We have been staying at this hotel for years because they usually offer long term parking and airport shuttles. This last visit we found out they no longer offer long term parking, even though it’s still there on the listing (with some fine print about it being “affected” but not specific). The bathrooms in the lobby were also closed. In our room, we didn’t get a proper comforter on the bed but rather a few sheets and a bed topper that’s usually supposed to go under the sheets. We found an extra blanket in the closet but that and the bed topper were scratchy and uncomfortable. There was also a big gap in the blackout curtains. We used to love this place but considering how it’s more expensive than similar offerings in the area without the added amenities we won’t stay here again!

the suite itself was amazing. spacious and clean. however the first floor construction closed every access point, so we had to walk through it anyway to find elevator, disrupting the workers. There was construction mess everywhere (not a full of construction company, but poor planning on hotel. You couldn’t access elevator through lobby so you had to walk around to outside doors, enter even tho it said no entry construction zone, and then tromp through their work. Highly suggest they did first floor half at a time or closed hotel entirely while first floor was being done. Also very noisy.

This Hotel has a complementary airport shuttle allowing us to turn in our rental car at the airport the evening before our very early flight. The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport and took us back to the hotel after dropping off our rental car and then picked us up at the hotel at 4:30 AM for our flight. It all worked out great!

Hotel was clean but lot of construction going on and some confusing signage. The front desk was friendly enough. Unfortunately there was a lot of ‘walking’ noises up until midnight, sound insulation seems to be lacking. Breakfast was not as good as the Homewood suites we stayed at in San Diego. Pool was out of commission which was unfortunate, but we were able to use the pool at the hotel next door.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean & spacious. The only issue we had was that the bed was a bit hard & the pillows were not soft. The room above us had children that were running back & forth across their room & they sounded like horses galloping back & forth. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying hearing them run until 1 AM. This is a safe & clean hotel. There are many food options at a very short distance by foot.

This place is definitely worth spending the extra money and it wont break the bank. The room and the bathroom walere spacious and clean. The little kitchenette was a nice touch. The first floor and stairwell were under construction but that may be wrapped up soon. I wish there were legit electric vehicle charging stations instead of outdoor outlets that you have to plug your own cord into. Also they should be marked to prevent non electric cars from parking in those spaces.

Wonderful room, great breakfast…nice clean hotel in what seemed like a good area, would stay again. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we did have the option of using the other hotels pool next door if we wanted to.

Comfy bed, lots of room, stove didn't work but they fixed it quickly. They need to purchase some more luggage carts because it was the most difficult part of our stay....finding an available cart to be able to get luggage up to room and then get it out at check out. Definitely need to get more luggage carts!

The lobby was nice. The check in ladies were kind. The room had a nasty odor with obvious stains on the carpet. It was dated and worn. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. The bed was alright no aches when we woke but the left side of the bed was about 12 inches from the dirty draped windows. Big dissappointment.

We had two rooms and one room was great, it was very clean and comfortable. We could have used some extra toilet paper but that was easily solvable. The problem with our second room was that it was not cleaned from the previous guests. Okay, fine, they got us a different room. But when we returned to that room the next day after being out and about, they had wiped our rooms keys and we couldn’t get in and we were trying to get ready to attend a wedding. They had not kept a record of the room switch, then didn’t quickly resolve the problem, it took 40 minutes before we could get in. This is really poor management in general and poor training of employees. What would have otherwise been a very satisfactory stay was tainted by this unnecessary series of events. And while most of the hotel was very clean, the carpets in the elevators were gross. Doesn’t seem like a huge expense to just replace those small areas.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool. No where on the website does it indicate the hotel is under construction and the pool would be out of use. The dishes left in the dishwasher were dirty and there was trash in the primary bedroom.

Hot breakfast, great location, just horrible housekeeping! We found a shaver with hair left behind and a spraybottle. There was a large booger on our shower wall. I don’t think the sheets were changed and there were stains on our towels. We also got some random bites.

The room was so comfortable and clean. Definitely liked the price for the space we got. Parking wasn’t the best. It was very limited. The bed itself was not comfortable and made noise while getting in and out of it. The pillows practically collapsed as you lay on them. Lastly the pull-out couch was terrible. You can feel the coils as you lay on the mattress.

Wonderful front desk staff always with a smile. Our room was spacious,comfortable bed and nice size kitchen. My only complaint was the road noise on the odd side numbers of the hotel. My sleep machine solved that.

Upon arrival greeted with friendly front desk staff, and surprised they had a complimentary dinner on Wed which was perfect after a 9hr drive! The staff all around were nice and attentive. Clean and upgraded hotel. Great breakfast every morning. Absolutely looking to book again next year for Aftershock!

I felt unsure about my early morning walk to my car since my room was so far away from the front of the property. Went back to the lobby and talked to Janelle about it so she walked with me to my room and showed me how I would be able to get to my car. So very nice of her!

The staff was good. I was disappointed that I could not get a shuttle to the airport. If you are an airport hotel there should be shuttle available that works with your flight. We originally had to sign up for a shuttle way too early and then we’re told that they were overbooked and wanted us to take an even earlier flight. We refused but the staff worked it out that the hotel would pay for a taxi for us. That was fine but still the bottom line there was not enough shuttles for all of your patrons.

The staff at this location were fantastic! I have never encountered so many nice, helpful staff at a hotel. Even at midnight, they were all so accommodating. Corey (didn't get his last name) even went above and beyond and found an item we left behind. I was extremely grateful! Will absolutely stay here again

Staff: very helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out was painless. Check on took perhaps 3 minutes and they were expecting us. Check out took less than 30 seconds. Room: large king size bed, Lots of USB A ports available to charge devices. There were a few USB c ports as well. There was a small kitchen with garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker, very small dining table. A/C and heater worked fine. Bathroom: clean, nice but not new plumbing fixtures. Separate rooms for sink and separate room with toilet and shower/bathtub stall. Lots of towels and lots of shampoo, body wash available. The wallpaper was peeling in a very small area near the toilet. The facility certainly wasn't brand new, and the dark colors in the interior made thi gs look a little somber. Free wifi, but to get it free you need to sign up with Hilton Honors, and you have to agree to their terms. The wifi wasn't blazing fast: 10-15 MBPS. Very good variety for the free breakfast, starts at 6 am. There was a room with a computer, but since it was fairly far away from our room, we didn't use it. Lots of parking, though stalls on narrow side. Lots of fast food places nearby: Dennys, Sizzlers, Popeyes, Panda Express, In and Out Burger to name a few. Close to airport (maybe 10 minutes). Overall a good experience and I would certainly use this facility in the future if needed.

We only stayed here 1 night while waiting for a flight back home, but it was a great stay for being so quick. The room was large and clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was good. The property is also close to dining, shopping and the airport, and it's less than 15 minutes to downtown Sacramento. We would definitely stay her again if we're in the area.

Had to spend the night here because of a flight cancellation. Took the shuttle to and from. There is easy access to many restaurants, most of the fast food variety. Staff was pleasant, the breakfast was underwhelming. I would have liked to have fruit salad, plain yogurt, and oatmeal that wasn’t so watery. Small issues, overall I recommend this property.

The property has needed updating for some time now. They are currently under construction. The pool area is closed as us the 2nd floor. The breakfast in the morning is very sparse and there are no more evening managers receptions during the week. But the pricing does not reflect all the disadvantages and minimizing. Not worth the $$any more.

Property is nice and clean but the furniture and facility in room are outdated!! Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices. And it is not open until 7, therefore people with early meetings or flights might not be able to take advantage of it. Overall , I think it is good. Staff is nice.
