Kaha Lani Resort #114, Ocean View, Steps to Beach, Sunrise, Pool/Wi-fi

All your worries melt away when you step inside and drop your luggage and step through the lanai doors. What a view! The condo was perfect. Even the chickens welcomed us!

The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location was right near an extensive beach which was very nice for morning walks. The only issue was the lack of an evaporator system. The unit, being on the ground floor, was a bit damp.

What an amazing place to stay! This place had literally everything you could possibly need (except for A/C of course). I did buy a tower fan as soon as I landed in Kauai, for the condo, and I’m glad I did. This place had all the kitchen appliances you could need, so we ended up cooking most of our meals and prepping lunches for the day. I would recommend bringing a power strip too, there weren’t many easily accessible outlets (nothing to stress over though). Honestly, if you’re okay without having A/C, I would highly recommend staying here. My girlfriend and I loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 4th time on the island, 3rd time staying at this property. The property and unit were just as pristine and well kept as the first time I stayed there in 1998 then in 2011 for my wife and my honeymoon. We've done the tourist thing in the past, but this time we decided to just kick back and relax, and that's what we did for 8 whole days! This unit was the best so far, everything was as described, beautifully kept, short walk to the beach, awesome pool and i love how there are 2 BBQ grills in the pool area so you can take a dip while grilling. The property is off the beaten path so theres not alot of foot traffic so you feel isolated from all the commotion of tourism, but still close to shops, restaurants, bars, farmers markets etc... in all directions. We went to Costco and stocked up on beer and food and cooked alot at the condo for breakfast and dinner. We hung out on the lanai about 80% of the time drying off from swimming and just enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We had, and I would highly suggest, a pair of water shoes for the rocks in the ocean. To sum up, everything was perfect and one of the best, relaxing vacations we've ever had.
