This Hotel is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and it was such a beautiful experience. The water park is amazing and they also have another separate pool area that has a nice sauna. The breakfast was so good with many selections. The staff is so friendly and helpful especially Aaron who went out of his way several times to take care of me!! It is so close to many attractions and we found The Straw Hat just down the road that has delicious pizza, wings, and ice cream. The room and beds were so comfortable and the service was outstanding. We can’t wait to go back!!

got locked out of my room and they were ready to have to knock the door down because the room has a stupid design; I didn’t close the bathroom door last night and it swung open and wedge me out; maintenance and front desk had to make shift a tool to push bathroom door away from room door to let me in Sauna and lap pool were closed due to repairs

I chose this to Hotel because of the pool and water related amenities as a stop on long roadtrip with 2 pre-teens. They loved the pool and water slide. The hot tub wasn't as hot as I hoped, and no bubbles, but It wasnt that import. Its not as if I had gone there for a spa day just a comfortable stop on a long roadtrip. I did enjoy the Sauna! Nice Perk. The breakfast was nice and many choices. Friendly staff.

Amenities We chose this hotel over another because of the pool. When we arrived the pool was in full use. Water slide...hot tube etc. there were a few families with kids and it looked fun! My kids were very excited. We came back down about 90 minutes later after eating next store and everything was closed down. Only the pool was open... No slides no hot tube and worst of all no explanation as to why it's suddenly closed down at what I would assume would be the busiest time to go? My kids were very disappointed and since there isn't a lot to do around the actual hotel it was not a fun night.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and I was checked in quickly. They have 2 wonderful indoor swimming pools - one that is perfect for families and one that looks good for lap swimming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only cons were the outside noise from traffic all night, the shower head was so low I had to duck to wash my hair, and limited dining (also no chain or fast food restaurants).

This was our third stay. Rooms are quite pricey but breakfast is nice. The pool with the slides was not very clean. You couldnt even see your feet in the pool. Very cloudy water. Several boys were also being unsafe with slide and rough housing in pool. They were spoken to more than once from hotel staff about their behavior. All well under 12 years of age but no adults present. That rule clearly not enforced. Not great time in the pool between the water and kids.

The hot tub is for 18+ but nobody polices it so it was filled with little kids splashing and kicking us until we got annoyed and informed the front desk. Rooms were large and clean. The big play pool was gross. Has mildew on the side of the pool. Kids drew their names in it… bathroom vent was gross. Also the lock in the room seemed unsafe.

Our room was disgustingly dirty. Staff could care less about our complaint. It reeked of marijuana when we came in. The sink was clogged, toilet paper hadn’t even been changed. The elevator was so dirty and smelled. Very disappointed.

When we first got into the room there was hair in the shower stuck to the wall as well as dried marinara sauce stuck to the carpet next to the tv. Every 20mins all night long you could hear people coming in and out of the rooms . Didn’t sleep . The morning breakfast was amazing tho.

We were just passing through on our way to Indianapolis and this hotel was surprisingly vast. Loved everything except the smell of the bathroom. Not sure if it was even cleaned properly as it smelled like bad body odor. Headboards on the beds were absolutely disgusting and greasy. Other than that, it was fine for one night.

The hotel has an old section and a new section. I stayed in the old section this time. The room smelled like body odor and the furniture was old and stained. The renovated part of the hotel is nice. I won’t go back though because the older section is disgusting.

Rooms need updating. Bed are too soft. Pillows are lumpy. Chair in room was extremely uncomfortable. Electric in bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair at the desk. Room was clean but the decor just looks dirty.

We could barely see out of the windows they were very dirty, and there were stains on the carpet. The breakfast was not bad. They took a $50 deposit for using expedia that i was told would be refunded, but never was

Staff was quick but friendly. Had a list of playgrounds in the area for our little guy and menus on hand for the restaurant across the street! We requested a crib and while it wasn't in the room when we first got there. They had it delivered within minutes of asking at the front desk. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we're ever passing through!

We arrived at 8:00pm snowy day. Was very warm and cozy in the hotel room. When I was checked in, little disappointed because was not kind to me. I know everybody was stressed in bad weather. When I was checked out next morning, everybody seemed happy. Of course I shared my feeling when I was checked in. They apologized to us.

When I checked in the girl at the front was very rude and when I checked out she don’t release the money from the credit card and then when I called and asked I haven’t received the money and the manager told me they were going to hold it for 14 days and told me to go handle it with the bank. Then he proceeded the hang up the phone on my face, plus I still haven’t gotten my money.

As always a great place for an overnight! Staff are the best!! Never any problems, always a safe bet and a restaurant nearby with amazing liver and onions!! This trip had a single problem, but had nothing to do with staff - boil water alert - so no coffee in the morning. Otherwise, breakfast was, as always, delicious and filling. Thank you everyone!

This was our third stay. Rooms are quite pricey but breakfast is nice. The pool with the slides was not very clean. You couldnt even see your feet in the pool. Very cloudy water. Several boys were also being unsafe with slide and rough housing in pool. They were spoken to more than once from hotel staff about their behavior. All well under 12 years of age but no adults present. That rule clearly not enforced. Not great time in the pool between the water and kids.

