Don't book here. I do not recommend at all. Me and my wife stayed here and we were only given one to two rolls of super thin toilet paper by maintenance, they did not clean and sanitize. We had to buy our own small pack of toilet paper. The breakfast didn't have very much to choose from. We did like the wafflemaker but other than that there was no hot food like eggs or bacon or sausage, and there were only two kinds of cereals. Also, the pool water was already drained out for the season. One of the desk staff told us that it should be open before we had arrived.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many workers painting, and working on the outside of the property, but they made every attempt to stay out of the way when we walked past, always greeting us cheerfully. The room was clean. There were cigarette holes in the coverlet on the bed, but other than that, no complaints. Looking forward to staying again when I'm in the Cincinnati area to see the place once the improvements are completed

Door was locked when we got there to check in. The property had stuff all around like they were going to remodel. Room was ok, paid more than what it was worth. Our comforter had holes in it. Checked out this morning expecting to get grab and go breakfast but didnt look like anything was available outside of a gas station honeybun. That was an hour after it said it would be available. Nit what i expected from a branded motel.

This hotel is right next to a big highway so it’s very noisy. Our room was next to the elevator so all we heard all night was the elevator going up and down. The breakfast they had was awful. Just stale toast and bagels. The pool was very dirty. We just didn’t have a very good stay here at all. Our fridge leaked water everywhere as well and the microwave didn’t work.

Super cute room, you can tell it was recently updated. Room was clean, bed was comfy and clean, staff was friendly. Hotel was in the process of renovating and painting exterior. Great value and location from downtown Cincy.

Very friendly staff checked me rite in maybe took 3 minutes and I was headed to my room. Pool was clean and kept up my kids enjoyed it so much. The air conditioning was so cool I slept comfortably overall great place

The floor was slick with oil and dirt, I found a pack of cigarettes in a non-smoking room, it stank, the towel rack and the tp holder was falling out of the wall, the tv was covered in dirty sticky handprints, there was mold in the bathroom. Definitely not a place to bring a pregnant wife and 2 kids.

This hotel was very dirty. Mold in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the comforters in non smoking rooms. There were kids and adults running around making loud noises all night. They seemed to be there for a long period of time and the front desk didn't seem to enforce quite hours. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. No real options like you would expect. Also didn't love that they take copies of your license and id which seems very unsafe for identity safety concerns.

The staff was super nice first of all but this was not a place you pop in and stay overnight. Everyone that was there lived there the room we stayed in was room 232 . We had a 1 year old with us and a 5 year old. Just spent 3 hours stuck in traffic we were wiped out. So we ordered some food and as we sat on the bed started to see bugs. BED BUGS i carried everything back out of the room and put it in the car because i did not want to bring these creaturea home. By this time it was 830 i couldn't find another place to stay and the kids were almost asleep. We ended up setting a tent up outside the bathroom that had bug netting on it. Zipped them in there to sleep. there was actual mold on the walls right when you walked in the door. We noticed it got a towel used some soap and wiped it down. The longer we were there the worse it got the floor was filthy you couldnt take of your shoes at all so my husband and i slept with the lights on in shifts as to watch for the bugs. Only thing i can say is you get what you pay for. I was so mad i didnt have the energy to complain because of a language barrier. Although they were extremely nice i couldnt under stand them, and thats my fault. Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed of listing it as a hotel. This is what a 80 dollar stay looks like. Also ive tried to attach photos and conveniently it will not let me in this hotels app

The freezer had no door-no good. The frig barely kept food cool. Cobwebs in multiple corners of ceilings. No instructions for cable TV. The room was WET/very humid. A wet facecloth was not dry after 3 DAYS. The floor was DIRTY. When I walked across the floor with dry bare feet, my soles were black. I spilled H2O on floor. The towel I wiped the H2O up with was black streaked after wards. The beds were okay.

The floor was not clean, feet turn black on walking. Found small cockroach in refrigerator and in AC and furniture. Washroom shower was not working. Send to have poor maintenance. Overall we didn't like. The owner should check the rooms to know how their workers are cleaning.

You get what you pay for. The room we stayed in was filthy. It looked like someone attempted to clean it but it was disgusting. The beds were okay, but the bathroom was gross. The tub had makeup all over it and had marker everywhere. There was urine all over the toilet and a spider on it. I literally found a leftover ibuprofen tablet on the bathroom sink. All in all, if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, it will be fine, but I would not recommend overall.

