Nice property & newly renovated. We chose it in part because of the indoor pool; however, we arrived to learn the pool & hot tub were closed for renovations. It would have been nice to know that up front. That said, the room was comfortable, the staff friendly & we really loved the included breakfast! Really great offerings.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was the pool. I drove 8 hours with 4 grandkids who were looking forward to swimming, but when we arrived, we were advised that the pool was out of service. The clerk said there would be no discounts or refunds because I paid through Expedia. It would have made a huge difference in our travel plans if Expedia had notified us of this. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located in Lewisburg. I was able to walk to Bellacino’s pizza for dinner and Walmart and other shops. It was a short drive to the center of town where we found fun dinner and shopping. The staff were friendly and the hotel amenities were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of pancakes, eggs, vegetarian omelettes, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and wide variety of yogurts, danishes, muffins, toast, and bagels. There were plenty of condiment choices for syrups, jellies, butters, peanut butter, Nutella, and even salsa. The tea and coffee selection had even more variety. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The pool was heated and they kept the air temperature warm as well. The hot tub was a perfect temperature, not too hot so the kids could also warm up with us. The gym was conveniently located next to the pool and there was a window so I could check on my family while I worked out. The room was comfortable. The beds were ok, more on the firm side. The pillows and covers were soft and cozy. We chose the extended room that had a couch and a pull out bed. The room was so spacious. I really enjoyed having a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Pulled out the hide a bed and there was popcorn was not cleaned under the couch. Then we get the comforter out to place on the bed and it had stains on it. Gross made me feel uncomfortable. Then went down to breakfast at 7. Breakfast was to start at 6:30 and they closed the doors as they were not ready after waiting 15 minutes looked in and looked like every thing was ready. Asked front desk they went in and then room was opened up immediately. I would say even if you was not 100 percent ready it still could have been opened with what you had ready so people that had schedules could eat and go. That is one reason I picked holiday inn was for their usually exceptional cleanliness and great breakfasts. Not happy I paid so much and did not get what I would have expected for a holiday inn

Very friendly staff. Our key cards did not work. We had to go to the front desk to get them reprogramed. No problem taken care of. Our room was not thuroly cleaned. For the price i would expect a good cleanong between guest.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years....it was a good stay but the property is showing age and the carpets did not appear clean, there were big scratches in the tub, many surfaces it the room had not been wiped off for quite some time

I love staying at Holiday Inns. They are not cheap so I have to base my review around what I’m getting for the cost. The good-staff, very nice breakfast with solid options, and the small kitchen area in the room, comfortable bed. The bad-swimming pool and hot tub water looked green, this is terrible and easily fixed by using their pump and simply regularly using chlorine. What a waste. The ugly-stains on the shower curtain, around the toilet, and it doesn’t seem like like the furniture has ever been vacuumed in between the cushions. It was nasty. I still slept well and enjoyed the stay but better is expected for the cost.

It was very clean . Gym was fairly nice. Had du.bells up to 50ibs , full length mirrors and cardio machines. Only issue i had was the ac/heat was very noisy in the room and was in rough shape.

Hotel was located in good place. Room was clean but beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Stayed on 1st floor and it was extremely noisy with people walking around upstairs and people being very loud in the hallway. Could see into hallway through door. Door was too small for the frame. Like to sleep in and housekeeping was so very noisy I found it impossible. Don’t know if I would stay here again. Did not try breakfast so can’t give review.

The staff were very friendly. I left something behind and they were nice enough to contact me regarding the item, offering to mail it to my address. AC needs to be fixed. This hotel sent a link earlier to fill out all necessary details like drivers license, CC, vehicle information, demographics. When we checked in we had to do all of that again on paper. When I told the staff we already did that online, she just shrugged. I guess don’t send the link to customers next time so as not to do it twice.

The propery looks nice. However, the gym equipment was not maintained. The breakfast was horrible, we went to Bob Evans.. The staff was so limited that we waiyed 20 minutes to check in.

I booked a walk in shower for my wife who has a broken foot. When I checked in I asked to make sure we were getting a walk in shower. I was told no they didn’t have any available and that Expedia doesn’t tell them when these are requested. When I booked through Expedia I specifically booked the walk in shower room. We won’t be back

This is my go-to motel in Lewisburg. It is always clean and quite. Easy check-in with a friendly helpful staff - Southern hospitality at its best. There's coffee in the lobby, 24/7. It's convenient, right off of I-64. There's a Wal-Mart with inexpensive gas and Appleby's Restaurant right next door, and a Bob Evan's across the street for convenient dining after a day on the road. The room is always clean with a clean well-stocked bathroom. The beds are comfy with lots of pillows and great clean blankets. This motel goes all out to keep the ambient light out of your room so you get a good night's sleep. There's a clean indoor pool to help vent the kids energy off after a day on the road. The "free breakfast" really is a free breakfast. There is something for everyone at the buffet: hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, cereal for the kids, fresh fruit, and hot cinnamon rolls. All served up by a mature Grandmother cook who knows her breakfast. To-Go bags and coffee cups for the road the next morning. Great place.
