The cost was perfect. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was really clean. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool and hot tub area was looked clean as far as I could tell I didn't swim so thats all I can say. The only bummer we experienced was the 2nd floor ice machine was out of order. But the 1st floor worked. Breakfast was normal continental but well stocked. COFFEE was delicious and there was plenty. Again quite clean. Even the grass and pet area were nice. We had a dog and 3 adults all fit nicely. I wish I had a reason to use this place again.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was very easy to get to and from the surrounding areas. Also, the staff was nice. And the breakfast was good enough. Our daughter loves the homemade waffles. We got to the hotel at 2pm and was told not only was our room not ready, we would have to pay a fee to check in early. Wait, what? I've never had to pay a fee to check into a hotel early, especially only an hour before the actual check in time. So we had to find something to do for an hour, after driving for 5 hours. Before I had even booked the room, I called to make sure the pool and hot tub worked. I was assured it did. That was the sole reason for booking this hotel. Upon actually checking in, I was told the heater in the pool was broken. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm. Our daughter was so disappointed. Luckily there's a new aquatic center in Medford. The room was good enough. The beds felt old and we rolled towards the middle when there was two of us. But it was clean-ish. It had flooring instead of carpet (we had a pet friendly room, so not sure if that's the norm). The 2nd night we were there, the people above us would not stop running or jumping. And then doors opening and slamming. I called the front desk around 9pm, but it didn't do any good. I think it stopped around 10-10:30 and started up again at 6am. It was the same the next night. I know that's a person problem, not a hotel problem, but still. Overall, disappointing.

I liked the breakfast, it was good. Plenty of things to choose from. Entrance and hallways were nicely colored and decorated. It was quiet to stay there. The check-in was ok. The person we had acted like we were bothering her. The hot tub didn't work and we said something and they said they reported it 2 weeks ago and it still isn't fixed. Dead plants by the pool.

Well, check-in was quite the experience to say the least was not greeted like a normal best western employee greets somebody at check-in, check-in was at three. I checked in at 3:15 and it was an attitude from the front desk personnel that I was burdening her that she had to stop what she was doing to check me in Extremely rude no customer service and will advise not to use the hot tub smell like sweat and campfire smoke not very clean jets did not work

Great place for the cost. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Elevator needs to have a booster put on it. Was a 4 story hotel. Use to a 2 or 3- probably part of it.

Always enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the last three weeks we’ve stayed here half of the TV channels were not available. Yesterday from the elevator to our room smelled extremely like smoke. A couple different kinds. The front desk did attempt to deal with it quickly.

A used condom was found in our room upon arrival. It was reported and a room clean was requested. They did not pick up the condom after requesting it be taken care of. We had 2 rooms and in the second room a clean was requested after 2 nights of stay. A note was left on the bed saying they couldn't clean because there were personal items left on the bed. There was a folded blanket and a bag of dried bannanas. TERRIBLE!

The first room we were assigned was FILTHY, mold in the toilet, grime in the tub, hair on the floor. The second room was dirty. I had some Clorox wipes in the car when we travel and have to use pit toilets, never anticipated I would use them in a hotel room. I think their idea of a clean room was they changed the sheets and towels. I’m not sure how this hotel has a 8.0 rating.

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great shower. Room was clean. Easy location and parking. A/C works great. The walls are rather thin; we could hear the neighbors coughing. We could also hear folks walking around on the floor above us. It’s best to at least keep the A/C fan running all night to drown out those noises.

Overall, we had a great stay at this Best Western. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. We had an issue with the AC as a weird smell was coming from the unit during our stay. A mildew smell. If you are assigned room 415, heads up, it smells foul.

Don’t reserve if you live anywhere in the rogue valley. Check-in was fine until Mike the lobby staff saw my local debit card. I was told they don’t rent rooms to locals. When I asked to speak to the manager, Mike balked and said I needed to leave the premises immediately, or he would call the sheriff. Once the general manager was on the phone she threatened to refuse to refund my money unless I left the premises before the sheriff arrived. She then lied to the sheriff saying she told us about a $500 safety deposit and that we refused to pay it. This “policy” was not listed on the website or additional instructions from the hotel.

There was a tremendous amount of noise in the rooms above us. Two times we had to call the front desk and make them aware, once at 10pm then it went away for awhile , and then again at 3:30am which woke both of up and continued for a couple of hours making it impossible to go back to sleep. When i discussed it with the clerk when i was checking out, she said "Oh yeah, we've had complaints like that before" and did not seem to care as well as making zero effort of reconciliation. It's too bad because other than the staff's lack of empathy or action, it could have been a nice stay.

Check in took way, WAY too long. I’m thinking 20 minutes! I had to go to the bathroom really bad but the check in guy just kept talking and talking and I almost peed in my pants because he kept talking instead of giving me my key. I had already chosen my room on Expedia but he wanted to walk me through every room type for no reason and tell me all the amenities of the hotel for no reason. I travel constantly, like 30 trips per year on business and I’ve never experienced this before anywhere.

This is an OK property for where it's located, which is White City, not Medford. Listing it with properties for Medford is simply inaccurate and misleading. Friendly young staff and the condition of the hotel is fine. It's a food desert - the restaurant next door sucks and there is not much else nearby. It's in an industrial area - if you have business nearby it would be great, but if you need to be in Medford, prepare to drive a bit/

The place is almost new and everything was in excellent condition, smelled new! Excellent value. However, the site was hard to find. The hotel was not eye catching from the highway. The entrance is not on the main road and was somewhat difficult to see.

The location worked well because it was relatively close to Crater Lake NP. Being located in an industrial park area isn’t ideal aesthetically, but the space it’s in looks well kept. The included breakfast was better than most hotels and the woman that took care of the breakfast area was really nice and helpful. She recently moved to White City from Cottage Grove MN. People like her make visits more pleasurable!

The property was easy to find. It was clean, the room was large and had a tub in the bathroom. The internet would not let me connect. Night staff had no idea why the router would not work. In the morning the Breakfast was lacking, the biscuit and the gravy were COLD. The apple juice was empty, the Orange juice was empty.

Breakfast was very limited during the time we attended at around 8:15am. They'd offered biscuits and gravy that day, but there was very little gravy left, and only 2 biscuits which we took the last of at the time. I heard from guests there were egg patties, but none were available while we attended. There was very little sausage left as well, but it looked like that had been replenished, as we headed back to our room close to 8:40. A family in line just before us took what was left of the danish options, and those weren't replenished either. The only plentiful options left were the waffle bar, english muffins, or cereal which we didnt choose to have. With plenty of time left before breakfast was closed, we were a bit disappointed with the availability of the food. I get we came later on in the morning, but even still, we shouldnt have to be up at 6am during our little getaway in order to recieve the full menu. The room was great, the room was very clean, and though we could hear other residents music in the halls, in out room it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again, just more prepared for the breakfast times.
