Parking is $10 per night even if you park on the street. Which I've always thought was public ifv you choose to park in the garage. You have to go across the street to do so. It's not on the property. Overall for a budget hotel it was clean. Not very modern but it works for a clean place to stay. My only complaints is that the refrigerator in the room was so loud it kept me up. I think because it's older the motor was running loud

I stayed here for 3 nights, It was a easy check in and parking even though it was 10$ per day, I felt safe for my car to be parked in the lot Room was spacious, Bed was comfortable and quiet at night. Definitely will stay here again when I’m in the area

We stayed to go to the Eagles vs Rs game @ sofi stadium. The room was very clean and very helpful staff. I love that parking in the garage is secure. You need a code they provide it for you when receive the room. It is additional ten dollars but it's worth it.

Only 1.5 miles from Sofi Stadium; I didn't walk to the stadium however because I didn't feel comfortable walking alone at night. Parking was only $10 in an enclosed and gated garage. The front desk held my bag for free since I was unable to get early check in. The late night and early morning receptionists were very nice. One receptionist didn't charge me for the $2 bottled water. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and convenient hotel. Had a great stay. Location was great. Stovetop and kitchen came equipped with the necessities. It would’ve been helpful to have a knife and cutting board in the kitchen and a few more utensils. Also the free laundry was great!

Check in took 50 mins. It was extremely packed with one person checking in only. When we finally got up there they said they canceled my room because there was no phone number on the booking. They had to rebook me in 2 twin beds for me and my husband. Very awkward. When we got there the room have a very strong stench. We slept in separate beds and I woke up with bug bites covering my whole body!

There were cockroaches in my room!! No bedding in the room for the sofa bed I had to walk down to front desk and wait for them to be done with another complaint from another guest to get the bedding. No ice machine or vending machine had out of order on front. Told me I could walk across to another hotel to get ice. Elevator smelled of marijuana, unrelated to the two people in the front smoking marijuana at the table for all guests like that’s appropriate. Horrible!

The room was nice the furniture was super filthy One of the lamps for my children had to sleep was barely held together by a bolt. The lock did not close all the way I made a video of the lock moving. I did not feel safe. The dishwasher was very dirty so we didn’t use any of the appliances so there was no need to wash them.

The room in which I stayed in was not the cleanest. The walls could use a good whip down. The floors looked that hadn’t been moped in a while. The bed skirt was dirty and the comforter were pretty old one of them was ripped.

We experienced considerable difficulty sleeping due to the unusually loud noise produced by the air conditioning unit in our room. We requested a room change and waited approximately 30 minutes for a response following the technician's inspection. While the technician indicated the noise level was within normal parameters, it was excessively loud and prevented us from sleeping. Poor maintenance and poor communication..

Our shower had absolutely no water pressure the knob was coming off of the wall when we told the staff they were very nice and very helpful however they failed to move us to another room or fix the issues so we were unable to shower during our stay we had to use the sink instead to wash her hair because the shower had absolutely no water pressure at all they try to come and fix it again in the morning to no avail so the entire trip we were unable to clean our bodies that's unacceptable

It is very noisy. The AC keeps turning off and on even though we didn’t put it in an auto. Very hot all night and people keep shouting outside.

I've stayed at other Candlewood properties and have left with a good impression. I understand how management and administration may act differently per location. LAX airport area is a tough one so a country club or resort is not to be expected but just in general this location didn't look well kept, maybe the remodel of almost the entire block made it look messy. Room was of a standard size, very bad bed with squeaky coiled mattress, furniture showed signs of heavy traffic, the lights had the brightest most potent wattage so turning them on really brought even more attention to how run down the room was. 1 of the 2 elevators didn't work, laundry was closed, gym was "coming soon" in a space the size of one parking spot, so good luck.

The room was clean but service was slow. They also forgot to activate my key cards and when i called them....i had to go back to the front desk for them to activate them and carry my luggae back down from the 4th floor.

I’m going through a stressful time with my place and Maria was always so kind and helpful when I checked in. It was very nice to have someone with great energy to start the day. Very appreciative!

I was able to check in early before 3pm. Jose (manager) was very pleasant and able to get me a room right away after a long drive. He was also able to find my IHG number and provided it on paper. The other female staff (can’t remember her name) was also pleasant. Their greetings made me feel welcome. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and complete with necessary essentials. The location was great, surrounded by various food establishments. There is also a security outside giving the sense of ease and safety. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Please keep up the great customer service and friendly staff.

I booked this hotel due to the rating it's received on Hotels.com, the price, and its proximity to SoFi Stadium. I was very please with this hotel. I was only staying one night and it had more than I needed to enjoy my stay. I liked that there was a secured parking lot and that parking was free. The fact that the room had a kitchen was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I ever had to attend another event at SoFi Stadium.
