Property is within walking distance to the center of North Conway which makes it close to all the little shops and local restaurants. It has a nice pool and tub, small gym and little game room plus a little play area outside for small children to slide and play in. I would stay here again. Good value for your money

Clean, comfortable. For once a king bed that my feet could touch the floor when I swung my legs out of it. Bathroom is tight but not an issue as a solo traveler. I just left the door open. No carpeting in the room was perfect, and even better in the winter and spring I suspect. Swimming pool room needs work on the ceiling. Hot tub was out of order, but I knew that going in. Game room with arcade games and 1 set of washer and dryer and ice machine all in the same room. There was a pool table upstairs, I didn't investigate it. Lots of stairs, including to the pool area, and narrow corridors and doors. I wouldn't want to try to maneuver in a wheelchair here. Overall, very happy with my stay. Great deal for a budget Traveller and last-minute reservation in an area that is very popular due to the Fryeburg Fair and leaf peeping. I would stay here again.

Eastern Inn & Suites surpassed our expectations! We knew about the indoor pool and the fitness room but were pleasantly surprised by the trails, the outdoor patio, BBQ and fire pit availability....but the best for our little group was the pool table where Dad got to surprise his adult sons with his abilities and pass along some tricks and tips. There was a funny odor in the room and we were not sure if it was the room or something we brought with us. Things seemed cleaned so we didnt fuss. I missed a coffee pot in the room but there was an ample supply in the lobby. We will definately be back 🙂

The price point is perfect. The indoor pool is perfect for the kids especially you never know when the weather will turn in the north country. Quiet off the road is my favorite part. They offer 3 grills on a covered patio which is super convenient. The parking for my utv was perfect and safe.

Limited help, the room we got was just okay for cleanliness. Hairs left in tub and dirty corners. The beds were clean but uncomfortable and the air conditioner made so much noise. The pool was dark and needed repairs.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Pool was decently clean and there were noodles and other things to use in the pool. The pool room needs some attention but nothing interferes with enjoying the pool.

Clean and family friendly suites, nice pool and outside sitting area with fire pit was great. Lots of goodies in the lobby to purchase was great with the kids as far as sweets and ice cream etc

Well maintained grounds, very helpful staff, great location. The only downside was the hot tub was out of order.

We were skeptical at first from some of the photos, but we made a great choice. Pros: The room was beautiful, comfy and spacious (not every room is modern/updated but thankfully we got one that is) Great location, minutes from shops, restaurants, Conway railroad, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially housekeeping) Cons: The pool area can definitely use an upgrade and unfortunately the hot tub was not working Overall, we had a great trip!

Awesome facility ! Staff very friendly and responsive. Facilities clean and well maintained. Especially enjoyed the clean indoor pool and hot tub, it's open till 11 pm ! They are not a huge resort, but have everything you need for a nice stay. Thank you Eastern Inn !

The room had a very musty smell and the refrigerator in the room also had a bad odor. The floor around the refrigerator had dirt and debris that was stuck to the flooring and it looked as if the area around the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a while. We left the window open trying to air it out and it helped somewhat. The furnishings and carpets in the room were very outdated and probably contributed to the musty smell. The staff was friendly but my husband and I agreed that we would not return due to the condition of the room.

So i feel bad to give a bad review but its the truth. The ladies at the desk were nice and i asked for more towels and they were helpful. However upon arriving in the room, the room was filthy. To the point i was so disgusted i was debating on spending money i dont have to waste to go somewhere else. When you have rooms for travelers to stay, being sanitary is NUMBER 1. there was so much dirt, crumbs and filth all over the floors, it smelled like mold in the room which to be honest the dirtiness of the floors made me more unhappy than the smell. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was a razor still in the shower from the people before us. Kids toys in the room from the people before us under the bed and in the room near the couch. Crumbs on the sofa bed and severely stained chairs. Stained pillow under the pillowcase. No one wiped the counter either, full of crumbs from people before us. A huge spill dried to the floor behind the bed. I looked at reviews after the fact on google and i wasnt happy seeing the same with other reviews. One said about bugs, well if theres crumbs all over of course bugs come. The pool area was clean though. But they need a better housekeeper im sorry, the floors and sanitary factors are poor

