Super 8 by Wyndham Smithville Kansas City

We checked in pretty late in the evening and instead of having a staff member at the front, there was a kiosk with someone videoed in. Our king size room only had 3 pillows and the lightest blanket possible. When we went up front to ask for more pillows we once again had to contact the kiosk and then they would call housekeeping. It was not great.

AC work and parking was good that's the only thing that worked

Lookagood on outside. Very poor maintenance. Thwre were broken outlets and rusted light fixtures. The toilet was very loose. It rocked on the floor.

I would rather check in with a live person at the front desk rather than on the kiosk with someone who is difficult to hear/understand. When taking a shower in the morning, the tub drain was very slow and you had to stand in water while drying off. For breakfast the only hot food was a waffle. We have stayed at this location quite a few times and it seems to be going downhill vs improving
