2.5 star place so, I can’t give it above good rating. Stayed 3 nights. Our second floor room had an old smell to it but could live with it. A really nice laundry room on second floor with one washer and dryer. I used it two times. Big indoor pool looks nice but we did not use. Staff is friendly and attentive

The property is dated, you can't really see in photos. The reception is cramped but staff was very nice. Dre was uber friendly. There was breakfast but we didn't eat and picked up something at Tim Hortons next door on the way out. Stayed on the ground floor and was nice that it was quiet.Interesting little gift souvenir shop by the reception. Walmart nearby was convenient bec I forgot my kens solution. There was an outlet mall close by but was closed when we got there. The hotel was clean though very old. Wall photos are black and white of 1930s? Small rooms and halls. Other than that, it was ok for a night's stay. Convenient to get back on I-75.

The room was dirty . Found 2 used zip ties on the floor which to me meant ut was never vacuumed Across the hall was a dog that was scratching at their door during the night. Hair found in the hot tub was the ucing on the cake. I would not come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know.

Room was musty and the carpet was damp. We had to have a window open and the fan on all night so that we could sleep.No matter how much room spray and Lysol we used it didn't help. We would of left but there were no other rooms to move to. Worst room I have ever been in and no compensation other than the container of room spray from the front desk and an apology

The staff that was there was nice and helpful but the property itself was not in the best shape, the whole place smells like mildew, musty. The first room we were given the entire carpet was wet and the room was very humid. Second room was good/clean. The hair drier did not work and they couldn’t seem to find a replacement.

The staff were all very nice but our room was soooo dirty. Cobwebs dangling from the ceilings and vents, dead bugs and dust on the tops of the dressers and night stands. The carpet was so dirty your feet were black so definitely bring slippers. Outdated and overall needs a refresh.

Room smelled of dog. Spiders in the window. Hair on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff would be more helpful if you asked for a cigarette than a towel. We are supposed to stay here again in two weeks for another baseball tourney…went ahead and cancelled that stay and booked somewhere else. YUCK!

Main complaint room slightly smelly. The mattress had an odor. My thought is they rotate the mattresses so the head of the mattress was actually the foot of the mattress. I brought a blanket in my own pillow to cover the mattress and sleep on my own pillow but still there was an odor that of feet. I would recommend replacing the mattresses blankets and carpeting to refresh the room and odor.

We stayed in a King business suite and it was great, spacious and clean. There was a nice recliner chair in the room which was comfy. If you have someone who has mobility issues this chair would be comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked very nice. Breakfast was standard assortment.

The room was fine. The beds are super high which made it difficult for some of the shorter, elderly people that were with me. Didn't use the TV because it was sitting a dresser and the bed blocked the view, should really have it mounted on the wall to be up higher for ideal viewing.

Everything that was in the hotel's control was wonderful. We had issues with someone playing their base really loud outside our window every time he went out to smoke. The front desk staff were great especially Alonso.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. The first room we were given had a very noisy neighbor. He easily moved our room to a more quiet area. The pool looked nice even though we did not use it. It was a good value for the price.

Great budget hotel stay! Got a standard room with 2 queens. Super clean compact room. There is a microwave and a mini fridge with a small freezer in each room. The window opened to a screen, which, for me, is a plus; I like fresh air. I will upgrade to a suite next time because I had to sit in the dark till the kids fell asleep. Lol. The laundry room has the ice machine. The machines were super affordable and quick. They cleaned mud out of my kids' clothes without a problem. They have a pool. The temperature was perfect. The shallow end is 3 ft deep.The deep end is 5. Hot hot tub. There is an ADA seat for each. No sauna. With the exception of yogurt (all flavored, no plain) and peanut butter, the continental breakfast is all carbs. Waffles, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and fruit. I was hoping for some hard-boiled eggs or cottage cheese, which would be a simple inclusion. They offer coffee, tea, and oatmeal throughout the day in the lobby, which doubles as a gift shop. The woman, Kathy, during the day, is a gem! So kind, it's refreshing. My only other complaint, besides the breakfast (which is just a personal preference for a protein started day), is that there isn't an elevator. It's only 2 stories, but with 3 kids and a cooler full of stuff, it would have been awesome. But 🤷‍♀️, it's a Super 8, right? Anyway, it was a really enjoyable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend going to Irons Park right down the road.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I will say - I was impressed with this location. The staff was friendly (they allowed us to check in 2 hrs early so I could drop our bag and make it to my cousins wedding ceremony on time). The check in was quick and the room was clean. I’ve been other more expensive hotels and the bathtubs weren’t wiped down well or there were stains on the carpet. Our room was in perfect working order. The continental breakfast was small but it was enough. I had a waffle, yogurt, juice/coffee, and a muffin. They had a few other options too (toast, cereal and apples). I loved how they had a coffee/tea station out in the lobby area all day accessible, and also in the lobby was a nice little shopping area with knickknacks like lanterns, sweaters, necklaces, notebooks, bug spray, etc. They also had a pool and jacuzzi. I did not personally use them, but my cousins whom also attended the wedding said the jacuzzi was super nice. I would definitely stay again in the future if needing a place to lodge. Recommend!

Okay stay, very clean and nice staff. But I don’t like the fact breakfast isn’t a hot breakfast. Continental break literally has no protein options here. Carbs only. I’m a diabetic and that doesn’t work for me. However there was yogurt, but not lite or low carb/sugar. I was expecting at least cold boiled eggs which would have been great but they didn’t even have that! Other than that I have no complaints. Nice pool and yes… HOT TUB! Just need a hot breakfast is all.

We have stayed here before on several occasions. My only request is for them to please do a little more on the breakfast side. Not everyone eats apples or oranges, some bananas would have been nice. The apple juice was very sour as well. The staff are great, always super friendly and welcoming.