This place was close to many things we'd hoped. We were able to walk to have our supper just across the road. The room was so disappointing especially after experiencing a newly renovated room just 2 years ago at this place. This time we had a room that was carpeted and it smelled bad. The bathroom was so small and hard to maneuver around. There was dirt and hair on the floor. There was popcorn and chocolate under the pullout bed. There wasn't any stove to cook on and no dishes or utensils so we couldn't cook the food we had brought. So different from our last stay. Disappointing for sure. The arcade was Disappointing as many of the games were out of order. Finally, the Canadian flag was rolled up and pinned down but the rest were hanging. Didn't make us feel welcome. The facilities guy apologized for that but said they were told not to hang it.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

There was a pair of men’s boxers in the bathroom when we checked into the room. Also, there was half opened chocolate bars in the fridge.

great location for one of the few places available for a fall stay. friendly and clean.

Rooms Specific observations about the lack of cleanliness: 1. Dorito chips under the bed 2. Dirty tissues and food reminances when pulling out sofa bed 3. We used the fridge and saw an abundance of remnants of dead ants, old chips and other nastiness, as the little fridge had a good 1 inch gap in the cubby it was contained in. 4. Bathroom tub had hair in it and a dead mosquito as well as a dead mosquito in the ceiling next to the ceiling vent. 5. The ceiling vent in bathroom/fan was completely full of cruddy dust caked in 6. Bathroom sink floor board had evidence of something brown and chunky dried on which my husband cleaned up 7. Sofa was filthy full of stains and made you not want to sit on it 8. Carpet was old and in desperate need of shampoo or maybe even removal 9. The AC ran great however the room had an ongoing dampness which probably contributes to the smell Nearby activities Close to No Conway and Jackson area, cranmorr Mtn, Black Mtn, and outlet shopping. Walkability Super close to downtown No. Conway 10m walk Noteworthy details This venue was quite overtired and in desperate need of a full renovation. As a family of 3 we ventured to North Conway for a quick vacation before school start. The room we stayed in rm 127 was filthy and had a terrible odor which we keenly observed at ck in. We used a can and half of Febreese to combat the smell over 4 days. The hallways had glade plug ins so site obviously aware of the foul smell like a dirty wet dog. The pool area we

The suite itself was clean but the bathroom wasn’t touched- there were hairs, presumably pubic, on the bathroom floor and a bathing suit left in the shower. So also assuming the shower wasn’t cleaned if the persons before us bathing suit was left there.

It’s very affordable, so for one night only, it was okay. The bed looked like someone had laid on it when we arrived. It didn’t seem very clean.

Great location and easy walking distance to town. Room was clean and well stocked. Check in with Brianna was very good and always there to help and answer our questions. Would stay here again.

It was the WORST bed we've ever slept it. You laid down and fell into a giant hole...

Room was large with two sections, one room had a couch, table, TV, little kitchenette, and full bathroom. The second room had two queen beds and another TV. Older hotel but they keep it maintained. Air conditioner noisy though. Place was clean and quiet with a playground, indoor pool and small arcade. I travelled with three little kids, and they loved the place. Set back from the road so quiet but still minutes from downtown North Conway.

They have two type of rooms. We had one of each.Both had a fridge and micro.The suite (2 queens) and a pull out couch. Very large, 2 nice chairs. Clean and comfortable. Room two was a king. Totally opposite. The bed was not really comfortable. The two chairs were the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. And you almost have to stand in the tub to close the bathroom door. We have stayed there many times. First time getting a king room. Other than that. A playground for the kids. Nice pool. Reasonably priced. Good location.

The pictures of the rooms are not accurate. Our room had very old well worn furniture that should have been replaced along time ago. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other nor sleep so we left it off. The staff is very nice and the best part of it was the coffee in the lobby and the location to town . I never like leaving poor reviews (again, the staff was super nice) but this property is long overdue for upgrades.

Staff was super nice! Our room was clean, only big downfall was our room had a door to another room next door and you can hear everything, there was no privacy and the people were super loud even at 11:45pm we could not sleep. Also the tiles on the ceiling of the pool had some ready to fall and that is definitely not safe.

I come here all the time. The beds in this unit were awful. I tried both of them. One bed felt like it was caving in and the other way just horrible. Couldn’t sleep well at all.

