This was probably one the worst places, Ive stayed in years. They are renovating, which I get, but we rented two rooms, both had spiders and roaches. One room smelt moldy and musty with the smoke alarm beeping. The hallways had furniture in them and smelt like skunk and saw dust. We ended up not staying. The front desk but at checkin was nice and friendly. The one when we decided to not stay didn't know what to do. Maintaince guy was very apologetic but seems to be doing majority of the work around there. The pool is not in working order as stated on their website. We were not only family that ended up leaving that evening. Definitely will not stay there again

Room was clean and had good ac, there was no pool or hot tub so if you’re booking for that don’t. Cheap and clean stay, shower was nice and bed wasn’t horrible. Would book again for a weekend.

Front desk service was good. Close location to the stadiums. However some negatives experienced: 1) You are only able to enter from the front entrances. Other doors on the property do have access. We were placed in the back of the hotel so it was a long walk to our room each time. Someone kept placing items to prop the exterior door open by our room. which was not very safe. 2) Bathrooms near the front desk were "for employees only" making it difficult to use the restroom when first arriving. 3) Breakfast area only had 1 table in it. There was another room with tables off to the side, but the lights were off and the tables did not appear to be clean and had ladders and vacuums strung out. 4) Property was in need of repair. Fencing falling down in the back. Pot holes in the parking lot. Lawn overgrown 5) TV was pretty small for the size of the room. IMO. 6) Poor water pressure. Water was hot, but was "limp"

This Quality Inn is not only in poor condition it is very dirty. The garbage cans outside were over flowing, the carpets are dirty and smelled musty. The door to our room stuck so bad you had to throw yourself into it to entry. The bed cover had a hole in it. The furniture was scratched up, I went back to the front desk and voiced my concerns regarding the 100.00 damage deposit we were required to pay. I listed all the things I found already damaged and asked why I had to pay a damage deposit for a room that was basically trash. The response given was “we are aware of the issues” “we are remodeling”. I saw no evidence of remodeling. We were only given to 2 small bath towels, a hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. They were worn and dingy. Windows looked like they haven’t been washed in years. The pool had no water, the ice machine was broken. With the total disregard for our concerns and the poor condition of this hotel there was no way we were going to eat anything from the continental breakfast provided. I’m very disappointed, we have always had good luck with hotels we have found on hotels.com, we will never stay at another Quality Inn and now I feel like like can’t trust the information about the hotels listed on the hotels.com app.

Rooms are very run down. Needs painted. First room they gave us the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The second room we got we just gave up and stayed in it. It needed a new toilet seat, it was broken. The TV remote did not work switched for a new remote at the front desk, it did not work either. Room was clean, just run down, and king mattress was good. Free Breakfast was good. No ice, machine was broken.

We arrived and were told that the cable tv wasn't working. They only had one luggage cart, which had a propane tank and heater chained to it. We were told that if we could get them off the carry we could use it. Then we were told there was no elevator. The 2nd floor room was filthy with holes in the sheets and rugs, and the locks were broken off the door jam. We were also told they could only give us one key card for 3 people because they were running out. Yet their parking lot was virtually empty. We left. They charged us anyway, not only for the room, but also for the $100 security deposit! The clerk was rude. I could go on, but you get the picture.

I was very disappointed at check-in to find out that niether pool was in working order. There are many vagrants hanging out around the back door. The shower spout was very loose. The curtain rod was not even connected at one end. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. The air conditioner works great in room 132. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and stocked. The best things about the whole stay were the other travelers who we met at the front desk or at Breakfast.

Got into the room hair in the bed, pulled bed back and dead bugs and also not sure if bed bugs under mattress. Dirty socks on top shelf where you hang your clothes. Bathroom door had nails through it and would not shut all the way. Also pot smell walking through the hallway. Did not stay, went somewhere else. Terrible place!!!!

This place was absolutely disgusting. Carpet to the room was dirty and stained, room smelled, toilet did not flush, bugs crawling by ice machine, very loud. Just GROSS! Left immediately and was not offered a refund because I paid before I got there and it was longer than 30 minutes after securing the room. Complete nonsense.

This hotel was very disappointing! Rooms were dirty. Stains on the comforter. Carpet wasn’t attached to the floor. There was a hole in the sheet rock wall in our room. There were homeless people everywhere.

It was an okay building aside from a few issues with the shower head not really having a strong water pressure when switched to hot, the tv didn’t work(which was fine, we were out most of the time, and the phone wasn’t connected(again fine but seemed weird). The staff was great though, really nice and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy. They were able to answer all our questions and overall made it a nice time there.

IF you turn off heat/air…..fan is really noise and do not use bathroom fan..even more noise and ignore semi blocked sink…than you can sleep on a nice comfortable bed.

Would of been a 5 but upon check-in they require a separate $100 deposit. I asked for what? They desk clerk said it us for smoking or pet smell cleaning (it was a non smoking room and no pets). I did receive the deposit back. They have a REAL continental breakfast, eggs, sausage. I would stay there again.

The staff was FANTASTIC! They were very nice and incredibly helpful. Some of the best service I've had at a hotel for sure. The room was so-so. There were bloodstains on the curtains, debris in the bathtub, and cigarette burns on the comforter. The breakfast was pretty awful, honestly. The eggs were gross, the biscuits were hard as a rock, the cereal was stale, but the sausage wasn't bad. I'd get your own breakfast elsewhere. It was inexpensive, so if you need a cheaper place to stay the night, its worth the money. Be prepared for a deposit on your room. It is refundable if you don't mess up the room.

I’m mostly writing because I have yet to get my $100 deposit back in three days since I stayed. When I got there the room I chose was still dirty so they moved me to another room where the lights didn’t work. The walls are thin and there was a family in the room next to me that were loud. The hotel didn’t have earplugs. The whole place smelled like weed. I would really like my $100 deposit back.

We came at 4:30 pm to check in and were told that our room was still not ready. When we finally checked in the only room available was two queens instead of the king we booked. The room was definitely still dirty and furniture in the room was worn down. Thank goodness all we needed was a place to sleep for a few hours.

Dated and rundown. Door to room was off the hinges so you had to lift up on handle to close. Bathroom walls had glue and holes from long ago from a past remodel. Did not feel safe leaving motorcycle in parking lot, many homeless people hanging out around hotel property.

Extremely overpriced for the accommodation, which I assume they can charge due to proximity to Arrowhead Stadium. Stayed there due to event at the stadium. Paid $165 in total for one night.

The room stunk like mold and cigarettes. Nobody was there to check us in, waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. T.v. didn't work in our room we found out after getting back at night, but was too late to do anything about it. The breakfast was non existent, we got there at 7:45am and everything was gone and nobody was stocking out. I had coffee and my son had the last waffle with a little syrup.

The so-called breakfast offered was quite minimal: waffles and biscuits & gravy were the only hot elements. I expect something like scarmbled eggs and bacon (could be conveniently made pocket-omelets, could be sausage, etc.) for something to be a respectable breakfast. Hot rolls are nice, too.

The smell is our room was atrocious! When we asked for extra towels they wanted to charge us. The waffle mix was watered down. Rooms are dated. Carpet in hall was disgusting. Breakfast area tables were dirty.

Breakfast was less than desirable, the equipment needs to be repaired/replaced. Housekeeping walked into our room 2 hours before checkout.
