Room was fairly clean. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. The elevator wasn’t working. Wi-Fi was down. The laundromat was broke as well. Got woke up at 3am to a burglar alarm going off at the property next door. It’ll be a cold day in hell before this motel gets any more money from me

It was listed on Expedia as a 3 star hotel, but doesn't live up to that. The broken and taped up and dirty old entry door that had to be opened by hand with great difficulty was a turn-off. The walls of our room were paper thin. We were awakened around midnight with a noise that sounded like a blast furnace, and must have been someone taking a shower in the room above. This happened 3 times within about half an hour. We could hear the shower going on, then turning off later, each time. Then about 1 am we heard what sounded like someone crashing through the wall into our room. There was toilet paper but no clock and no tissues in the room. One washcloth and one of the hand towels were a dingy white. We did appreciate the coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the lobby.

Staff were great, fast and efficient but the property was in really bad shape. no glass on front doors only tape holding it together. A super strong chemical smell everywhere. Sheets stained but reeked of bleach. Lots of screaming from out side and other rooms.

The front desk is always nice when we check in. I have stayed here a lot and it's clean, quiet, bug/pest free, no homeless or sketchy people loitering, close to freeway (i25), great water pressure The pool is decent size and clean is outside so it is refreshing. For $70 this is definitely worth every penny.

This place was a place lay your head but it is run down big time , dirty , broken down amenities, the pool looked like we should put gold fish in it , there is so much dog poop all round the outside, the front doors that is your first impression I believe is plexi glass with tape.

A bad place to stay the bathroom sink just very dribble water the ice machine was out of order you could not access the back door with your key card.Just a terrible place to spend the night.

Served its purpose as I am a traveling nurse. it’s not maintained properly and seems to have had some serious water leaks that we just bandaged up with a coat of paint. My last day I was greeted by a cockroach in the sink when I went to brush my teeth. I must admit that the housekeeper did attempt to keep my room picked up, clean and stocked with fresh towel- wonder if she needs to work for Hilton lol

Let's just say you get what you pay for. But come on Motel 6, burn holes and very dirty shower curtain and on the bedding? Specially in a non-smoking room. My choices were limited as it was a busy weekend. Room was cheap so I didn't expect much but that grossed me out!!! I would like to mention though the staff were awesome!

area is borderline "good area" but.... the rooms are very small and basic. Stayed for balloon festival, and would reccommend, but note - you aren't getting a microwave, or a refrigerator. You have a room and bed with a tv, and great view. Try tin can alley near by. We loved the location of the hotel.

After arriving for check-in I was informed the elevators were broke and no rooms on the first floor. Wi-Fi was down for the entire stay. I realize it's not the most expensive hotel in the world but can you say down run down (being polite). But the guy says he was more than happy to not charge me for the room if I didn't want to stay. How kind of him huh?

Room was clean, but incredibly sparse. Only 2 pillows and a thin blanket that barely covered the hard queen bed. Hallways smelled like weed. Elevator broke overnight. Was cheap and clean room, at least.

Great place to keep my stuff while I worked. Beds are a bit firm but didn't bother me after an 18 hour work day. Shower and water pressure were great. Maid came in and gave me fresh towels, made the bed and took the trash. No fridge or microwave in the room. Just a community microwave down stairs in the lobby. otherwise was an inexpensive place to stay and got the job done.

The bed was comfortable, room was comfortable also. There was no shampoo, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, hair dryer or anything to put our dirty clothes in. Was a little disappointed a long that line.

The front desk was consistently rude to us and when asked why I was told we could find another place to stay. The hotel looked as if it was going to be renovated because things were taken down and just looked odd. We were told very rudely it was not being renovated.

One of the guys at the front desk wasn't friendly but all of the other staff members were. I was told when I checked in that I could request a later checkout if I showed my ID at the front desk. I had to drop a coworker off at the airport early in the morning so I requested a later checkout so that I could get some more rest but the guy at the desk seemed annoyed at me for asking and told me no.

Neighbors were LOUD, they were up all night and have a 4 yr old and he kept getting woke up, no at the front desk, tried calling the front desk at least 9-10 times and they wouldn't answer or they would pick up the phone and hang up right away.

Check in was great, very personable at the front desk. Quick, and a phone call about 15 minutes after checking in to make all was good. Nice touch. Plenty of options for eating and shopping in the immediate area, too.

I had a visitor who hadnt driven to see me and didnt have her ID on her so they said she wasnt allowed to go to my room. Since when do motels treat guests like ex cons and they are the parole officers? There are no drawers in the rooms, no fridge, no breakfast, one of the lights was broken and only one entrance into the building with my room being at the opposite end right next to a door that was exit only. Do not stay there.

The hotel wasn’t bad, although they really should fix the front door of the lobby; gives off a bad vibe. The neighborhood was sketchy, but once we got to our room it was all good. Flooring was loose, beds were comfortable, they had coffee in the morning.

The location is right off the highway. There's no loitering or people asking for change in the parking lot. It's clean and quiet and the front desk is always nice and helpful. The pool is a great plus for the price in my opinion. I get rooms here often with my husband because we don't have to look out our window every 2 minutes to check on the car. The only issues i have are that the blankets sometimes have cigarette/burn holes. The pillows aren't the best and they only put 2 on the bed so we have to bring our own. Only 1 washcloth, i know that's weird thing to mention but there's 2 of us and some people want a separate 1 for their face, like i do.

Few places to eat within walking distance. although overlooks balloon fiesta, significant walk if you don’t have a car. Would be nice if the motel or fiesta provided shuttle services at opening, closing of each session and, perhaps, to local eateries. You can, however, view the balloons that have launched from in front of the place

Gotta love 2-stars for economy. Staff were great, focused on guests, neat in appearance, and since no fridges in rooms they willingly took my little parcel of food for overnight in their fridge. Great value for the $.

Every employee from front desk to housekeepers were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and air conditioner worked great to keep the room cool. The area was easy to get to and there were many stores, restaurants within a couple miles. My only downs were more personal- the bed was harder than i like and i would have liked a coffee pot, sm refrig, and microwave in the room, though coffee and microwave were available in the lobby. The lobby was cutely decorated for the balloon fiesta and we watched the balloons float by every morning we didnt go to the fiesta clearly. It was a nice stay and would stay again when in the area.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always kind and go out of their way to help. However no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go downstairs to the front to warm anything up.

There was only one way to get to your room. There were exits but you could not enter once you closed the door. There was no coffee pot, fridge or microwave in the room and they only had regular coffee available from 6am to 9am. For the price we paid you would think there would be more amenities.

Picked this property because it was conveniently located to balloon fiesta. There was no coffee in the room. No fridge or microwave. The hotel did not offer breakfast only coffee in the lobby. The floor in our room was loose and lifting. The one positive thing I can say is that the room was clean and it was quiet.

Friendly fast checkin. Not much in immediate area but fast food and being right on service road to interstate not real easy to get around. But rooms were nice and price was right. Enjoyed our one night stay. Would stay here again.
