The only negative is the property is very outdated but that wasn’t much of a concern. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and parking was easy. 5 minute walk to Renfro Concert Center.

It was a clean older hotel... no bathroom in the lobby so if you were in the pool you would have to go to your room to use bathroom. Everyone was extra helpful and nice at the front desk except the last day when we checked out..he wasn't to friendly. Not much to do in the area unless you are going to a concert at one of the barns. Restaurants were not very good.. the limestobe grills food was awful...wont not go back..

It’s was a few days before Memorial Day and no water in the pool, no patio chairs out and the fence has wire around it to hold it together. The vent in the bathroom was covered in black dust and the paint is peeling on the wall. Used coffee pod was still in the coffee pot, the smoke alarm was falling off the wall.

Our room has heavy dust on the lamp on the desk, room was not dusted , toliet paper holder in poor repair- dismantled from wall. Many people, including my party, complained that was the worst breakfast ever offered at a Wyndham Baymont. There was no meat at all on the breakfast bar, no eggs of any kind and no waffle maker like you typically see at a continental breakfast. The floor of the elevator was cracked and in ooor repair with a rug thrown over the center to hide cover up cracks. Many people were complaining there were no meat and eggs at breakfast. It’s very, very basic.

The hotel had a weird smell…when we got in our room the ax didn’t work right..when we showered the pipes made a loud screeching sound and the water had a horrible smell of stagnation and rusty Pennie’s..the breakfast in the morning was not good..I went to get a drink from the juice machine and the apple juice tasted and smelled like the shower water. I tried to pour me a cup of water that they had on the dining room and it had the same horrible taste. The overhead light in the room where you would do your hair and make up didn’t work..the blow dryer didn’t work. The toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall…their pool was old and rusted and had no water…and when we went to check out there was no one to be found at the front desk..we politely waited for someone to come and the manager got an attitude and said they if we were just checking out we could leave our key and didn’t need to speak to someone acting like we were doing something wrong for waiting for her to come to the desk for us to check out.

The check in was bad. They didn't have handicapped accessible only a high toilet with bars. No low step shower. Parking is a long walk from the building though the cleaning lady said I could park close cause they weren't busy. I left at 7 am. No breakfast options. Door would not work so I couldn't even get ice. Black mold on walls and in bathroom. Good tv and a good bed. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Pool looked nice!

Check in went good, got to room it hadn't been cleaned, had to get another room, beds were made TV was hard to turn on with 2 remotes,after we were there for a little while I found garbage in the cans from previous guests, later I went to use the microwave and it had a plate of food in it from who knows when, not sure how they do things here but never seen this kind of service where we're from.

There's mold in the bathroom in the corners of the floor and dirt as well. There's thick dust behind the nightstand all over the electric cords and floor. There is black mold on the insert of the ice bucket. The freezer of the fridge is full of frost.

This is not a brand new facility so don't expect it to be. However, it seems well taken care of, the place was clean, the staff was friendly. It's just off the expressway and pretty much right next door to Renfro Valley Entertainment Center which is why we stayed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Property could use an update. Heating in the room was not working correctly. Went down for breakfast and didn’t have any coffee made and no bagels and very low on lots of others. Stop by front desk and she was sitting there doing nothing. She stated she would get coffee as soon as she had time.

Overall the hotel was good. We did have an issue with a broken flush valve in the toilet but the front desk moved us to the room next door immediately. Unfortunately the second room didn’t feel quite as clean and well kept. The smoke detector was hanging, the wall paper peeling and there was a patch over a hole in the bathtub hidden by a rubber bath mat. The mini fridge made loud clicking noises all night. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice so overall not horrible but definitely could use better maintenance people for some tlc. This is a very small town and this may be as good as it gets here.

We have been visiting Renfro Valley now for 6 years. During that time, the quality of food, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness has declined tremendously. The cereal was stale, the milk was expired, and the coffee out of the machine was cold. For the amount of money you charge for the rooms, the food should be fresh and the bathrooms should be up to date and have better shower heads and the toiletries should be enough for more than one person to use! We have a trip in November planned and I believe we will either drive back to TN or stay in London instead of staying at the Baymont.

Very difficult to do see this is being a three star hotel hotel needs a facelift and updated breakfast consist of a frozen biscuit that you can put in the microwave for 45 seconds. If you want hot water you need to fill the cup up three or four times and then it will be hot. But the hotels within walking distance of Renfro valley, and for that we will go back.

Ice machine broken, air conditioning broken. 3 times the cost of any other hotel in the area, breakfast was unedible. I will never go back even though i go to refro valley alot. The extra cost isn't worth it.
