Motel 6-Plano, TX - Plano Northeast

Nice quiet facility and the room was clean. Nearby construction limited access somewhat. I was able to connect to the wi-fi but there was no Internet. As with all Motel 6s, they don't provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash so plan accordingly. But overall I had a nice stay and it was convenient and hassle free.

the best part is that is pet friendly

Our room was clean and roomy. The staff were polite and friendly. The only issue is that the grassy areas where the dogs go to the bathroom are very messy. People are not cleaning up after themselves and it doesn't appear the hotel is bothering to either.

Only complaint is the construction that goes on during the day is loud, but that’s to be expected. All Staff has been friendly and haven’t had any issues at all that I they didn’t immediately fix.

Nothing special a little sketchy at times. A lot of weed smoking going on though. The laundry room was flooding. The vending machines didn’t work. Just need a place to crash it was ok but for the price you can find a better establishment. The staff was ok though.

I’m impress with the cleanliness and well keep it the property. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. Front desk personal very friendly and accommodating . HOUSEKEPPERSare very nice and friendly. safe parking lot and property it’s well manteined . WHAT ELSE CAN I ASK FOR. Close to everything I need .

It was ok for Motel 6. The getlemen who check is in was very rude. The main entrance was blocked off cause i guess they redid the pavement or the lines for parking lot. It was an inconvenience having to turn abs go around back and park and then had to go walk to the front door.

Has roaches and has construction start at 8 am! Very rude and did not enjoy my stay at all also limited parking had tho park 5 mins away because of maintenance and construction.

It was one of the worst experiences. I was watched and followed by people that lived there I was told that in order to have my room cleaned I had to leave, harassed by security and also the room had human feces on the shower curtain. Being discriminated against while I’m struggling single mom isn’t acceptable !

Blood stained pillowcase,blue rags instead of white towels,no wash cloths,squeaky doors,you will not enjoy your stay,if you cannot sleep due to noisy squeaky doors,doors have issues unlocking evening staff Kimberly is rude,Lazy,and no customer service skills.

It was cheap and you get what you pay for. No shampoo included which I find strange. The area is a little sketchy. As a man on a solo trip, it was ok but I wouldn’t bring a family here. Every time I went the bathroom at night there was a new roach in the bathtub for me to kill.

One German roach, a few gnats in the bathroom. The rooms next to the freeway have no sound protection at all. Woke up multiple times in the night due to loud aholes on the road. Overall, meh

1st day there opened small refigerator leaking water all over the floor at ther foot of the bed and after notifed didnt fix until.next day.

front desk provided excellent customer service and made my check in easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet at night and had no issues. I was very happy with my overall stay and will definitely be stay there again.

The internet was very poor, we talked with the front desk guys about it and they couldn’t figure out. Internet really make us leave the hotel and find a better one with the right and proper internet.

I did appreciate the fact that the room was clean. I have stayed in nicer places that haven’t been as clean. It also had a small fridge and microwave that were not listed in the room info. That was a nice plus, but it would have been more helpful to know in advance. The room and everything in it was older and a bit worn. The bath towels were very small so I recommend having 2 per adult. The mattress was also not that comfortable. I will say that the front desk staff were nice and helpful to me, but overall, it was a very average stay in a quite basic room.

It was a very clean comfortable place to stay, especially for the price. Front desk was very cheerful with easy checkin and checkout. I would definitely stay there again.

When I arrived at check in, I saw they had late check out for 1:30pm for an extra $20. I asked if this could be added on at a later time if we decided to stay a bit longer. They said yes. Get to the room and there is an oder we had to get some candles to clear. The next day at around 11am the maintenance man and maid come banging on the door and sceaming for us to check out. We said we will pay for the late check out. He then started screaming through an open window that we did not pay and we need to get the F out now. My husband went to talk to them while I tried calling the front desk to pay the extra $20. The front desk would not answer from the phone in the room. The maintenance man continued his highly unprofessional rant. When my husband opened the door and they saw we were black people, him and the maid no longer knew how to speak English and they called the police on us saying we threatened them. Our skin color was the threat. The police came before I was able to get the front desk on the phone. The maintenance man had us trespassed from the property. It was horrible. We just wanted a quiet night away and it turned into a nightmare.

They put me in a room with no ac and took hours to move me .. the second room they moved me too had roaches and they said they gonna bring roach spray?? I said I want my money back she said they can do 50 percent off my next visit? I refused so they gave me another night and said if I’m not in my room by 11 am it’s nothing they can do ! The 3rd room AC BROKEN AS WELL Do not come here horrible customer service and roaches price was $75 a night

The staff are really nice and the place is really quiet the location is not great being that there is a lot of homeless people the police are really bad there but the motel was the best so far that I have ever stayed at
