We couldn’t use the pool because in was being worked in. Wish they would let you know this in advance. Seen roaches crawling around.

Nice and clean room with a pool and good price.

I stayed the night while waiting for an HVAC repair at my home. Pretty straightforward lodging-room is large and roomy, hot water, clean sheets. Room is equipped with microwave, fridge, and tv with cable. Flooring is new. Traditional tub with shower curtain and rod. Was able to park my vehicle directly outside my room so I could see my vehicle in plain sight. Desk Attendant was quick, focused, with no small talk; I loathe small talkers. Good value for the money. I’ll be back.

Hallways were not air conditioned and felt like 130 degrees. Long walk from desk to room. Pool was over crowded and turned green by end of stay. One wash and one dryer were continually in use.

The evening attendant was friendly, that's it. The room's ac would barely run and would not get the room cold at all. I slept ontop of the covers and sweat all night. The shower, turned the water on and the control knob was broken, it just spun around freely. The hallways were very hot. There was no ac in the halls at all and the outside temps were during the day were reaching 100 degrees. Half of the doors into the hotel didnt work so depending on where your room was, you may have had quite a walk from a door that actually worked. There were stains on the walls, holes in the walls, light fixtures that were barely hanging on. Parking lot was clean though, to a degree.

No closet, had to hang my clothes on the shower, rug was dirty. TV was dark coloring, hard to watch it. Pool was dirty, no laundry, was broke

If you just need a bed to sleep in for the night, this place might be okay. If you want anything more, consider the following: Surly desk people (asked for coffee cups to be refilled so we could get some coffee, and the person behind the desk looked at us like we were an imposition. Rusted out lamps Limited maid service (got it one day when we asked, although they told us it was supposed to happen every day) Outdated rooms Difficulty connected to wireless Pool was disgusting and not usable Air conditioner leaked Asked for extra hangers at 5:00 p.m. and were told housekeeping wasn't available. Asked again the next day at 8:00 a.m. and were told the same thing. We gave up.

This place is in poor, run down condition. Now, most places I stay at have something in need of repair, or areas clearly outdated, or some such things. But this place was quite bad. The doorknob/keylock plate on our door was loose and wiggled and lifted away from the door every time you opened it. The security lock (the one you can lock that keeps people out, even those who have a key) was separate and in normal condition, so I didn't worry about security (from the loose doorknob). The bathroom sink drain was super slow. It was gross looking at the soapy water and everyone's spit (from brushing teeth) in the sink every time you used it. We also had some issues turning on the shower water, I got it to work for 2 uses, but couldn't get the water turned on a 3rd time, (we had 5 people in the room). One of the entry doors into the hotel didn't work, so we had to use a farther away door to being all our stuff in. Minor issues, but it's adds up with all the other wrongs. Some lamp stands were very rusty, one light has a broken switch and couldn't be used, a bench in the room was very stained and gross looking. The breakfast was decent. There was the usual variety of a basic continental breakfast and everything seemed stocked. Breakfast was probably the only good thing. Staff was also good. The ice machine worked and had ice. Overall, would not recommend, there are multiple places along the same highway exit, surely one or more of those places would be a better options.

The front desk was friendly and the food was ok. The lobby smelled like smoke when i checked in. The toilet clogged up on us the second day and no maintenance came to help. The bathroom tile was dirty. The room was ok but a broken top lock. One of the sheets had possibly a bug on it. I guess they gave us one of the not so great rooms. The pool was filthy and there were only 3 pieces of exercise equipment. The maid service did not have towels with her. Looked like someone went through my bag. Although there were some people there having a good time so i guess it is ok, if u want a cheap hotel. The other rooms might be much better.

Had bed bugs but me up

Easily the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Roaches in the room. Stained ceilings from leaks.

Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Lobby of hotel was beautiful. Hotel room carpet was so stained and gross, caulking in bathroom was moldy and falling out. Walls were stained and wallpaper peeling. Hallway led directly to outdoors and heat was sweltering. Parking lot had people wonderi g all over it. Ramada a Wyndam child you have seriously failed at this property! Spend more money and stay elsewhere. Do not count on the name brand recognition here!!!

There were huge shards of glass on the floor, blood or something splattered on bathroom door and we found chips on the floor and someones false eyelashes. I asked for extra pillows and was told there was no way to open housekeeping so we did not sleep comfortably. The lady at the desk in the morning was very sweet and made the experience not a complete flop. But definitely the grosest place ive stayed.

Property is old and the rooms are dated - old/broken fixtures and bathroom is very dated as well (not modern or clean/fresh). Also noticed a cockroach/bug in the room.

Stayed for 10 mins. Dirty and lots of roaches.

Bathroom paint is peeling and moldy. Cigarette ash is still on nightstand from previous guests.

