First the pool was drained and we were all set to swim and before scheduling they assured us they had the pool ready. The breakfast didn’t have a chef so they gave us buffet and it wasn’t eatable. We had to spend more money to go get breakfast. The room had a bad smell like something was spilled on the carpet. The shower was outdated with poor water streaming from the shower head. Never staying at this Hilton again. Hiltons brand is a step behind and in losing the race.Note: why ask for photos after I’ve returned home!

Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast was a fee (but I pre-paid through expedia) and is normal breakfast. The two ladies working the dining area were friendly and kept the area clean and filled and I gave them a tip for their hardwork. The check-in and check-out was okay. It didn't feel warm and welcoming but more like a hi-and-bye-lets-get-this-moving-along experience. I didn't get the usual amenities run down and during check-out, there was no thank you for your stay. I was the one that thanked her after she printed my receipt but I did get a you're welcome...that's a win I guess. Parking was enough but was packed and if you didn't check-in early, you'll get a less desired parking spot. Some spots were also dark and needed more lighting. A Fairfield Inn shares the front parking lot and looked very crowded. On a good note, dining options around the property was good.

The only 2 complaints I have are 1. The key cards to the doors were not working. Literally every time I had to go to my room I had to get a new card and that was the MOST ANNOYING thing ever. Esp when you don’t realize it’s not going to work until you get to your hotel room. Secondly it was way too hot in the pool area. I understand it’s inside but there needs to be some type of ventilation or something in there. We had to prop the door open just to get air in. The room itself was very nice and spacious. So I will be booking again. I just hope the key card thing is fixed.

This property is very nice and convenient. The only reason I took a star off is that it is under construction and is a bit dusty/fumey. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The HVAC system in the rooms was amazing. Pool was nice as well. The hotel is in walking distance from many food options. We would easily stay again if we are in the area.

Hotel is being remodeled, which I was not made aware of before making the reservation. Construction noise 8 AM - 6 PM. Construction dust throughout hotel although staff was making an effort to keep it cleaned up. One of two elevators was kept in reserve for remodeling work. Bed mattress was just OK. Mediocre breakfast was $14. All in all not a good value for the room rate.

Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Free coffee was great in the morning. First watch was small walk away from hotel that allows you to get better breakfast than the one they sell at the hotel. Cons: Pool was very small and Elevators need some TLC. All in all enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed in the area a few times at different hotels and I liked this one the least. The pillows were so thin it was like sleeping on your hand. We were there 5 nights and there was no soap in the shower the entire time. The shower was stained and moldy. The staff was just okay. In comparison to the properties that are in the same area and cheaper, this one is lacking in all fronts.

I did not get to my room too late had to move to a different room because there was a roach crawling on my bed. It was a very bad spirits. They moved me to a different room and that’s about it.

The property is in a good location and is kept clean. I normally stay across the street at the Marriot and wish I would have they offer complimentary breakfast and they also do not charge my card $100 for incidentals that I might use. The other complaint is the bathroom was so small and the shower was outdated we couldn't get the water to stream the full amount the divertor was broken which I reported and was told sorry.

We didn’t use the breakfast service but our overall stay was very nice. One complaint would be room 108 shares a wall with the elevator and it was pretty loud. The staff was accommodating.

The hotel refused to honor the room booked and paid for. We needed 2 queens but they overbooked and refused to honor our prepaid room option claiming we are bumped out because we used a third party. I won’t be able to use this service go forward.

I will never again stay at a property where not a single employee gave a damn about the fact that I was unwell. I asked for a late checkout which Kevin approved, but then he waited until I left to place a $50 late checkout fee on my card. When I called last night to inquire about it, the woman who answered the phone, and refused to identify herself, very curtly told me that I would have to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. I called this morning and spoke to a Keisha who pretended not to know who I was and made me explain the whole sordid story to her again, and then placed me on hold, supposedly, to read the notes, but when she came back, she said I'd need to talk to the general manager. I refused to expend anymore of my limited energy fighting for $50. I hope it makes them trillionaires!!

Our stay was great. The front desk employees were very friendly. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door before 10:00 am when check out isn’t until 12:00 pm. If we wanted to sleep in we couldn’t.

Initially reserved room wasn't clean, got huge suite as compensation with no upcharge. Desk clerk was courteous and efficient and apologetic about issue. New room was clean and very nice.

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far in the area. Very quiet. Not in a busy area. Walkable food and shopping. The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!! My family will not stay anywhere else when we are in town. 10/10!!!

Nice place. Friendly staff. Disappointed that there was no room service. It was advertised in 2 places. The Buffett was OK, fruit good, scrambled eggs cold at 7:30 am, juice did not taste like orange juice. Was very quiet even with renovations. The maid on the 3rd floor was awesome, even though she did not speak English - we figured out how to communicate!!

Can hear cars from the highway. Did not get my wake up call i asked for. Hotel next door had a junkie passed out outside it which shares the same parking lot. Price for this location definitely not worth the cost. Also thought online it stated free breakfast it was not included which that was overpriced too!

The hotel desk and room were great. The breakfast model was a scam. 20.00 for a bowl of cereal and a muffin. This alone will move the Hilton Garden to the bottom of my choices to stay in the future. This not the hotel staffs fault but the fault of the hotel policy. Food to order but it is set up for selfservice as most all other hotel chains. I felt we were scammed when my child took a muffin and a bowl of cereal and we were charged $20.00. again will not stay at a Hilton Garden Hotel again.
