Room smells so bad and it’s not cleaned properly

Roaches coming from under refrigerator and the bathroom was dirty.

The check in staff was lovely. Hats off to her for doing a job that can't be easy. When we went to check in they did not have the 2 twin beds i had booked a week ago, so we were moved to a room with a king bed. No big deal, but i could see that being an issue for some. The main problem were the roaches. We went out for dinner and when i came back and turned on the light, 2 adults and a dozen nymph stage roaches scurried off the table. I must have stepped on and killed a dozen of the baby ones over the course the night. The sheets and bed were clean, though there were several old cigarette burns in the blankets. We went ahead and stayed the night due to it being a 4 hour trip home, and the linens being clean, as were the towels. TLDR the towels and sheets were clean, the staff was pleasant, and the room was inexpensive, but they have a heck of a roach infestation.

Place was run done . Left for an hour to eat come back and there was roaches crawling all over the walls. Checked out 2 1/2 hous agter checking in and couldn't even get my money back.

This place was infested with roaches. Checked in at 11pm and couldnt sleep any longer woke up at 3am and felt like something was crawling on me.

By accident, I booked twice same hotel for the same night. I tried to ask for my money back. They told me they cannot refund my money even when I showed them all the pictures with all the pictures I cockroaches was everywhere even was underwear. The room never got cleaned. It was the worst experience ever.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Rooms are filthy and cockroach infested They take your deposit off one card then try to make it look like they put it back on another card. It's going on two weeks now since I left and still no refund

I ordered the two twin beds. They gave us what they called a king bed. The floor was warped by the door by at least two inches. There were bugs on the floor. The room smelled of weed. The manager refused to refund my money or give another room.

Worse hotel I have encountered. Over night lady was sweet as pie. She deserves a raise or better place to work at. Room had roaches, no blankets, missing counter top and cabinet in the kitchenette, AC barely worked and made noises all night.

Had a good stay just the ppl above me were really loud stomping all the time

The bathroom sink was stopped up and the toilet wouldn't flush. Told management and they sent someone but they didnt fix it. Also was a whole in the floor in bathroom. And lastly have brown stains on the comforters.

Has a few roaches running around, and some patrons have no issues with being loud at 2 and 4AM. Overall it's not a bad place.

The room was not cleaned and the lock on the door did not work.

It’s an okay location and low price, I had an decent stay but the room card don’t work plus’s the celrackheads outside kinda annoying

Terrible. Walking into an ashtray was the first red flag. Then came step two, putting my belongs down. I thought, put them on the bed. Bad decision. The head board fell off the wall revealing years of funk built up in the void. After I got done cleaning that I thought to myself, late night early morning. Time for shut eye. Although this next part is not the hoteld fault, its worth noting. At about 11:45p a multi unit (about 10) police man hunt started in the adjasent apartment complex. Sirens, lights, all the belss and whistles. So for those seeking a peaceful night, i would not recommend this location. I ended up switching hotels, and when i called to discuess with management my delema. I did mention somthing about partial reembursment, with a swift reply of "you've already paid" some laughter and an ebrupt end to the phone call. I should have done more research so i take full blame for my poor decision. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES.

The office workers are awesome

The wonderful ladies at the front desk were awesome!!!! Our key cards didn't work so much for the door and we had to go and correct that problem... and they were ALLLLLL so nice and friendly to myself and my family.We did find a few roaches around, but, nothing too bad.We will recommend and we will be staying here in the future :)

The 2 different managers i dealt with were helpful and kind.

Absolutely horrible!!! Checked in, and informed the desk lady that we were police officers in town for class and she asked if we could make sure to walk in certain areas carrying our gear to scare others staying there to act right. We went to our room to put our stuff in there and was continually met with the smell of marijuana at every turn. We went back to our vehicle to go have dinner and decided it was unsafe to stay at this hotel. We gathered our belongings from the room and checked out. The desk lady stated that she understood why and wished she could do something to help.

Only reason i stayed the entire booking was because they wouldn’t let me cancel without being penalized. The room was dirty. No service was provided and i stayed longer than 7 days. At one point there was no hot water. Definitely not an extended stay hotel, when theres no pots, plates etc. There was roaches. But the front desk was great. It was out if their hands and it was the manager that wouldn’t cancel and waive the cancellation fee. First day the above guest made alot of noise, i told the front desk and i guess they reached out to them because it just got worse. Thats when i reached out to Expedia and the hotel property declined it. Couldnt lose out on the cost.

I checked in room and was greeted by multiple roaches. The restroom and tub, infested with roaches. I checked out immediately and was told that I could not get a refund. The customer service in the beginning with Ms shanti was good. She went above and beyond but once we got to the room and saw it, we were displeased. Her manager was very rude. She didn’t offer us anything. She does not need to be a manager. I will be calling corporate today. Anywho, book at your own risk

i liked the price was the best in that area i like the two ladies that work behind the counter, friendly i like that it has a Fridge, stove top, microwave what i didn't like was the room was full of roaches i told the front desk and they Both come to inspect the room and saw what i told them. She was awesome and give me a brand-new room,they Both cared I'm handicap and the new room was Great, thanks

This is a very unsafe place, people werr High, rodent traps in hallways, the bedspreads were stained and it had a smell to it. I didnt stay ended going elsewhere

We didn't enjoy our stay at all..the location felt unsafe the surroundings and people were loud and shouting.The hotel conditions were unsafe.Would not recommend to anyone especially travelers be careful.

Close to a gas station that includes a laundry mat it’s walking distance, around the corner from the mall and a lot of restaurants

The area was good it was close to everything. But housekeeping isn’t professional at all

Had a reservation for two days. Didn't like the cockroaches that crawled into bed and in the shower. Was going to check out with office after first day but the eight police cars that jammed the parking lot looking for their suspect prevented that, so I just left.

This hotel is filthy and has roaches, plus there are a lot of homeless people walking around outside.

We arrived on a Saturday night and the police patrols were patrolling every 15 minutes, I swear there were drug deals going down in the parking lot. The hotel is not maintained. They had rat traps in the hallways, and our room was filthy. They didn't even give us a top sheet, only the bottom sheet and a comforter. I saw that the staff was overworked, they were not expecting a crowd for the Eclipse. But once Saturday night was over the property became a little quieter, but not cleaner.