Some trouble with check-in It appears the key card machine was not operating properly 1. The clerk ran 3 or 4 cards through the machine before giving me one for room 304 2. When I went to room 304, the key card didn’t work 3. After returning to the check-in desk, I did get a key card that worked 4. I was in my room about a half hour, and I could hear someone trying to get in the room. When I went to the door, there was another guest trying to get in with the key cards he was issued. He showed me that he was given room 304 also??? I assume he also had to go back to the desk to be assigned another room, as I heard nothing else about the issue

This was an unplanned stay because of weather. We literally booked the room sitting in the parking lot and went in. The info was already in their computer and the check in was very quick. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Can’t ask for anything better when just stopping for a few hours. Left at 4 am so cannot comment on breakfast.

The hotel backs up to a highway. Very noisy at night and hard to sleep! You can ask for a room that faces the parking lot. I didn’t know this but was advised for next time by staff to ask for this. Few close restaurants. But very limited. It’s a fine place to stay if you’re passing through or to use the slide/pool area for kids.

Nice place but not great! The waterpark is more like a slide with a kid splash area. The water was murky and not inviting but my daughter had a good time. The lap pool was nice and clean and warm. Don’t book for the lazy river. It’s a small circle with no tubes. The sauna was nice. The room was nice and large. Loved that. The noise from upstairs was loud. You could hear every step. And sometimes i feel like booking through Expedia you get the room by the elevator most times. That wasn’t too bad for noise at this place. Just the highway traffic you can hear and if you have a floor above you the people walking around and then the maids at 730-8 that start vacuuming hallways. Did not get up in time to enjoy breakfast. It finishes at 930 during the week.

We stayed here for one night during our road trip. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard but nothing too impressive. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The best surprise is the water park. The kiddo got his energy out before we continue the road trip. The location is right off highway, which is very easy to find. Will stay again if in the area.

The staff was courteous. The hotel is just off I-90, conveniently located. Room was spacious with fridge, microwave, and nice bed . Breakfast area was clean, spacious with nice coffee machine and the usual breakfast items. Expect plastic forks and plates. There's a big pool and water slides inside the property which seems to be the attraction of many families and hence the hallways were wet. Highway noise was not that bad. We didn't have any children, but expect very noisy children running around splashing water. Otherwise decent way side hotel for a break.

Nice place to stay with pool an slide for kids. But hotel is pretty much in middle of no where. They do have a family restaurant right in front though! Have to drive 15-20mins into Erie for stores & things to do etc..

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and I was checked in quickly. They have 2 wonderful indoor swimming pools - one that is perfect for families and one that looks good for lap swimming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only cons were the outside noise from traffic all night, the shower head was so low I had to duck to wash my hair, and limited dining (also no chain or fast food restaurants).

Wonderful location with easy highway access! Nice staff, clean room and a great pool for kids. But... it's RIGHT next to the highway! Quieted down eventually, but from 7-9:30PM at least it was pretty loud - truck noise, motorcycles occasionally, etc.. Same in the AM as the traffic increased - glad I wasn't trying to sleep in.

Well appointed mid range hotel. Right off highway 90 and a really good bar and grill next door for some fresh fried fish or homemade burgers. We also had room to park our truck and car trailer. Although if they were really busy that might be an issue. Complimentary breakfast was really decent also! I would stay here again should the need arise.

First of all, Kim at reception is fantastic. The hotel sits off I-90 and close to the main road into town with lots of noise, especially with the obnoxious locals with no exhaust accelerating up the hill. The area is depressed with the exception of the family restaurant which is the only immediate local eatery. There are other eateries "in town" which the front desk has flyer. Bring your bathing suit if you want to get wet. Breakfast was terrible. Most items were over-cooked.

Everything at the property Other than the outside isn't the best it's got a little traffic noise from I90But overall I'd give it a 9.5.... beautiful breakfast area but the food was subpar is all they offered was super sodium high ..& high fat..carb rich foods at breakfast!! Why do these hotels continue to have the fake eggs and not just do real scrambled eggs ?? A lot less sodium is needed in the dining facility I know I'm being picky about that but I'm very health conscious overall I give it a 9 1⁄2Definitely will stay again!! TY

The rooms are expensive and not really worth the money. The water park is fun but always crowded. The restaurant next door was a huge disappointment. We were told they were booked. Once we did get a table it would be at least an hour wait for food. We went to the bar to order food to pick up. We were told 30 to 40 minutes, not an hour. Food was expensive and not good. Breakfast was being picked up at 10am even though its supposed to be 10:30. Bagels and cinnamon rolls were taken away and there were no hash browns. The room was clean and staff were nice. Not likely i would return due to the cost, crowded pool, breakfast and no dining option within walking distance other than next door.

Hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk called the room not long after checkin to make sure everything was okay . There was a nice family restaurant right across the parking lot. Breakfast had about anything you wanted….pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage(regular and turkey), biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, and assortment of breads and drinks!