This hotel was unsatisfactory. The room smelled like cigarettes. The blankets had cigarette burns in them. The bathtub was dirty. It looked like there was feces smeared on the bathroom wall above the toilet paper roll. We were given minimal towels for our stay. Water pressure was not good in the shower and the chair in the room looked like something that was drug out of the dumpster. Outside of our room was a grassy area where a bike was laying and a child’s potty chair. We definitely will not stay here again.

So I woke up around 7am, wanted to take a shower before I left on my 3 hr drive. But the shower didn't work, got dressed went to front desk told the employee of problem. He explained to me how to operate shower and I told him again that it doesn't work. We both then went to rm 136 and he acted surprised when the shower did not work. Back to the front desk and he then told me if I would had notified him earlier that he could have done something ( it's now around 8:15 am and check out time is 11am). Also make sure to get a copy of your receipt because mine had the wrong check out time.

Our disapointment was not with the staff. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! The ONLY disapointment was with the room. It smelled of smoke (non smoke room), and both beds had blood spots on the sheets. Because our room faced the freeway, we found the truck noise unbearable.

First the main road was closed for massive construction project. The front desk was polite, timely check in. The first room smelled a if someone had just smoked Marijuana in it. The front desk immediately let us current rooms. The second room was a little outdated and their was apt of burn wholes in the covers and comforter. The bathtub didn't hold water and the blow dryer was so dirty it kept blowing the breaker. Surprisingly good night's rest other than the mentioned issues.

The room and property were decent and well kept. You can hear the highway if your room is highway facing. If you watch tv or listen to a sleep app at night, you hardly hear the highway. Even though the room was non smoking, it did have a stale Oder. We stayed 3 nights and the worst part were the teenagers that decided to holler back and forth to each other at 10pm.

Non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes, wet dog, and poverty. Bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Bed mattress was collapsing in the middle from age and use. Shower head was corroded and dirty, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Exterior door would not easily open or close. Needed to use full body weight to open or close. Door chain would not reach latch rendering it unusable.

This booking was done as a last min option due to other reservation getting cancelled. They charged us a deposit (was returned within 5 days, however it wasn't listed that it would be taken out as a deposit anywhere in the info on Hotels.com which I felt was misleading). The man at check in was pleasant, proficient, & helpful however the older woman at front desk was hateful & rude. We came in to get breakfast at 8:55 (ends at 9AM) & she refused to get my 6 yr old daughter even a Bagel (2nd day). After checking in we went, unpacked, & settled. Kids sat down on 2nd bed closest to bathroom and noticed dried BOOGERS stuck to wall. We called front desk & asked for it to be cleaned when housekeeping came in in the morning. We ate dinner, swam, & came back to lay down. We had been hiking earlier in the day so we were all exhausted. Our 6yo fell asleep in our bed so I went to move her to 2nd bed. I pull the sheets back only to see fresh unwashed blood droplets on sheet right at bottom of the pillow. We were exhausted so we put towel down & laid her down. It was addressed and bedding changed next morning, however the dried BOOGERS were never cleaned so we went & bought bleach spray/ Lysol wipes & cleaned it out damn selves. Oh also forgot to mention the two live roaches in the drawer under TV dresser. Needless to say I would never stay here again.

Late check in with no issues. Nice room, pillows kind of small and flat, shower very weak but at least we have a shower. Bfast was lame, just bread items. Just for this, we'll go somewhere else next time, ah coffee was waterdown and tasted like air. :(

We had a pleasant enough stay. We attended a show in Cincinnati and rather than drive back to Louisville we stayed over. This hotel is much more affordable than anything in downtown Cincinnati. The facilities are perfectly acceptable. We did not expect a resort atmosphere, and as a place to spend the night was just fine. The room was simple but perfectly serviceable. Everything that needed to work did their jobs just fine. The staff was cordial and efficient. My main complaint would be with whoever was throwing a late night rave in the apartments across the street, which is nothing involving the hotel. Breakfast was a bit sparse, with condiments outnumbering the elements to put them on. Cream cheese on its own is not as appealing as having a bagel to add it to. But cereal and coffee were in abundance and certainly all we needed to get going. In all, for the price it is a perfectly acceptable place to stay, and worth considering should was stay over after a show again.

Breakfast looked like a couple of choices of cereal, maybe some bagels/toast, and a juice machine that put out more water than juice. Nothing hot. The room itself was fine, and I didn't hear noise from the other rooms, but it's located right next to the freeway and you can hear the noise from cars the whole night. Overall for a single person just finding a place to stay, it was fine but I definitely ate breakfast elsewhere.