Room was okay. Furniture could use an upgrade for sure. Not sure the room was vacuumed before our stay. But the worse part was the noise upstairs and outside. A family of 20 was outside our room every night barbecuing and being very loud. Then upstairs someone thinks it’s a good idea to let their kids jump off the bed constantly. I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it made for a not very relaxing stay.

Close to the center of North Conway which was great and very nice pool. Outdated inside. Desk overcharged me by $175 and then was condescending when I asked to be refunded. It took about 5 days to get my money back. Unacceptable.

The lady at check in wasn't pleasant at all, made it known we were an inconvenience. I booked the room 3m ago requesting a 1st floor room for my 85 yr old mother in law was informed no 1st floor rooms are avaliable. Really...you literally had 3m notice. Stair way in narrow and a bit steep. Hotel is very outdated and a lil musky smelling. When we checked in at 5pm there was a hamper of dirty laundry in the hall and upon our check out the next morning it was still there.

A big “Thank you” to Anna at the evening front desk. She was super friendly and helpful! We needed to do some laundry and she gave us instructions & change. She also showed me the free coffee available in the front lobby, and we had a nice conversation. Made us feel ver6 comfortable. Our room was very nice and cozy and the location was perfect for going downtown to the shops or riding the train. Felt very safe walking around the area.

Staff is outstanding

Front desk staff not very friendly and welcoming upon arrival but improved in time. Seems as though they are actively making updates to the facility. Small arcade room and lounge room with Tv, games and pool table were a nice addition the kids enjoyed

The staff was incredible. I have read all the reviews and everyone says staff is great except one lady. I think I met this lady. She is not rude at all. She's actually very nice and great to talk to. When I first met her she was not rude. Just direct. I can understand why people may get that feeling, but don't jump the gun. If you take a minute to talk to her you will realize thats just her personality and she's actually very kind and sweet. I enjoyed talking with her. Very much. The suite we had was incredible. Beautiful. Room 140. The property itself has alot for kids. Its great. This was our first family trip to north conway.we ralized we like the other side of NH better. Im so bummed because I would stay here every vacation. Wish I could take the inn and the staff with me. Everything was superb overall. I highly recommend.

Staff was phenomenal. They made us feel welcomed immediately and was friendly and helpful for both nights stay. Parking was great they had room for my atv trailer which most places didn’t.

This is my third stay here. The rooms are spacious and there are quite a few amenities on site. There's plenty of parking as well. The Inn is roughly a 5-minute walk away from Downtown North Conway. The Inn is in close proximity to many of the parks in the region, Story Land is maybe 10 minutes away, Santa's Village is roughly 1 hour though the drive feels quick because of the scenic nature of White Mountains. I would definitely recommend this property due to its convenient location and consistent quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Great location, nicely renovated rooms, had activities for kids and families (arcade area, pool table, common spaces). Enjoyed my stay!

Clean comfortable room, good bed and shower. We were here for a very quick trip -- just a one night stay -- so we didn't use the pool, hot tub or other entertainment amenities. Really appreciated the quiet location set back from the road, plus the direct access to the Whittaker Woods hiking/XC trails. Owner and pup were very friendly and made us feel at home.

Nice cross country trails right beside the property. Was summer so we took a nice walk in the morning. Property in a good location in North Conway. I would stay here again

Front desk was amazing, helpful super friendly. Hot beverages and fresh baked cookies in the lobby area, decorated fireplace, very cozy. The hotel is old and some rooms were in need of updating. Our room was fine with comfy beds, our daughters were next door and their beds were in need of replacement. Great value for the money however and the staff made our stay enjoyable.

Missing breakfast.

Upon check in , our original room was dirty and smelled very musty . They did end up changing our room but they should do better checks before next guest check in. Otherwise everything was great . New hot tub was great . You can do as many towel exchanges as needed (sometimes which was more than once in a day ) which is great for a family of 5 . Great selection of snacks and drinks in lobby. Tasty coffee, maybe a flavored creamer ?? Thanks :)

I liked the location, the room, the indoor pool (although I did not have time to use it), the cost of the room, the available snacks in the lobby.

Great location, room was clean. Lots of fun things to do, with a pool table and a game room. (I don't remember if there's a swimming pool.) No restaurant or food option on site.

Staff very accommodating, rooms very clean, but on the older and outdated side. Pool was very well kept and just the right size for young children but still good enough for older children to swim. Said there was breakfast on the website but they did not have one.
