The swimming pool was extremely dirty and the whole pool area looked closed, despite it was high season. The reception was open, but I found these guys sleeping in sofas and I started the breakfast myself. The hole concept was poor. Expedia promised me a gym at their webpage but the staff did not know if they had or not, after 3 days one of them said, sorry, we have no gym...

It was the most unfriendly staff and worst experience ever. I didn't even stay there and no one is helping me out with any refund or any accommodation regarding it. The property was dirty and vending machines were empty. Declined to even check in

The best part about the stay was the air conditioner kept the room comfortable. The bathroom, the bed covers, towels, and coffee all need to be upgraded. And just a heads up there isn’t an elevator.

First of all - the hotel does not have an elevator The first room was extremely dirty and had a cold cigarette smoke smell - after complaining to the receptionist they offered another room which I accepted The second room didn’t have the old cigarette smell but the carpet was filthy with lots of stains, refrigerator was dirty plus there was overall dirt and slime on nearly all surfaces - it seems the room has never been deep cleaned The entire hotel has a carpet which hasn’t been updated in years - and it shows I will never stay in this hotel again!!!!!

Floors on the 2nd floor creaked while walking on them. Water pressure was really low in the shower. I felt it was very inconvenient to have to walk down the stairs to get ice and take it back upstairs. While grabbing breakfast the juice machine claimed to have Orange, apple, cranberry and some other juice. All but the orange juice only dispensed water. The coffee machine when on a fritz and sprayed hot coffee and hot water all over the floor and another hotel guest. I knew i wasnt getting a 5 star hotel but 140 dollars for one night it wasnt even worth the two star rating it had.

The hotel was so hot from the second you walk in the door. The room was also hot and we had to call the front desk to find out how to turn the AC on, it was so complicated. The room was not clean, there was toothpaste splatter on the bottom of the bathroom mirror and a used travel size tube of toothpaste on the sink. The lock on the bathroom door was missing and the hole was filled with dirt. The drain plug was broken and was laying on the side of the bathroom sink. The entire hotel was disgusting!

Not a very clean property. Bed linens had stains, no elevators, very noisy (people coming and going all through the night) very thin walls. No air in the check in area, very hot. Had a weird smell inside. Also the smell of cigarettes throughout the property. The side door of the property was used as a smoking area and wasn’t very clean or maintained. Cigarette butts all over property along with trash and debris. Not worth saving a few bucks to stay here.

Had to go up flight of stairs to 2nd floor because facility didn't have elevator. beds in room were double sized. no other choice but king but didn't need king. Questioned size of bed before arriving and was told beds were either queen or king. beds were DOUBLE size. Closed continental breakfast before 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. Blood stains on sheets on 1 of beds.Would not stay they 2nd time.

I would not stay here again. The bathroom in our room had hair hanging off of a towel. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous people that stayed there. The room had a smell to it that wasn’t pleasant. The hallway smelled like weed. Never again would we stay here.

We had about 5 rooms between our ball team. All of our rooms smelled like they had weed smoked in them..our sheets had burn holes in them and had brown stains on them. It definitely needs to be remodeled. The staff was very nice though.

i booked a suite at this hotel. Get there and check in and i think the room was 202 that i got. the whole place stinks of smoke but i had traveled a long way and needed to rest. the room was ok except the tv did not work and i called front desk. they came up and tried to get tv working with no success. they then put in a room half the size and said i was in the only suite. she then said to me i didn't pay enough for the room anyway. how RUDE . Please call me at 9049429565 as i am charging this back on my credit card

My stay at this hotel was awful. The tv was literal busted showing cracked color lines on the screen, pizza napkins with food on it was left on the knight stand upon entering the room, the stop devise for the sink to hold was in the bathroom was broken, the coffee maker did not work and when we called to the front desk for a new one. The customer desk rep stated that he could not buy a new one nor replace the broken one, we saw two spiders in the room, one came out of the AC vent and the other one from the side of the microwave. The bathroom always smelled like cigarette smoke.

The location was great, the staff very helpful and friendly. I did notice the bathroom fan was not working and the room was a little musty like it needed a thorough airing. It was very clean and comfortable. My companion would have liked a bigger variety of fruit in the breakfast buffet.

There was nothing I liked. This Inn gives a bad name to Quality Inn. The safety latch was off the door. The bathroom door was warped,no hook on the door. Bug trap in bathroom with bugs in it. The carpet was dirty. The hot breakfast was only sawage. There was no pictures on wall. The front staff at check was very nasty to deal with. I will never stay at that hotel anymore!!!
