Terrible room. Metal sticking out from sides of bed. Tv would not work. Magnetic key would not work (every time we returned to room we had to return to front desk to get reprogrammed, they kept asking were we putting keys against electronics or credit cards.) Horribly outdated. Advertised pool but indoor pool was closed in winter.

The staff are amazing here but the outside of the property needs some serious landscape work and pave the parking lot again. The inside is ok but could be better updated appliances and redo wiring some outlets do not work inside the hotel which can be a fire hazard.

The building was newly remodeled, the beds were terrible, like sleeping on boards. Pillows are tiny lot of construction but not of the building just random outside, Pool is a joke about the size of your room. No coffee, TV doesn't work properly. Building is not secure at all, all external doors are wide open. Would not recommend

We chose this property because it was pet friendly and had an indoor pool. The pool doesn't open until May. The AC did not work in one of the first rooms. There was not a table in either. The manager worked hard to satisfy us by relocating us to other rooms. I have a bad knee and could not easily do the stairs (no elevator). Glad we only stayed two nights.

This place was not my first (or second!) choice, but I couldn’t find another room available anywhere near by. I booked through Expedia. When I got to the hotel they said there’s no way I had a room because they were full. I showed her my confirmation and she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily. There was a $50 deposit that we would get back if we didn’t smoke in the room. I’m not sure how they could tell since it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room was NASTY! The floors definitely had not been swept or mopped. And the stains on the wall next to the bed were extremely questionable.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, the lobby area has been updated so I figured the rooms would be updated and clean but instead I discovered bed bugs, a strange odor, animal hair on the floor and a dingy tub. There are people living out the hotel who stay outside all night making you feel unsafe and uneasy as you don’t know if your vehicle will get broken into or not. Teenagers running all around and you hear every single door open and close. The door to the back lot does not close all the way and basically access to the building is open to the whole community as opposed to only guest. Pets are allowed so I had to listen to a dog bark non-stop when first arriving. You’re better off sleeping in your car before this place. The staff again is great but everything else is just terrible!

Honestly, upon arriving to the motel.. your expectations are definitely not high… the outside could definitely use a little spruce thing up… but the inside was actually really nice. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean. The air-conditioning worked well the bed was comfortable. It was very surprising…. Zero problems here, 10 out of 10..

Absolutely disgusting. Walked in our room and walked right back out. Every wall had something on it. Every surface was disgusting. The parking lot was cleaner than the floor. The pillows were yellow. The bathroom was despicable.

Room was obviously not cleaned before our stay. Property reeked of cigarettes. Cockroaches found in room. Multiple families living on property. You can hear everything in this hotel, every door opening and closing. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I was supposed to be in a non smoking room, it stunk so bad, i had to go buy air fresher to get some of the smell out. Plus there was a smoking area under my window that waa the party zone until around 2AM. And all of what ever they were smoking came right back in my air vents.andthe room across the hall, jada dogthat barked a lot during the night.

Quick check in. Comfortable bed. Room appeared to be recently re-done. While we didn’t ask for a handicap room, that is what we got. The shower splashed all over the floor and the hot water was hard to regulate. We would stay here again but not in a handicap room.

The rooms were not ready after we checked in at 3:00pm. We had to stand around and wait for the room to be cleaned up. Our toilet didn’t flush so we asked the staff and they gave us a plunger to do it ourselves. Staff was too busy smoking outside to greet anyone at check in or check out. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The covers looked very stained up and only had two flat pillows on each bed. The tv would not work in my Moms room. Nor the blow dryer. We stayed at this hotel a couple years back and had the absolute best experience. This was very disappointing to see how much it has changed and run down.

Very basic room, was extremely clean as was the bathroom. Room was quiet after 10:00 pm. Like that they use paper coffee cups instead of styrofoam. Pillows were good. Bed was too hard for my taste. Ice maker needs repair. Location and parking both good. Looks like they were putting in a garden off the grill deck.

They may be in the middle of updating...not sure. Seemed like an older hotel. Floors were nice. No elevators. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest...dark hairs on the floor. Seemed like a not so great area but very convenient to stopping and dining. Morning coffee was decent

Need to sign the indicate where they're at need some work and a tire building the room was musting when advertised for breakfast in a stand by what they say not just coffee we had issues on the locks to the room
