Stayed for a weekend getaway over the Labor Day weekend. Hotel was nice, clean. Bed was too soft for me (personal choice, not a bad review), hotel restaurant was nice, sat at the bar. Food was excellent, bartender was friendly and fun to talk to, drinks were made well. Pool was clean and refreshing, hot tub was clean and relaxing.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were doing renovations so it was impossible to drive to the front of the building and come in the front door. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. My bathroom floor had long dark hair on it which led me to believe the floor may not have been cleaned properly. I found it the night I arrived. I was there to attend a funeral and awoke to hammering on the floor below me. The hotel was nice but it would’ve been great to have a heads up.

It was conveniently located for our driving trip. And there was a charger in the parking lot for our car. Room was not updated, but was very large. It was very quiet in our side of the hotel. Nice amenities like pool, gym, guest laundry. We were next to elevator, so heard that in the morning starting at 8am. And up to midnight. Otherwise it was a good safe clean place to stay

We assumed we could book a Hilton Garden Inn and receive a high-quality experience. However, the top bed linens were not clean with visible spots, a very large hole in our window screen and the pullout couch was in poor repair. The property was not well maintained at all. Although we could tell that at one time it had been a very nice place. We mistakenly assumed that a property bearing the Hilton name would maintain a certain standard.

For the Hilton floors were dirty in our room, needed swept, no toilet paper in the room not enough towels, shower, Most of the water came out the bottom Spicket instead of the shower toilet was clogged the whole time we were there. The Front check-in staff was not friendly whatsoever. Ask multiple questions. Got a snarky answer each time and I was only asking simple things. They should’ve already told us I asked where the pool was. I asked where could I get a cup of coffee, etc. very disappointed for the Hilton at $300 a night. funny thing was when we checked in she said our room was recently renovated walls and doors needed cleaned. We were barely there so didn’t feel like complaining never get you anywhere anyway had to ask for tissues toilet paper and towels room should’ve been ready they were absolutely not busy

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room carpet was dingy and has seen better days. We checked in late, almost midnight, and were leaving early the next morning. The room was so noisy I would not recommend. The small refrigerator cycled on and off with a loud compressor hum, then the air conditioner would cycle on and off even louder, plus the elevators next to the room were very loud. This room fell far below hotel brand.

Our room was not the cleanest. The maid only made one bed and did not do the other one. The bathroom door and walls were marked or maybe damaged and not repaired. I paid good money to stay there for a good quality stay. The elevator area was very dark and dirty and needs repair. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The room LOOKeD clean and for the most part but we found 6 food wrappers under couch (we used pull out couch) and under beds. Walls and doors also needed to be wiped down. (Drink or food splashes) I just feel like in general hotels clean room they do the check list (beds, bathroom garbages and vacuum ) but never anything else that may need it. Makes it nice to go home after a trip 😉

Showed up for our reservation and was immediately told they were overbooked and had no room for us they were already arranging a “just as good” room next door. After ten minutes of aggressive keyboard clacking, the front desk suddenly “found” a room after all. Funny how that happens when the parking lot has all of 15 cars in it. Got to the room and made a beeline for the bathroom barelya y toilet paper on the roll. Spotted a fancy Kleenex box on the counter problem solved, right? Nope. Two tissue inside. That’s it. Opened the mini fridge to chill our drinks and nearly gagged. Someone’s ancient, half eaten meatballs were still in there, turning the entire room into a meatball scented candle that burned all night. Super romantic vibe for date night with my wife… said no one ever. The shower was the grand finale. Grabbed the shampoo bottle and found a long pubic hair glued to the side like it was part of the label. Finished washing up, reached for a towel, and was slapped in the face with the unmistakable aroma of old salmon that apparently never made it to the laundry. Fake overbooking, two Kleenex, meatball air freshener, souvenir pubes, and fishy towels. This place checked every box for “never again.” Stay literally anywhere else.

