Stayed 1 night

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. It was incredibly noisy throughout the entire night, and I honestly did not sleep at all. Dogs were barking in the hallway, people knocking on doors, and constant noise. My room was also right next to a set of doors leading out toward the lobby, so I heard them opening and closing all night long. The room itself was also disappointing. The bathtub was so dirty that I did not feel comfortable even taking a shower in it. The pillows looked like they had been put through the washer and dryer and came out completely lumpy. They were extremely uncomfortable and made an already sleepless night even worse. What frustrated me most was the response when I brought all of this up at the front desk the next morning. I felt completely brushed off. There was really no acknowledgment or concern that I had just spent the entire night unable to sleep, and was unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the constant noise, the dirty bathtub, the uncomfortable pillows, and the lack of concern from the front desk, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

I don't have an issue with the RM the only thing I didn't like was hearing a dog barking off and on all night. Door kept slamming majority of the night. Right above my room I kept hearing hard footsteps. Wasn't a relaxing night like I expected.

The whole “hotel” smells of cigarettes and the staff does nothing to prevent other visitors from smoking inside their rooms. My room was not cleaned properly, dirty bathtub and no blankets on beds just thin linen sheets with burn marks all over them. DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!! I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserves more bad reviews because I can guarantee this isn’t the first one. Nothing good to say. Worst experience I have ever had!!
