Overall was a good stay. We had to swtch rooms. The 1st one...leaky ceiling, beds were not made. Room basically, undone. The office is separate. Located across the PL. The ice machine is located in the office. Kind of inconvenient. We did get another room. 224 was a corner room. Bigger, roomier and basic.

After 4 years I continue to stay at the McMinnville Inn because of it's convenience to everything; shopping (even Thrift Shopping), the Hwy (in either direction), downtown McMinnville, and food choices, The McMinnville Inn has abundant parking, as well clean and spacious rooms.

It would have been nice if the front desk had mentioned that all the tvs werent working when i called to check in. I didnt find put til i was in my room all she said was oh sorry! I would have gone somewhere else!!! Who goes to a hotel without tv?? Anyway i will also mention that the ice machine has been broken for over 3 years !! Thats another thing that people expect to have access too when they come to any hotel. ! Whats the deal ?? I am a regular customer from out of town but i may start making other choices

My check in was fine. Another guest came in with his dog, little old thing that was well behaved, the guest was looking for coffee. I also asked for some coffee, the counter person said there was coffee in the room, but gave me some anyway. Good thing as there was NO coffee in the room. The room smelled so very bad of dirty wet dog. I turned on the fan, I left the door open, the window was already open, but the stink was really bad and seemed to be coming out of the heat system. I would have gone back to the office and asked for a new/clean room, but I was way too tired to deal with the hassle. I did turn off the heating unit for the night to try and lower the wet dog stink. If rooms are rented to people with pets, the rooms MUST be cleaned to a standard that non pet guest can breath and feel comfortable that the space is clean and free of pet odor. Or given a room that has not been rented to quests with pets. The stink was really bad and I can smell it in my possessions.

I’ll start with the pros: great parking with plenty of space. We stayed on the second floor with two queens and the rooms were very spacious. There was an AC unit which was great considering it was 90 degrees. Cons: we were wondering why the bottoms of our feet were always dark ( like if you walked around on asphalt) and then realized it was from walking on the carpet. The entire hotel is outdated from the ‘60’s, which isn’t a total problem except that I think it’s time the carpets were purged.

Front desk had just closed front door at night it was freezing outside I asked can we please stand inside she said no we are cleaning but there was no cleaning. Took a while to check in then one of our room keys didn’t work and they said ok come back to the front desk I said no it’s cold you won’t let us inside. The key didn’t work the second time I asked for another room and was told they were sold out, when the third key wouldn’t work all of the sudden they had an empty room.

I was in town only for the night for a wedding that started at 4pm. The staff was nice enough to allow me to check in early so that I could get ready in the room prior the wedding. It really saved me a lot of stress and was so helpful to my overall trip. I was very grateful!

The staff is always so friendly and are up for people with a sense of humor so make their day bright and make them laugh!!! The rooms are sometimes not cleaned properly though so don't be alarmed. I found hair ALL over the shower and dirt in the sheets so check your room over. Parking was very accessible and you are within walking distance of a grocery store, firehouse subs, little Caesars, a Mexican restaurant but only eat from outside and a plaid pantry is behind the property. I love the price and the quiet hat's why I return.

Pleasant experience checking in. Room was spacious and clean. Ice machine was not working and supplies in the room were sparse and we were told if we wanted more supplies we would have to get them since the rooms were only cleaned every six days. The walls were quite thin as we could hear noise from rooms next to us as well outside our door. Overall for the money it was ok. However the fee of $20.00 per day per dog was ridiculous. Probably would not stay there again.

Service at the front desk was very nice with a simple check in. Upon entering an upstairs room there were smells of different cleaning agents that was either covering up or permeated into the carpet & furniture. After a long day of travel I wanted to freshen up and take a nap. The refillable body wash container detatched from the shower wall. Slamming of doors and yelling was occuring so loudly, I wasn't confident my door wasn't the one getting banged upon. Downstairs neighbors had a dog either barking or whimpering as the surrounding area had loud canines joining the chorus. I felt uncomfortable at best, unsafe at worst & turned in my keys after 3 hours of trying to adjust to my chosen two-night accommodation. Again, the front desk was very kind and receptive. With an apology they said they would credit my card to a zero balance. One week later I called inquiring why I was refunded only half of my reservation charge. They stated their manager (that was no longer with the company) determined my stay of three hours was long enough to be charged as a full night stay. I do not recommend McMinnville Inn ever, to anyone.

Convenient location for getting around town quickly. Lots of eating options close by. My room was surprisingly quiet considering the busy street the property is on. The decor is a little dated and showing some signs of wear but acceptable for the price. The room was very large and clean. My only complaint is the min-frig was noisy and kept cycling on and off. Otherwise, I was pleased with the property and would stay there again.

It was advertised as including breakfast, but was not informed it wasn't included despite advertising as so, I was told that the manager decided to not offer breakfast. By this time they had taken payment and It was after 9 pm.

Amazing find right on main road yet it feels secluded! Quick and easy check-in at office. Hotel sets back from the road with tall trees bordering 3 sides. The parking lot is spacious wide parking spaces. My room was surprisingly spacious and had provided all I could need - plus extras! Fridge, microwave, hair dryer, extra towels and pillows, full-size ironing board and iron, plus a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamer/sugar/sweeteners. My stay was quiet, comfortable, and very affordable. I will be back!

It is great value for the money! Convenient and close to restaurants, grocery stores and about 10mins drive from the Air and Space museum. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The room heater made a bit of racket, but nothing we could not get used to.
