So many problems with maintenance in this hotel. 1 elevator working, plumbing didn't work in shower. Ice machine not working, fitness equipment broken. Etc.... Stay elsewhere. This is not like other Marriott hotels.

The staff was very helpful and nice when greeting us at check in. The hotel overall was good. It was cool in the lobby. Our room Was on the 4th floor & when you got off on the elevator on that floor it was really hot & stuffy. I think that in turn affected our room. The air conditioner seemed to be working, but it was stuffy and hot in the area of the room near the hallway. Not sure if they were having AC issues or if was only the 4th floor. But that made the room slightly uncomfortable for the night. And it seemed strange that we were charged $3 ti park in an open parking lot. Just odd. Not sure I would stay here again. I have stayed at many very comfortable Springhill Suites.

The staff more than made up for the issues we encountered during our stay. The property had a lot of room for improvement. The pool was covered in leaves. Understandable after a hurricane. However they did not even have a skimmer so we could clean ourselves if they did not have sufficient staff to do it. The washer and dryer were in poor working order but the staff did dry our clothes for us so that was a plus. Breakfast was decent and kept well stocked. Location was convenient. Over all a little on the shabby side of Marriott but the staff is top notch! Kind of like Target caliber employees working at Dollar General.

Rooms were outdated and just didn’t look clean. There were stains all over the fabric headboards, the couch, and the carpet, including a big nasty stain right by the bed that looked like it could be old blood. It was also very noisy and we (2 adults, 1 baby, and 1 child) were up until midnight because of the people above us.

Been coming for years to this hotel. Our daughter was a student at FSU. Now our sons will be there too. Sadly, the rooms are just run down and dirty. Sofa bed had stains on the mattress. Couldn’t sleep there, so we left the sofa in tact, dressed it with the linens that we requested because they weren’t in the room. Had to request towels- 3 per room is not enough for 4 guests, which was clearly indicated on the reservation. I spilled some water on the rug and when I went to dry it with a used towel, the towel was grey from the filthy rug. The white comforter was dingy & stained . 1 make up wipe and a bar of soap were the only toiletries. 1 waste basket in the bathroom, none in the room or the living/ desk area. Parking is very limited. We had to use an adjacent lot that belonged to a business office at 9:00 PM. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was great:) In my opinion, a mid range Marriott hotel room that is costing close to $250 a night should look and feel much better than this.

I love all Springhill Suites. These are my go-to place to stay. My boyfriend loved it. He is a Hilton man. The young lady that checked me in was so professional and had a great attitude. Loved the room and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

Several items upset us about this property. Here’s a short list; Door latch broken, air conditioner never shut off, bathroom light switch broken, no hot water until the end of the shower, dirty floors, dust everywhere. Attention to repairs and cleanliness are obviously not priority.

Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. I had two consecutive reservations, one with doule queen beds and the otherva King bed and I requested to stay in my first room. Even though the hotel was fully booked, my request was somehow satisfied.

I never complain about a stay BUT when I got there they told me they were overbooked and it was first come first serve. I virtually checked in at 2pm from my phone. So I had to wait to see if they had ANY available rooms. When I did get a room, I went to the room and A GUEST was already in the room. I had to apologize over and over again to her. I finally got a room with no one in it. Then after we checked out, I realized I left a pillow and blanket in there. I called to see if they could get it and keep it behind they counter and they said they could not get a hold of housekeeping. We had long checked out so we would have a family member get the belongings for me. They said the family member would have to go upstairs to the room and find the belongings! My check in process was terrible..simple snd plain...i was told 117.00 and i said no 105.00 i have my reservation...i was told thats third party i have to check with them because she was charging 117.00...i then asked even if i have my reservation right here and it says 105.00...i was told if you are saying the price is wrong then i wont check you in and you and leave but we will still get paid because it is to late to cancel. so i had no choice but to say charge it as it is and i will call expedia..this is where race plays a part 2 customers before me where white she was super nice no problem...4 customers behind me where white dont know how they were treated but she was SUPER CRUDE TO ME PERIOD!!

Front desk was inviting and kind even at our 1030pm. Room was spacious and clean and they brought an extra blanket with no problem. Breakfast was great and the staff were all over making sure it was stocked and clean.

When arriving we had enough time to check in and right back out the door for our reservation for supper. Upon returning later that night we had an incident in our room. A simple call to the front desk and not even a minute later Ryan the desk clerk was upstairs with a new room card and then he was back up at our room upon the request of extra pillow and gave compliment bottles of waters for all 5 guest in my room. Ryan is has down the best hotel employee we have came across and we definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Florida.

Hotel was surprisingly comfortable for the cost although they had to change my room 3 times because something did not work. They seemed pretty laid back there. Breakfast was not good tho. They had a good variety of choices each day but everything was microwaved (per the manager) and the food looked raw. Everybody was eating only the baked goods even tho they did not have small packages of syrup, butter etc only big containers. Coffee and tea choices were good.

I would say the stay was average. We had to move rooms b/c of a leak in the A/C that soaked the carpet, they moved us right away into a new room and gave us a credit! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were not very comfy. The rooms were immaculate.
