This property was very clean, very cute, and very small. Pros: clean, cute, close to the beach, well stocked, comfy beds, great washer/dryer set, beach toys, heaters, clean again. Cons: Size-The second bathroom was TINY. My husband (300#) literally couldn't fit. The kitchen was also very small. There was barely enough room for one person to be in there. There also wasn't enough dining chairs for our whole party (6). Not child friendly: I wouldn't recommend this property for families with little kids. The dishes were on a shelving unit in the kitchen, right at kids' heights, and most of them were breakable. Location: The beach was nice, but not quite as nice as say, Huntington Beach. We walked down there and it had just recently been cleaned by the parks people, so it was pretty clean, but there was still a bit of garbage. That's not the fault of the property owner, but useful info nonetheless. The smell: My only real complaint was the smell. The property had a very strong fabric softener smell. There could be way worse smells, but it was very strong. Overall, I don't think I'd go back, mostly just because the location wasn't my cup of tea. However, I still give it 5 stars.

The location was great for us as our daughter and her family are living just around the corner for the summer. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. The drive to Disneyland was only 30 minutes. The local Von's grocery has limited supplies, but there's a Ralph's not far away.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as advertised, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. The furniture and the bed were very comfortable. Property is well appointed with all the basics you need. The single parking space was a bonus as well. Susana was very responsive on inquiries. Highly recommend.

The property was as described, however the one issue would be the understanding that the parking spot is for a small or mid sized car. We had a large van and were not able to use the parking spot.

A lovely house to stay in with a great location. A car is needed to get to major Los Angeles attractions but there is a carpark on site. Easy walking distance to beach, small supermarket, and a few food outlets. A quiet and safe area which we enjoyed. A great coffee machine but would be great to have a jug to boil water for a cup of tea!

I'm glad we found this little gem. The location was great and the parking spot was a lifesaver (try finding curb parking and you'll understand). The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and the bed and couch were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The Belmont Beach Casita was excellent! Everything was exactly as described. It was clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and blankets were soft. Air conditioning kept it very comfortable, along with ceiling fans. There was plenty of room for everyone on the couch. My kids loved that Disney was available on the TVs. The parking space was very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach, which was easily completed by my toddlers. There was even an umbrella, chair, and beach toys to use! Vons was also a short distance away for shopping. There was a super cute Dinosaur themed park a short drive away too. The owners checked in and were available for any needs. I'd highly recommend staying at The Belmont Beach Casita!

This is a great place to stay for a trip to Long Beach. Cute neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to 2nd Street restaurants, and easy uber to the main downtown area. We were in town for the weekend, and it was a great space to share for 5 people. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay for a trip to Long Beach. Cute neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to 2nd Street restaurants, and easy uber to the main downtown area. We were in town for the weekend, and it was a great space to share for 5 people. Highly recommend!

Our stay was an ideal get-away! Clean and quiet. An easily walkable distance to groceries, and to the beach. Everything was super easy, and the property manager was incredibly responsive.

We were very happy with the location and the cleanliness of the property. The property is walking distance to the beach, local store and restaurants. Great communication with the property owner. We will definitely be back.

This property was lovely and updated. Nice linens. Had everything we could want. Located in a neighborhood with many tasty restaurants to try. Shopping is within walking distance as is the beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

The location was great for us as our daughter and her family are living just around the corner for the summer. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. The drive to Disneyland was only 30 minutes. The local Von's grocery has limited supplies, but there's a Ralph's not far away.

A lovely house to stay in with a great location. A car is needed to get to major Los Angeles attractions but there is a carpark on site. Easy walking distance to beach, small supermarket, and a few food outlets. A quiet and safe area which we enjoyed. A great coffee machine but would be great to have a jug to boil water for a cup of tea!

This was a fantastic place to stay, it worked perfectly for our family. Close to the beach and a lovely street with tons of great restaurants. Clean and a stocked kitchen…we now see how great it is to stay at Belmont Shore. We would absolutely stay again.
