The overall condition of the hotel itself was what I expected. However, we chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub amenity. We purchased swimsuits and were really looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the hot tub. When we arrived to check in we were told the hot tub heater wasn't working and hadn't been working in 5-6 weeks or so. We would not have chosen to book this stay had we know that amenity wasn't working. We wouldn't have been as disappointed if it had just broken within the last day or so but when we heard it had been broken for several weeks we were very disappointed. We really feel as if the hotel didn't make any attempt to offer anything but they sure didn't mind taking our money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked this hotel because they advertise a hot tub. It was out of order. So we tried the pool, which might as well have been a cold plunge. So we tried to go back to our room, we were promptly trapped in the elevator. The alarm button did nothing. Thankfully another patron heard us & alerted the front desk. At this point we decided to just call it a night. When my husband pulled back the blankets, there was a bed bug. Soooo back downstairs I went. He ‘upgraded’ our room for all the problems & assured us he would talk to management to refund the cost of our room, but really just put us in an ADA room, which was like 80°, so then it took hours to cool off enough to sleep. We haven’t received a refund or a call from the hotel, and they won’t respond to our inquiries. I’m going to have to dispute the charge. Terrible experience. The Hilton name used to mean something.

Very nice lobby. Lots of seating area. Restaurant on site for breakfast bar on site for those who care for that kind of thing. Check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping is only every other day. We had an accident and on one of the beds in one of the rooms and they would not come and change the sheets. They brought clean sheets, but we had to change the bed. The pool access was broken so we always had to have the front desk glass in the pool, the hot tub is broken in the pool area. The rooms were rather dated. Definitely need an upgrade and aesthetics..

The overall room itself was nice. The check in process took over 30 minutes because no one was at the desk for the allotted time I got there. (3PM, when Check In is Allowed). Hot tub was closed down (No Notice of this upon booking) and Pool room was closed and had to have someone from the desk to open the room, which I wasn't going to try to do because of how long it took them to check me in. Luckily I had the Whirlpool Room, which did work and the wife and I enjoyed our evening in it. May or may not stay here again. CheckIn should be easier than this experience after driving all day.

On arrival I checked in the staff was nice enough, but not overally friendly, which was fine - they were not rude in the slightest so that is a win. I was given my keys and as I made my way to my room and walk in, it hit me. A stench I am not sure I can even put into words. It simply smelled old, musty, maybe it had been smoked in, but at any rate it has a stench. You know what I am talking about when I say old. The bathroom was even less appealing. The shower doors were dirty, just caked with what seemed like montha of filthy soapscum. The wood in the bathroom on the vanity were delaminating. This place could really use some upgrades. The tv picture quality was a literal flashback and there I was back in the 90's all over again. So, there you have it. A hotel that is highly outdated, but still pricey. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to anyone, unless yiu are desperate.

There is no free breakfast even though the website says there is. They want you to pay $9.99for continental (cereal and oatmeal) The room is outdated and moldy on the bottom of the shower. The shower doors are difficult to open and the toilet was not flushing properly. It ran all night. The AC was freezing which I appreciate but it was not adjusting to the temperature you tried to set. I would rather just spend a bit more and stay across the street at a newer property. The staff was friendly but you get what you pay for and it wasn’t much.

The people that work there were all wonderful. However, the hotel itself is tired and needs a major redo. The rust in the bathroom around the shower is pretty disgusting. The housekeeping staff needs lessons in how to properly clean a room. The floors behind the chair and in corners are in definite need of some attention. Basically, it’s an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. We always had fresh sheets or towels, and the housekeeping staff was so wonderful and friendly that I hate to put down anything negative about them. Everyone there realizes that the hotel does not meet standards and needs to be redone. This was not what I expected staying in a hotel such a high name of Hilton. We make yearly trips to Tennessee and always need a hotel to stay at. I’m not sure if we will be coming back to the Hilton or moving onto a different brand.

Very old and outdated. It was clear they didn’t care about cleanliness. Our room felt dirty and dark. We found a total of 3 bugs/spiders IN BOTH BEDS! We took pictures and told the front desk staff the next morning. He wrote my name down but manager never called me back. I called again a week later and was left on hold. Very disappointing, don’t stay here. It’s dirty and they don’t care that it is.

The hotel needs some updating. The standard wifi is absolutely awful. The rooms need some updating. The staff was very friendly but i stayed for 7 days and my room was only cleaned once. I had to go to the desk twice to request the room to be serviced. When it was finally serviced it was my last night. They have a guest laundry but no quarters to exchange, this was pretty inconvenient.

