Comfort Suites West Memphis I-40 I-55

Nice stay outside of Memphis. Very large room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Very nice staff. Room was clean and cold. Indoor heated pool. Lots of options at breakfast, more than I've seen in a long time. (Biscuits and gravy, pork and turkey sausage, grits, toast, bagel, pastry, waffle maker with 2 flavors, eggs scrambled and boiled, cheese) Great price.

The hotel is in great condition with parking that is friendly to trucks w/ trailers and semi's.

Buffet was out of juice, coffee, and butter. Staff kept taking a break. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken

It was a very nice, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Pool was nice also.

Customer Service was great, the front desk worker (black lady) was very friendly. Room was good and breakfast attendant was nice. Only was able to swim one day, not sure why the out of order was on the door. One of the reasons i chose the hotel. 10 overall tho

Great coffee machine!!!

Our room has black mold growing on the bathroom door frame and it looks like the bathroom floor hasn’t been swept in several stays. Hotel looks clean. Pool had visible dirt in piles on the bottom. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful!

Clean and spacious room, good room service and a wide variety of breakfast selections. Large parking lot shared by multiple hotels good for tractor trailer parking for hotel guests. Much appreciate!!

It’s a nice hotel but could use a little bit of polish. It only takes a little bit of extra cleaning and straightening to make a good hotel and look like a great hotel. The lady at the check in desk was very nice but like others have said, she was on a personal phone call the entire time. The pool area needs some attention as one section of ceiling is falling. The pool bottom needed vacuumed but the water was nice and VERY WARM. Like a giant bathtub. We slept well and ate well the next morning.

My room was dirty with fleas

The good about my stay at Comfort Inn Suites was the staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. However, the bad is as follows: once inside the room checking for cleanliness, I noticed a spot on the sheet that was turned down with the comforter. I got a set of sheets from the front desk and as I was removing the covers, I noticed stains on the sheets further down near the foot of the bed and after taking them off, the mattress cover and the mattress pad were both stained also. I had to take all of the coverings off the bed.The refrigerator was extremely loud and it had so much ice inside the refrigerator that it froze food that I had in there (it needs to be defrosted), the trash can was dirty, the sleeper sofa looks like it needs to be replaced, the walls were dirty and needs repainting. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and there were rust stains on the bottom of the door frame, the water wouldn't get hot so the shower was warm but not hot, and I had to run the microwave 3 to 4 times to heat up food. Besides all of what's listed above, the location was good and the overall appearance of the interior and exterior of the property is good.

First was sent to room with people sleeping inside and then sent to room with brown water coming out of the bathroom sink.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The tv in our room didn’t work but when we went to the front desk, she told us she didn’t have anyone else there to help and gave us a suggestion that took care of the problem. Our biggest complaint/concern was when we pulled down the comforter, there was blood on the sheet in a very obvious spot! We didn’t feel it would be of any use to go to the front desk as she had already told us she was alone. We put a towel over the blood and slept there anyway. I was disappointed that this was not seen and taken care of when the linen was changed. We informed the front desk of the problem in the morning.

Pull out couch was gross and stained, no linen. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, hair left behind from previous guest. The food in the lobby was stale. There was a family above us that ran around and stomped for over an hour during late hours. The front desk was helpful with that. Staff was nice but overall I would avoid staying here again

Very Clean

I was tired so I took a shower the next morning. Ran the water it was brown so I let it run and then got in the tub. The tub had cracks they were chipping. I poked my foot in the tub. I gott out the shower and called the front desk. Forgot to get her name. She said their suppose to fix the tub. I told her I hope my foot doesn't catch infection because it bleed a little. I pull my foot back really fast after I felt it being poked. I have stayed there a few times before with no problems, but this was a problem. Pay all that money for a rusted flaking bath tub. If I would've paid attention when I first got there I would've requested another room. Like I said I have stayed there 4 times before and had no issues. I should've recieved some type of compensation.

Good access from the highway. Place has been remodeled. Staff is helpful. The cleaning crew did a very poor job on the room. There was ketchup on the mirror and the wall. Stains on the table that would be washed off if they were clean. The shower and the toilet was not wiped well. Beds were comfortable but some yellow circles on some of the pillows.

