Property was very nice. Rooms were not ready at check in time as prior days had been busy. Red light blinking on phone and front desk did not know how to tell me to access the message. They said they would find out and get back to me and did not call back. Breakfast buffet eggs and sausage were on the cooler side. Parking was limited. Lobby was very nice. Staff were pleasant and kind. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Great location and hotel for a work stay. Really good Sushi resturant next door, a Kroger, BWW - really good area for business travel. Hotel is in like new condition. Try their cookies!

First floor room was very loud. Appliances were quite noisy. Lots of people in lobbies and on basketball court outside our room. Tv was small and shower doors were quirky. Bed was super comfortable and staff was attentive though.

The property was well maintained on the outside and the inside. The problem was amenities in the bathroom were out and the staff was not very friendly. Other than that, the room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was clean.

Great location close to businesses in Roanoke. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores, etc.. Hotel has a nice outdoor area although on this trip they removed the tables and most of the chairs for some reason. The rooms are in very good condition and the hotel is clean.

I brought my family, and initially I put how many if us there are. We have 7. Our room was fine. However i dont feel that there was any planning in our stay. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, there was a blond hair in the shower. Not ours. There werent enough sheets or pillows for all of us. I thought that was the point in letting them know ahead of time there are 7 of us. But thankfully the front desk lady brought up a sheet set, blanket and another pillow. Otherwise we only stayed a night and it was suitable. We may try another place next time. As a side note, get to the breakfast early, because they run out of stuff quickly.

It was nice and it had a small kitchen. Very handy especially when kids come along. It was clean but not too clean in some parts. I think it should offer disposable plates and utensil as well.

It was easy to find the room and for the most part it was quiet. My room smelled a little weird, maybe because it was a pet friendly hotel. Overall it was a very nice stay, room was clean and comfortable.

I liked the friendly staff! The room was decent. It was a little dirty and some of the furniture looked very worn. The couch had what looked like dog hair all over it and had white stains.

There was dog or animal hair all over the couch. Tub was dirty and the room was dusty. We requested a refund and left the property. Drove back home!!!

Kitchen faucet was broken, dishes were dirty in the room. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful.

We had to call the front desk for hand soap wnd bedding for the pullout sofa bed. When we did the front desk staff responded quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

It was simple nice that it has a kitchen.

Only complaint was traffic noise from adjacent Interstate.

When we checked in, the lady was super sweet (young black lady with long crimpy hair). Everyone else was not my favorite. They all acted like they didn't want to be there and we were bothering them. Then, I asked a guy if we could have a hair dryer because we didn't have one in the room and he acted like he didn't wanna find one. I came out of the room and he was standing at the elevator but never said a word to me, and I never heard back about it so we just ended up checking out. Pretty sure I asked him about it towards the end of his shift, but still. We only had 1 TV remote for 2 TVs so that was fun. No exta TP besides what came on the roll. Neither phone worked in the room. Internet only worked half the time. Weird stain on the couch. Super small room to be a suite (I've stayed in other HWS before and the rooms weren't that small). They put us by the elevator and I heard every single beep from that thing all night long (don't know why you'd even put a room there to begin with though). I would stay here again if I needed to, but would definitely try to find a different hotel first.

Overall, for what we paid, I think it was good value and would likely stay again. Our room was very spacious. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Ours was so firm that I woke up each morning around 5 am with back pain and couldn’t get back to sleep. They desperately need to update the mattresses.

Road noise woke us at night.

They did not have the room that we booked. We booked the suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. They were overbooked for this room not only for ourselves but for everyone in line. We were given a king bed with a pull out couch.

Had a lot of trouble signing in, staff did not accept expedia booking of room with 4 adults and 2 children at all. Staff was very aggressive and rude when trying to resolve the issue, making demeaning and racist comments several times about my accented english. He repeatedly threatened to cancel our booking while insisting we had to book another room before ultimately giving in. Terrible customer service

We checked in late and was told if needed a late check out we could get it so we eventually called and was told yes then again in morning and was told yes till noon but then kept getting knocks on door then calls from desk saying we couldn’t stay till noon and if we weren’t out before noon we would be charged again

We arrived to find the hotel overbooked and, despite the fact we had paid, they had no room available. We ended up next door, which they arranged, and it all worked out fine. I suggest checking in closer to the start of check-in time to ensure room availability. It was inconvenient to change our plans however the manager on duty went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our new arrangements and for that I would give their staff five stars.

We waited 40 min for someone to show up to check us in. A customer called hotel next door to say no one was there. They sent someone over. Very disturbing to us after traveling all day. Toilet was so low it looked like for todlers. No monitoring of breakfast area. Ran out of food and mot replenished

The staff was outstanding— friendly and exceptionally helpful when our room didn’t match our needs. They were eager to help make adjustments and never made us feel like we were imposing.

I booked a room suite that had 2 queen beds and a queen pull out couch for 6 ladies. We were given the last room at the hotel and when we got to the room, it was 1 king bed for 6 of us. The hotel blamed the error on Expedia saying that 3rd party booking sites don't get the reservation correct. We were checking in to the hotel at 11:30 pm following a christian music concert. Needless to say we were unable to stay and we drove 3 hours back home arriving at 3:00 am. I have not received a refund for a room that we did not occupy.

I loved that our room was down it’s own private hallway, it had a kitchen and was as cozy as a house. My family and I loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had a little bit of everything offered to eat

Food was horrible, coffee was weak like tea, paper plates were the cheapest you can buy. Scrambled eggs was the only hot food and they were dry and gross, no fruit and warm juice. For the 5 night stay we ate breakfast out everyday because the first morning there were no plates or silverware and no one around to help. Don’t stay thinking you’re getting breakfast. They clean every other day which was fine but you had to ask for towels daily. Definitely not going back.
