn’t there.! Then he admitted to his mistake like excuse me.! Then they just charge to much if you don’t check out right at 11am at check out time like let me finish getting my things together I let at 11:05 and was charged and extra 40$ idk it was a complete mess the beds had cigarette holes in them the bathroom door didn’t even close or even have a door latch on it idk spending 80 dollars on a room that wasn’t even all clean the staff didn’t know what they was doing I’m just all the way disappointed in my stay never again

This place was terrible! I got moved to 4 different rooms bc their rooms were horrible. The first one the lock wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get it , second one there was a big bug and it smelled like smoke, third one there were no lights and again the fourth one there was a bug crawling on my stuff. I couldn’t even take a shower there because of how dirty it was! The staff was rude and didn’t even care.

I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for.. The room was ok, no problem about it.. It’s just the people that stays there. I paid for 2 nights stay but checked out after a night of staying because I didn’t feel comfortable and safe. I didn’t get enough sleep because I wasn’t comfortable with the place. I am not exaggerating, but it was ghetto and there’s trash all over the parking lot. Don’t stay here if you’re by yourself and especially if you have kids with you.

This is an older building that needs some work. There seem to be a number of permanent residents there. Many of those residents are noisy. The rooms are very basic. All doors the face the outside even at $67 per night, this hotel was not worth it. This should be a $45 per night property at best. I did not necessarily feel unsafe there, but I did not feel comfortable because of the conditions and cleanliness of the room.

I did not like the property. Too much noise. There was a door between my room and another room. I could hear everything they said all night. The parking lot was loud with Rap music booming. They offer hardly anything for breakfast, no eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels. Cereal and if you make, waffles.

This is the worst place do not go there. The bathroom has had an animals in there that scratched the door. My husband got up in the night to use the bath room and stepped on a piece of glass he bled and we got it out.I personally cleaned the bathroom never saw cleaning service. Had to ask for clean sheets after 3 days. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here oh and did I mention the breakfast non existent. We made a waffle raw in middle. Nightmare gross walked our dog the dumpster area was I’m sure a code violation filthy. There are signs re smoking our neighbor was out side smoking in front of his door but we could smell it yuk. Please do not send any one here. It truly is awful. Rude awful.

The stay was fine, and I'd stay there again. But... breakfast was a no. The orange juice tasted sour from the machine, and the waffles had a soured taste as well. Also appears that ppl may be "living" there as I noticed kids being picked up and dropped off by school buses. Wasn't the most quiet place, but didn't keep you awake or too distracted either. For the price, it worked for us