The place was super dirty, the walls have holes, the walls have holes, the receptionist answered the phone as if she were at home. And the breakfast was poor, I didn't have breakfast, the room smelled bad, the hallway smelled like Indian food.

I didn't find anything worth bragging about. This is an older somewhat run-down property, If we had had our entire family, we would not have stayed there, There was a dead cockroach in the bathtub!!! Yes, I was glad he was dead, but someone should have cleaned him out of there before we were allowed in. The "breakfast" was very limited!!! Also, they closed early two mornngs because they ran out of food.

It is a quet motel. It is clean. My heat/air did not work in my room

Being a female I thought that I would try to stick it out for my one night stay, however, I could hear every sound through the paper thin walls of guests talking, closing doors, walking up and down the hallway, etc. Obviously the hotel is quite aged and in some disrepair. Once the aroma of someone smoking marijuana came into my room that is when I knew this was not the place for me. I checked out immediately. Confirmation #112126580. The Employees were very nice and courteous. The area surrounding the property did not feel safe to me at all.

The building itself wasn’t terrible but as we were going to the room someone was definitely smoking the hallways smelt like weed and the room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the fan sounded like it was about to blow up.

Stayed there 2 nights loud as hell with the highway right there Dirty and nothing in the area had to drive everywhere

Hotel is not as nice as pictured, bed was very noisy and squeaky. Was only a one night stay and that was good

Nasty, rude check in clerk. Entire facility outdated with all doors and walls needing to be painted. Mold and Mildew on bathtub walls. Bedroom dresser broken down. Refrigerator door disgusting. Material on seats of Chairs in breakfast area all cracked up. Ramada should be embarrassed.

Staff was very helpful and so very nice

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I sent a note via Expedia that I wold be arriving after midnight. The door was locked. The lady was T the desk. She saw me and heard me knocking in the door. She wasn’t going to let me in until my LYft driver also came and ponded in the door

Everything was dirty staff harassed us late at night while we were trying to sleep we ended up leaving early

The whole staff was very nice and made the experience so much better. We got in to check in at around 2:00 am and they made the process still quick and easy.

All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was awesome. Big selection of breakfast foods to choose from. The room was very nice and clean and also very quiet. Had no issues making our reservations online or checking in. And the room was also very appropriately priced for the area. Definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again.

This Ramada is on access road. I felt safe here. The property is dated, but the room was very clean (especially the bathroom) without any bad smells that you sometimes hear about. The room was large, and the bed and pillows were comfy. The other furniture was dated such as the chairs and tables. The fridge was very clean and the ice maker worked perfectly. The hot breakfast was good, especially the gravy. The chairs in the breakfast area are worn out and need to be replaced. This is fine for the price and area.

I did not feel safe. There were some seedy looking characters around the property. After10 minutes I checked out & went to a hotel that I felt safe at.

Love it right off the highway and convenient

I stayed at this property for five nights, the longest ever I have ever stayed at any hotel, for business reasons. Of all features about this hotel, its free breakfast is decent, fresh and welcome. Where, as here, the property is not close to any restaurant, this on-site free breakfast is almost a necessity. P.S. My thanks to the staff for allowing us to check in one hour ahead of 3 o'clock p.m.

The Hotel was comfortable, room was clean with a good size tv. Bed was comfortable and had a good breakfast.

This property offers standard amenities you'd expect from a 3-star motel. The room was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. Breakfast options were varied and included bagels, breads, oatmeal, cereals, freshly made waffles, fruit cups, yogurt, juices, and tea or coffee.

My booking through your platform, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. I’d like to share my concerns in the hopes of ensuring better quality control in the future. Ambiance Issues: The overall ambiance of the property was improper and did not meet the standard described on your website. Cleanliness Concerns: The room had noticeable stains on the floor and an unpleasant odor, wall sealing paint was falling on the floor making the stay uncomfortable. Poor breafast Experience: The breakfast provided was subpar, both in terms of quality and variety. I rely on Hotels.com for quality accommodations, but this stay did not reflect the level of service I expect. I hope you take these issues seriously and work with the property to address these shortcomings. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and any steps you plan to take.

It is older so needs a bit of updating but was simple and manageable. Wear and tear from time and a few stains. Need to put on bed covers to reduce bed bug risk, but we saw none after inspecting it. We had 2 lamps that we couldn't use because the switching were broken. Loved being able to have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. Breakfast was good, the gravy and biscuits were amazing. Overall we were satisfied for the price and had every necessity we needed to include fresh clean linens and soap/shampoo/conditioner.

For the base price (I paid $89) you get a clean room, bed, TV, bathroom/shower. That is all, no fridge, no in room microwave (it is available at the front office, if you need it). Include continental breakfast. Don't expect any luxuries. Fair place for one night sleep when travelling.
