Staff was helpful. Service in restaurant was not satisfactory. Room service has no menu except pizza and salad. Coffee in room is given only the fist day. Never seen like that in any hotel. If it’s given the fist day it should be every day. Ac in rooms are not cold enough like lobby. It should be able to cool down to that level. I have worked in five star hotels as an engineer for 15 years.

I came early and i asked for early check in, the room was available but they asked for extra amount for early check in that on the same day in morning!! Also i didn’t feel that hotel was clean enough as 5 or 4 star hotel.
