I think I already responded that the soap dispenser needs to be nearer to the sink. You need to make clear that the van needs to be RESERVED for a trip from the Inn to the airport. Free service is offered but hard to come by.

When I checked in for a room with 1 king size bed I arrived to my room and the bed was unmade and there was a large amount of garbage. Clearly hasn’t been touched by house keeping. So I had to go back down to the lobby and had to have a room with 2 queen size beds because they didn’t have anymore king size available. Parking is also pretty terrible.

Hard to get into. One way streets. Have to park across the street. Parking lots not cleared off as it was snowing and slick. Lighting into hotel was not good at all. Downtown, but very sketchy.

Spur of the moment choice because it worked out timing wise along my travel route. I liked the pictures, amenities, and the price so I took a chance and got lucky. Everything was fabulous. Staff was exceptionally nice everywhere from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar to the worker I shared the elevator ride with. Plenty of parking for a downtown location.

Apparently the city is doing major infrastructure renovations: streets to the east are ripped up such that even walking is a muddy adventure. (Driving is out of the question.) It seems this work has an impact on the hotel itself: I was particularly distressed that the gym, one of the main reasons I chose the place, was unavailable during my stay. Most of my concerns are outside the control of the hotel, of course, but all? Hard to say.

Our check in was very quick. Our room was very clean and accommodating. The bar inside the hotel had great beer selection and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was worth the money spent. Overall I would definitely return to this hotel if I were in the area again.

We checked in and the room we were given was not cleaned. We waited another hour as another couple traveling with us had to wait for a room. We came back over an hour later and the room still was not clean. We had to be at a wedding in like 15 minutes and needed to get ready. they finally assigned us to a different room. The hallways of the hotel were littered with trash.

Room and hotel were very nice, good staff. Only issue was there was a noise coming from the ventilation system in our room that sounded like a jet plane taking off about every 15 minutes. It was distracting. I've stayed at this property before and don't recall that being an issue before? Also, the shower/tub was slick as glass and needed the towel in the bottom to keep it from becoming a slip hazard. My travelling companion did slip and bruised a knee when taking a shower.

We had issues at check in because you guys ran out of available clean rooms even though we were checking in an hour after check in started. I was made to wait while he heard back from the cleaning staff. The guests behind me had to come back because they were given the wrong rooms and also had dirty rooms. We ended up offering our double room for their king to help them (and you guys since you overbooked your doubles) and ended up getting charged even more. Never told pricing was going to be different. Never told any information at all about what was open when as far as any facilities for the hotel (breakfast, pool, etc.)

Took about 15 min to check in The 2 customer before had rooms booked w people already in them. I got my room and the hotel double booked it and had folks show up thinking it was their room. Complete confusion and not cool. I won't be back anytime soon.

I enjoyed my stay here. The walk across the river to Woodmen ballpark was easy and fun and Steves old time bar across the street was a fun time. My issue is that the hotel ended up charging me 3 different times for my room even after i had booked through Hotels.com. The situation eventually got worked out but this was not a great situation and made me question the integrity of the hotel. Make sure to check your bank account after you stay here.

I was given the keys to a room and found out it was occupied when I opened the door. They gave me a 2nd room which was also occupied. Then a 3rd room which was also occupied. It wasn't until the 4th room we got a vacant one

They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean.

Hotol was very clean, safe and quiet in room. Staff was attentive and respectful. Only negative is Rock Island downtown feels abandoned after Covid. We were told that most businesses reopened on the Davenport side. Still, there were some good restaurants and a few bars in walking distance. Also, hotel offers free parking.

Hotel was great, no complaints! There is nothing to do around this town. Places are advertised as historic downtown and sites to see. However, on a Friday there was no one around walking around town. Honestly felt like a ghost town.

It was all fine, except I purchased the breakfast at $8 and the restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving. I asked the desk manager to refund the $8 and they said I would need to contact Expedia because they paid the hotel. That's why I thought the hotel should refund the $8. Anyway, I will contact Expedia about this.
