Sky bar closed, limited menu options, very expensive, some staff helpful, others not at all. Business hotel for those on expenses. Better options are available for the cost. Although very nice and modern, I will stay elsewhere next time I'm in Paris. Will not return.

I liked the quality of the hotel and everything was fine. The only minor complaint was with the elevators and key cards....had to get the cards reset a fee times. Also the hotel should provide washcloths.

The AC wasn’t working in my room, I reported it twice and they never sent anyone to fix it (as I was told) At the gym a piece of 2 usd was broken, so it wasn’t possible to use the machine for two different exercises. No one is taking care of the maintenance of it. It’s a shame!

Staff was very helpful and kind. But half of the elevators didn't work. When I checked out I didn't have any problem to walk down the stares from 6th. But other on higher floors had to wait for quite some time after elevators.

Für mich das Beste Hotel in La Defense, würde auch gerne schreiben Best-Preis-Leistung überhaupt in Paris. Direkt an Metro Linie 1 gelegen (20 Meter ;-)) 4 Sterne ausgewiesen aber 5 Sterne Qualität und Service. Frühstück 1A jeden Tag einen richtigen Brunch. Level-Lounge genial, Melia Standard. Zimmer komfortable und super sauber. Empfang und Personal top.

I normally don’t write reviews, but i absolutely loved this hotel. First off the hotel is a bit far from airports / the main center of paris but it’s so easy to get to by train (train station is right in front of the hotel). The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was clean and open, the level lounge was great to have access to, the skyline bar had amazing views of paris (drinks were a little pricey though). I got a city room view and was able to see the Eiffel Tower from it

This a Business hotel only, as there's nothing around to do, no pool, not even a small store, no vending machines or ice machine, 2 small bars outrageous prices, at the next metro station there is a mall. Housekeeping staff came in while we where in our rooms, we had dirty cups & glasses, instead of replacing them she rinsed them and put them back, I wonder if these are even changed between each check out, also they don't supply facecloths.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura e o quarto é amplo, porém alguns pontos comprometeram bastante minha experiência. O chuveiro e a limpeza eram muito precários. Tomar um banho relaxante era impossível, pois para a água ficar quente a água saía extremamente fraca. A funcionária responsável pela limpeza do quarto, desde a minha chegada, não limpou os vidros, que estavam com marcas bem evidentes de mãos de criança — provavelmente de hóspedes anteriores. Era impossível não notar, e mesmo após 12 dias de hospedagem, isso não foi corrigido. Esses detalhes, especialmente em uma estadia tão longa, impactam muito a percepção de conforto e cuidado. Infelizmente, devido à experiência, não pretendo retornar ao hotel.

Check in wasn’t not available at 3 and it’s was about 4pm. There was no compensation for time lost either with a later check out. Room was very small for the price. Definitely better deals and places to stay in Paris. I wouldn’t recommended here.

This location is perfect for families and lone travelers. Westfield mall is a quick walk away and the metro is right out side the hotel. The rooms are wonderful and spacious with views of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is having a major opportunities in two key areas. 1) the staff was careless. We have booked a taxi to airport and confirmed twice. Yet, they said there was no booking only 15 mins before our time to leave to airport. 2) the water pressure in bathroom was a total suffering.

awesome front desk staff- loved them and the property and will definitely come back again. just a suggestion for reclaiming luggage after check out-if you can keep a separate bell desk area so standing in line again at check in counter can be avoided and time saved. we almost had 20 mins plus wait time to reclaim our tagged bags on our way back to airport as there were a lot of people checking in.

Idéalement situé, tant pour les activités à la Défense que pour un accès rapide au centre de Paris. Hotel de type moderne pourvu des facilités souhaitées. Le niveau des prix est supérieur à la moyenne. La réception est souvent en sous-effectif ce qui peut engendrer des temps d'attente agaçants lorsqu'on a des rendez-vous à assurer.

I had heard stories from people about how dirty and unsafe Paris can be. My experience was the totally opposite! This place was clean and beautiful including the surrounding area. The staff members that greeted us during check in/out were fantastic. The location is very close to metro which allows you access the entire area of Paris. I would stay here again hands down!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the financial district, we felt very safe exploring and in the evening. Lots of restaurants and the arena for us was a 15 minute walk.

Not a bad stay overall, but my biggest disappointment is they advertise on Expedia/Travelocity that they have 24 Hour Shuttle available to and from the airport, which is not true. When I arrived at the airport I couldn't locate their shuttle, so I called the the hotel and they said I needed to give them 48 hours notice. When I was leaving l made a 48 hour advance request and they said they don't have a shuttle, but they will gladly call me a cab. So airport round trip costs about $120. For the included breakfast I paid for, the coffee machine didn't work, the toaster didn't work and my omelettes were not very good. I would have probably chosen another hotel if I knew this upfront.

Nice hotel, in a good location with beautiful view from the room. I just wish I did the reservation in advance for the restaurant on the top roof.The hotel is also close to metro for easy transportation.Wonderful staff and very helpful, on my departure for the airport my Uber was delayed and the front desk person was so nice and helpful he ordered us a taxi that came immediately and I made it on time for the airport. The staff at the restaurants were also very nice and polite, they delivered my breakfast before I left the city at 5 am. Thank you!

I generally dislike hotel rooms with full carpet because it is not kept clean, it was the same here. I was also disappointed that all the towels had someone elses hair. The breakfast room was relatively small and they kept cleaning the tables sweeping all the food and bread crumbs on the floor :( …
