I had booked a "Studio Suite", but my room just had the usual desk and dresser, plus one chair. The worst thing, tho, is that the two external doors (away from the main entrance) were left unlocked at all times. So anyone could just walk in! I asked one of the employees about it, and he told me that they did it that way to make it easy for people coming back late to get in. I think it's really so late-comers won't ring the manager.

The room was ok but the whole place smelled very strongly of cigarette / cigar / maybe mixed w pot. The outer door didn’t lock. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking.

We've stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It had deteriorated so much a few years ago we quit staying here. They recently changed ownership and we stayed there twice in the last 3 weeks. They are remodeling and it is improving, especially the smell. With that said, they still have quite a bit to do. Our room had two bedrooms and the door between the two was missing the door handle, would not shut or latch and made a loud popping noise when opened. The ice machine and washer/dryer were out three weeks ago and were still inoperable when we checked out this morning. For slightly more, there is a brand new hotel in town that is way nicer. If you're on a budget, there are a couple of mom and pop motels that are much cheaper yet still clean and decent. Last minor issue was that check out is 11 am yet we went out for breakfast and returned at 10 to pack up only to find our key cards had been deactivated, otherwise staff and service was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not clean. Dirty sheets, ashes on the ground by night stand. Smell was off. Bath faucet wouldn’t shut completely off. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, we needed a place to crash after a day of softball but def room for improvement.

The shower / bathtub was dirty. The bedcovers were dirty and stained. Floors was not swept. Left after one night even though I lost the money for the second night stay. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned. The floor was definitely not vacuumed. The surfaces were clearly wiped down with some dirty wet rag that left residue on everything. The sheets may have been ‘clean’ but they had stains on them. They should have not used those sheets, should have been tossed. The breakfast area was disgusting. I realize it was under renovations but it was still super gross. No one was working the front desk in the morning. None of the food or drink items were available. Not that I would have eaten anything from it. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

The parking was convenient and a walk from the hotel to local food. The room was not very clean! The bathroom tile was cracked and loose you had to be careful not to cut your foot do not stay in room 210! The place reeked of cigarettes and pot smoke throughout the facilities! The refrigerator only had on leg the microwave had food particles inside. The beds were comfortable however, the bedding did not look very sanitary. The only reason I didn't leave is because I was tired from travel and last minute reservations were expensive in the area.

Lets start off with good: staff was always willing to help. This place was the absolute dirtiest and trashiest i have ever saw! We will NEVER stay in another Super 8. When I say that it was dirty, it was absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t one place in hotel that was clean. Our pillows had burn holes in them, sheets smelt like feces and had stains all over them, pillows had clumps of filling, weren’t fluffy or close to being comfortable. Way overdo to change them out. The shower had MULTIPLE burn marks on it that wasnt from a cigarette. The floor wasnt safe to walk on barefoot or socks. Cobwebs, dirt, and dust all over. You definitely couldn’t tell the last time the room was cleaned. This place isnt fit to let my dogs or horses to stay there.

First off, I booked for 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Upon entering the room, I noticed that they were full sized beds. (My partner is bigger so this was not ideal) I asked front desk if we can get moved to a room with queen beds. He insisted that they were queens… I even offered for him to follow me up there to see fit himself! I was tired and didn’t want to argue so I just sucked it up. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything across the hallway and next door. Neighbors were up til all hours of the morning so I didn’t sleep much.. probably won’t book here anymore. I’d rather spend the extra money and get a room down the road at the other hotel..

didn't like it at all. reserved a room for 1 king size bed standard and got a 2 bed queen when I arrived. entered in and found out that the bathroom door won't close all the way, bathtub leaks and it stinks. what's worse is once i settled in, the TV doesn't work. I paid for all amenities that come with it and find out this? asked why, and they said that the painters broke it and won't be fixed until Monday. this was Saturday. asked about a discount since they didn't tell me they don't have TV service right now and was told to aak the owner who wouldn't be here until late Sunday. I'm leaving early tomorrow, before he arrives. rather go to the one that has bed bugs than stay here again!!! or better yet, sleep in my car!!!