This Hilton property is very outdated and in need of repairs. Entrance into hotel and lobby look fine. Hallways to room shows wear and tear on the walls. Our first room was dirty and AC didnt work. Switched to different room. AC worked but room itself had worn carpet, hole in wall next to the bathroom door, bathroom ceiling has paint peeling, and bathtub faucet is pulling away from wall. Beds were comfortable though. Staff extremely polite and kept apologizing for the condition of the hotel.

The rooms needs a renovation. The heater/cooler unit needs repair or replacement. Rattles non-stop. The controls don’t work. Had to move to another room at 11 pm which wasn’t a whole lot better. Would not stay there again.

I loved EVERYTHING, but the bed. It was SOOOOOO hard, and we woke up in tons of pain. We even debated just going home because of the bed. We had a whirlpool tub that was such a great thing to take some aches away, but that mattress needs replacement! Plus, that bed frame sticks out and we ran into the corners repeatedly.

This Hotel is always a go to because I am well understood of the quality of the Hilton brand. It had everything I needed as far as amenities. The cleanliness was grand, room was stocked, towels, etc.. wonderful. But this particular stay, I wanted to watch a show of my choosing that came from wifi on Peacock. This is when i found out that the room I stayed in had no access to wifi. They only had cable tv. Normally, that is enough.. but this stay was different. I was told that they ARE upgrading this particular Hilton, and the Management at the desk was really understanding of my ask and offered to amend my wish to which i stated it was not necessary. However, most of us use wifi now instead of cable tv. Wifi offers more for the visitor than cable and shows that are able to be played from the beginning no matter when they want it. The upgrade to this is a must at all hotels hopefully. This is the 1st Hilton I believe I've stayed that didnt have this.

I waited behind a customer who hadn’t received notice of a change and it took an hr to resolve just to be seen at another counter. I waited when there were three ppl working the counte just to be seen at a different register. Then I didn’t get my king bed I had to take a dbl queen instead. Horrible service. I mean they literally made me wait and I was patient thinking it was just one register and then after they say, “ she will get you at the other register.” What!?!

Booked 2 beds, told I get one, that's all they have. Get to my room someone else is staying there and I walked in on him. Then they give me a room with 2 beds, wonder where that came from all of a sudden? In the morning realized no shower curtain, I'm trying to call the front desk, no cord going to the phone.

At 4:30pm, we tried to check in and we were told our room was not ready. Check-in was at 3pm. They seem severely understaffed. The faucet in our bathroom tub constantly dripped water. It is just an old, worn down Hilton Garden Inn. Not the worst HGI I have stayed in, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Just one night here on a business trip. I tow a trailer and the parking lot was large and easy for me. The hotel has everything you need to not have to leave. the rooms were quiet and clean and the staff was helpful.

Staff was not helpful at all this stay, not the case on previous stays. First time trying room service - they called back twice stating they didn't have what was on the menu so I canceled it all together. It wasted about 40 minutes of my stay so I chose not to eat at all that evening. Hotel was clean and more update than some in the area.

Check in was a breeze, the attendee even gave us a discount on morning hot breakfast since he saw we were rewards members. Breakfast omelet was absolutely the best I've had, Potatoes were piping hot. My wifes eggs were perfectly done. We will be staying here on our return home

We had trouble getting the key to work but the staff handled it quickly and got us another room. The bar and food was good and it was nice not to have to go out again after a long drive. But the bed was not comfortable the coffee maker was broken and the lotion in the bathroom was empty. We will tell them once we get checked out.

The room itself was fantastic. It was clean, well kept and well designed. The shower was as good as you could get anywhere in the world. The room however is adjacent to some mechanical room and was grotesquely noisy. I would have asked for another room but I happen to have a good pair of earplugs. The food served was the biggest letdown. Not only did I have to pay for breakfast which is unusual, it was extraordinarily expensive and not good at all! For example the muffins and pastries were so old as to be almost inedible. The mini muffins, which normally I will have several, were so old and dry that I just took one bite and didn’t finish them. This was both days of mice day. The pastry was just as bad but was saved because of it having fruit and glazing. The oatmeal was a laughable lump without putting hot water in it. My food Items were served cold both times. Obviously the food is not being kept warm in the kitchen and the young lady serving was not able to get my food to me before it got cold. The sausage was the worst example. I completely understand the need to pre-cook several items but the sausage was literally cold, I don’t mean not hot, I mean cold. When I advised the waitress I was offered bacon instead. I didn’t want bacon, I wanted sausage that was at least warm.

The spa room was pretty run down and the carpet was tore in places. The bathroom smelled like poo from the first day….. no reasoning behind that! The breakfast was ok but the bacon tasted old.