The hotel needs to be updated. The room was large, fairly clean, but VERY outdated. My toilet wouldn’t flush, so at 10pm, I had to have maintenance come and plunge it bc the water wouldn’t flush. The TV is basic cable, minimal channels, no streaming. The worse part is the walls were so thin, I could hear the guy’s phone conversation in the next room, and I was awoken several times in the night by his crazy loud snoring, which really interrupted sleep. The up side was the room had a microwave and a fridge. I won’t be staying here again until there is upgrades. I happened to be here when there was a really bad snow storm, and the sidewalks and parking lot were pretty treacherous. Clearly this used to be a really nice hotel, but it’s time to invest in modernizing it.

Rooms are worn and can use an update. Beds are past their life span. Area around the complex is dirty and could use attention. Room AC was very loud so had to keep the temperatures warmer to be able to fall asleep

I travel every three months for a living. I’ve stayed at lots of Hiltons. This one is incredibly dated and an efficient. I spent 15 minutes trying to get on the Internet to know luck it said weak signal over and over. Finally had to use my hotspot to do a little work before bed after being on the road for six hours after a full day of work. The curtains didn’t completely obliterate the light from the parking lot. The toilet seat was loose and slid back-and-forth. The bed was squeaky and you could feel and hear all the springs. The sheet was hanging on the floor when I arrived from the side of the bed. You could hear all the movement upstairs this morning at 5:30 AM. Unusual in a hotel of the size and supposed quality. No glasses only Styrofoam cups offered for a Kureg with no water bottle to fill it. The showerhead good water pressure. Definitely not worth $150 price tag.

After a long stressful few days of dealing with my deceased father's affairs in Buffalo, New York, we woke up to find the car we inherited from him that we were driving back to Iowa would not start. We were stranded. My husband and I asked several patrons around the hotel to help us jump start the car to no avail. We were frustrated and desperate, until the front desk clerk saw we were in need of help. She found someone from the staff immediately who came out to help with the car. This little bit of kindness made an awful situation a little more tolerable and we will never forget it. Thank you.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful when hotels.com forgot to forward on that I was going to need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was fabulous and all the staff. Now hotels.com is another story.

This was our second stay within 2 days at this facility. Both times we had our 2 dogs with us. On the first stay we checked in and out without mention of a pet fee. When we checked out the second time the front desk person advised of a $75 fee. I told her that no one had mentioned that. I signed nothing stating I knew about a fee. She did not offer to waive it until I stated that it was bad business to try to charge a fee at checkout that I was not made aware of. She waived it but was not friendly about it. I said thank you and have a nice day when I left and she said nothing. That ruined my good feelings about the facility. Everyone else was very welcoming though.

Front fest gave room away and then tried to charge me an additional room rate in addition to Expedia charge. Personal not compassionate, rude and unkind to traveler with nowhere to sleep after airline caused flight delay. Night front desk attendant yelled at traveler while she was trying to contact Expedia to straighten situation out. She even threatened her while she tried to plug phone in after disconnected from Expedia representative. She stated that traveler ‘ shouldn’t even be on property’ when traveler would not agree to pay an additional $130 for hotel charge ( in addition to Expedia cost $135). This was worst customer service, heartless ( traveler was a senior and in was 11;30 at night).

Had some cocktails at the bar. We spent $120 ... 2 drinks each for 5 people. Won't ever do that again!! Way overpriced. No complimentary breakfast which many other hotels offer..not even coffee. Cost for a one night stay was #180!! We'll be staying somewhere else next time.

Kim at front desk was extremely friendly.. what a delightful person. However, the woman who guarded the dining area in the morning was rude and abrupt. We were so excited to come down for breakfast, thinking it was a continental breakfast, and when we sat down, she rudely yelled from across the room: if you are planning on having breakfast here it is $14.95 per person. She could have been much kinder. It left a sour taste in my mouth and no way was I now going to pay with her attitude. What a shame she was so rude.