Property is mediocre. Guests below my room were aloud to play music extremely loud and party all 3 nights I was there. Called front desk first night and complained about music and people yelling and slamming doors. Noise never stopped music still playing at 6am. Lots of traffic throughout the night going in and out of that room management doesn't care or try to address any issues. Left early didn't stay my last night. Don't believe me but if you read the reviews they speak for themselves tried to save a few bucks lessen learned never again Don't stay here you'll regret it but if you do your own fault tried to warn you if you read this.

Computer was down on check-in. Bed spread looked like it had someone standing on it to work on the ceiling. Toilet didn't fill upon flush, Front desk notified and upon return to room toilet appeared to be working but running. Had to manually take the lid off to jiggle the float to get toilet to shut off. I had to perform this for my 4 day stay. Half the electrical plugs actually worked in the room. The end table lights did'n work.The TV remote was cracked and a piece of it missing, My stay required late nights and maid and hotel workers often heard in loud conversation or working very early in the morning...

He insisted that they were queens… I even offered for him to follow me up there to see fit himself! I was tired and didn’t want to argue so I just sucked it up. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything across the hallway and next door. Neighbors were up til all hours of the morning so I didn’t sleep much.. probably won’t book here anymore. I’d rather spend the extra money and get a room down the road at the other hotel..

didn't like it at all. reserved a room for 1 king size bed standard and got a 2 bed queen when I arrived. entered in and found out that the bathroom door won't close all the way, bathtub leaks and it stinks. what's worse is once i settled in, the TV doesn't work. I paid for all amenities that come with it and find out this? asked why, and they said that the painters broke it and won't be fixed until Monday. this was Saturday. asked about a discount since they didn't tell me they don't have TV service right now and was told to aak the owner who wouldn't be here until late Sunday. I'm leaving early tomorrow, before he arrives. rather go to the one that has bed bugs than stay here again!!! or better yet, sleep in my car!!!

Property is mediocre. Guests below my room were aloud to play music extremely loud and party all 3 nights I was there. Called front desk first night and complained about music and people yelling and slamming doors. Noise never stopped music still playing at 6am. Lots of traffic throughout the night going in and out of that room management doesn't care or try to address any issues. Left early didn't stay my last night. Don't believe me but if you read the reviews they speak for themselves tried to save a few bucks lessen learned never again Don't stay here you'll regret it but if you do your own fault tried to warn you if you read this.

The parking was convenient and a walk from the hotel to local food. The room was not very clean! The bathroom tile was cracked and loose you had to be careful not to cut your foot do not stay in room 210! The place reeked of cigarettes and pot smoke throughout the facilities! The refrigerator only had on leg the microwave had food particles inside. The beds were comfortable however, the bedding did not look very sanitary. The only reason I didn't leave is because I was tired from travel and last minute reservations were expensive in the area.

The smoke detector wires we’re hanging from the ceiling. No smoke detector there just wires. The floor in the bathroom by the toilet felt like it was going to fall in. The bed spread was dirty . It smelled like smoke and the employee was smoking on our floor by the window. No towel on our second. No one at front desk on Sunday 7:45 am rang the bell 2X still no none came. The coffee was terrible couldn’t even drink it. Also the breakfast was a bit on the older side d wasn’t fresh tasting .

The room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned. The floor was definitely not vacuumed. The surfaces were clearly wiped down with some dirty wet rag that left residue on everything. The sheets may have been ‘clean’ but they had stains on them. They should have not used those sheets, should have been tossed. The breakfast area was disgusting. I realize it was under renovations but it was still super gross. No one was working the front desk in the morning. None of the food or drink items were available. Not that I would have eaten anything from it. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

From all the construction materials just thrown all over the place to the worst breakfast…seriously don’t even try it. Oh…and the black mold on the ceiling of the shower…stains and tears on the sheets. The mattress was the best part…and it needs replaced. Wyndham should be ashamed of this property.
