In desperate need of a deep clean and refreshing. Elevator broken, ice machine on 3rd floor broken, leaking toilet, worn out luggage carts, sticky floors and carpet. Bed was okay and desk attendant was friendly.

Our room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Linens and towels were new and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the new shower. Breakfast food variety was great. The dining lady was friendly but the first floor was being renovated. The bench seats were sinking in when I sat in one at the booths. It was nice to have a TV to watch there too. The receptionists were nice. Parking was small and limited at night. Overall we will come back again next time.

Felt for the staff they were fantastic but they were battling a number of issues. Lift was broken (and looked like it was a long term issue) had to use service lift to get to room, wifi was down all day, pool was locked (at 6pm appears it hadn’t been unlocked that morning. Rooms very old/tired. Saving grace was the awesome staff/service and the free cooked breakfast

When the renovations are finished, this will be a first class facility. Dangerous walking in from the lot, through a traffic lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

A nice place to stay: we felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. i liked the text correspondence with manager. I requested clean towels for our second night through text and was promptly answered and serviced. Our bed wasn't made up but I don't know if that is a new thing occurring since Covid? At the time of our visit, the elevator was not working but we had access to the service elevator which worked just fine.

What a great relief to find a clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere after having to leave the Baymont by Wyndham in Cornelia due to uncleanliness, minimal breakfast and false advertisement. The breakfast was amazing and the gym was top notch. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

The room was spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, or lack thereof, was not up to standards. When I went to use the restroom, I had to clean poop off the seat. The shower walls were dirty, and when I went to bed, there was a sticky substance (gum?) on the headboard. When I told the very friendly CSR at the desk, she apologized.

The carpet had stains and smells, The bed mattress was ols and was sitting on a wood box that was falling apart and the tub was so old it like like dirt in the middle of the tub. The came in the clean the room but never vacuum the carpet.

Once we saw the filthy room we checked out. The clerk was very polite about allowing us to do so. The couch was covered in disgusting stains, the carpet was filthy and the shower was rusted and the walls were discolored and looked dirty. The room should not be rented until renovated.

This hotel is in the process of being renovated. What was done was beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had an older room, and the shipping crates were right outside our window and we were by the door where the workers were coming in so it was not very pleasant. The hotel staff are second to none, the breakfast was amazing, and like I said, what was done was top notch. This hotel is in a great location to many local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here after the reno is complete!

It looks like the property is going under some renovation. Our room had air in the waterline so when turned on the sink in the shower. Our room needed attention, loose wallpaper, crack, tile, caulking.

Not the nicest hampton inn we've stayed at. The decor was very old and outdated. The carpet was visibly dirty and had many stains. The beds were terrible flimsy mattresses. Breakfast was 'standard' for a 2 star hotel - some cereal, bread options, waffle maker, yoghurt cups etc.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly! Unfortunately they are undergoing renovations right now so it’s not in the best shape but as long as you’re not a late sleeper you’ll be alright! The breakfast provided still is adequate although they’re not in its normal area and seating is limited.

Every staff member we were in contact with was extremely courteous, friendly and willing to help. We needed to check-in early to prepare for my Granddaughter\'s wedding that afternoon and the front desk went out of her way to accommodate and assist us. The staff at this Hotel does go the "extra mile" to help their guests and it was extremely appreciated!!!

It was just what we needed for our college visit and excursion to a state park. We stayed two nights. The hotel is being renovated so breakfast was in a room, which meant there wasn’t enough space for people to eat. However, the hotel provided trays so that you could take your food to your room. The staff was really nice and kind. All in all a really great stay and we would stay again.

We spent one night here on the way to Tallulah Falls and Highlands. This place lived up to the Hampton Inn standards - clean, comfortable, great breakfast. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating. We'd stay here again.

This hotel is in the process of being renovated. What was done was beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had an older room, and the shipping crates were right outside our window and we were by the door where the workers were coming in so it was not very pleasant. Employees at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but not dirty enough to really complain. Breakfast wasn’t too great, pretty bland, but I don’t typically expect much from hotel breakfasts. It was in a convenient spot for gas stations and food. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again!

The hotel was under renovations. We were never told, the noise and smell of paint were terrible. Our room was so dirty, a bug in our bed and we had to put our own blanket on the couch to sit. The hallway rugs were so stained. Breakfast was terrible. Hot food was barely warm, the pancake mix came out runny and black! The orange juice was warm. The entire experience was subpar and when asked about it to management they just said yeah it’s all bad. Would never recommend this hotel!
