The staff and room were okay. Breakfast was great! The issue was limited parking. We were told to park in handicap which didn't seem right. parking in the back was filled with construction equipment and looked hazardous. Paying 300. with no parking is wild. We booked another property.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The front desk attendants were always kind and helpful and our room was kept in order. We emjoyed the delicious breakfast, as well and being located near so many restaurants.

We had a terrible experience where the shower didn’t work properly and the hotel was too booked to get a new room. Since it was 11 pm, they couldn’t get maintenance to fix it either. So the hair clogged tub filled to the rim after a couple of showers. The staff was pleasant though and their hands were tied. It’s been a few days since the visit and no one followed up. I called and was told I’m getting points; let’s see how much they do. Felt robbed to pay $250 nightly rate for such an uncomfortable stay. Felt I would’ve been better off at a cheap motel. The only thing that made it better is that the staff was super nice even though they could do nothing. I was so grossed out about the shower thing but it looked clean enough overall. The bed was very uncomfortable, box spring was probably broken. We woke up with back pain to go in a shower half filled with water from the night before. This place looks kind of ok but is pretty run down and not well maintained. It’s nice to have a full kitchen… If you’ll use it (we didn’t). Close to a mall and restaurants. Also close to South Padre Island.

Las instalaciones son muy viejitas, los sillones no son comodos y me imagino que por lo viejitos que son, las camas eran comodas, todo limpio, los baños son viejos tambien y dan el aspecto de no estar tan limpios, pedimos la suite de dos recamaras, se me hizo muy caro para ser un hotel viejito, en una de las camas nos salio una lagartija, fueron a sacarla y cambiar las sabanas, sin embargo ya no estuvimos agusto. Otro detalle, no se si sea porque aceptan mascotas pero el elevador y los pasillos huelen muchisimo a popo, en general , la atencion fue muy buena pero no estuvimos comodos por todos esos detalles.
