Stayed 8 nights

We did not enjoy our 7 day trip here. The pool was so small and only 3 feet deep all around and very small! the pool room smelled awful and was muggy, not to mention they rent it for party’s so our 6 kids didn’t get to use it. A kid piled in it and nobody did anything, the parents just watched! there were a million kids there! We lost power in one of the bedrooms and living room on day 3 and nobody fixed it. Even though we talked to the front desk and they said they would call the manager. So we went without lights and plug outlets the remainder of our stay. The internet was awful so we didn’t have any working televisions for most of the vacation. The breakfast was gross and people were allowed to fill their bags with all the stuff and take it to their rooms leaving nothing for anyone else. The two women that check people in were terrible and rude and didn’t say anything about the parking situation, so we almost got towed the first night. By some miracle my husband looked out the window at 11pm right as they were gonna tow our car! So beware the parking is not what you think! We had to park around the building and walk all the way around every time we left to go anywhere! No easy way to get in from the back! Overall dissatisfied with the $3500 I spent for a week here! Won’t stay again!

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was nice but the furniture needs updating. Duck tape used to fix a tare was a bit over the top. The major issue was the parking. Not enough parking at this location. I've stayed at other Staybridge locations and found them to be impeccable. This one was lacking in comparison. The staff did apologize for the parking situation and they were trying to have it addressed. All in all I did enjoy my stay but parking and duck taped furniture should not have been apart of my experience. I'd say give them time to fix these issues and then enjoy your stay.

While the receptionist was helpful, it's an old property in need of repairs. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Okay to spend night.