The room was fine - nothing extravagant; but very quiet for getting a good sleep.

Room was just ok.. The young lady at front desk was very nice. TV remote had tape keeping the batteries in the remote. TV volume would be be so low and the next minute, it was so loud. Cold air kept coming out of the radiator. Had to turn up the thermostat on the wall. No water pressure in shower.

Couldn't check in cause the system was down. But when we did get a chance to check in The TVs didn't work. So we didn't have tv or internet

Check-in was an indication that it was not going to be a good stay. The person checking us in was too busy talking on her cell phone with a friend to interact with us. She was typing in our information while tilting her head toward her shoulder to keep her phone balanced as she had a personal conversation. The room did not have any drapes over the blinds which allowed too much light in the room. There may be a leak from the shower or some such thing as the bathroom floor was moist.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Breakfest was good. Hotel was nice in all ways except my phone and tablet could not find the wifi.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable and dirty

The bed was perfect!!! So soft and comfortable for those of us with joint pain. Very clean and like new hotel.

Veronica was very calm and professional checking us in, although there was a long line of guests checking in. She kept a good cheer and got us checked in efficiently.

Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and the housekeeping staff was careless and rude. When we checked in, the first room we were assigned was around 90 degrees. The heater was set as high as it could go, with the fan on high. We tried turning on the cooler to cool it down, but after approximately 20 minutes the room had only cooled down a few degrees and it was already very late, so we wanted to sleep rather than fight with the climate controls. The very friendly and helpful man working at the front desk moved us to another room with no complaints. The second room was also too warm, but we were able to get it cooled down. While we chose to stay in that room, the bathroom wasn't super clean and the sink didn't drain properly. Checkout at this property is at 11:00 am. Because we had checked in late at night, while I was checking in I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout and was told that by 11:30 the housekeepers would be knocking on the door to get us out. The next morning we were very conscientious of the time, and were out by 10:45, but at around 10:35 housekeeping knocked on our door. I did not answer, because I was in the bathroom and couldn't tell if they were knocking on our door or another door nearby. Then, ignoring the do not disturb sign, the housekeeper came into our room. This was completely unacceptable. I will not stay at this hotel again, and don't recommend it.

The front desk manager was top tier and handle every visit of the upmost importance her name was Angela and I think her attitude and attention to detail made me want to visit more comfort establishment and definitely will return to that location she goes above and beyond her duties as a front desk personnel.thanks for a wonderful experience

We stopped here after 23 hours in the car. We needed a safe, quiet, and comfy room and we got all three. Checkin was easy and staff was kind. We actually left a bag on accident in our room and they called within an hour to let us know. Great, affordable experience.

The facility was nice enough and clean, and they have a nice breakfast. Overall the staff was friendly. When we checked in the clerk told us that the card we had used with Expedia did not go through so we had to give them a different card. It was late, I was tired, and I gave them the same card and it was fine.. they ended up double charging us and now we’re having issues getting refunded

No problems with the property other than a little hard to find in heavy traffic

Easy access. Could use a few more handicap parking spots. Looks safe and so far has been quiet.

The hotel was very nice conveniently located off an exit. Able to walk to Cracker Barrel. Gas station available closeby also. Room was nice with two queen size beds and sleeper sofa. Nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine offered options of latte, cappachino, hot chocolate etc.

Difficult to find entrance. Very rough road

The hotel has been remodeled recently and it is very nice. The front desk was staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. They have biscuits and gravy!!

We arrived late for check in and hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was clean although the fold out couch mattress that we had to use looked like it had seen much better days. Our sheets and pillows were very clean and nice and bathroom had been remodeled and looked great. My one big negative was the breakfast. While lots of reviews talked about the variety, no one mentions the poor quality of the variety of foods. From the cold grits to the very low quality (probably powdered) scrambled eggs, it was hard to find much to be excited about. We mostly stuck to the pre-packaged items and the make-your-own waffle station. The coffee machine was DIY Starbucks that kept saying it was out of beans, but all we really wanted was regular, sub-par roasted black coffee. The dining area was very clean and tidy. Would stay again, but would just hit the chic-fil-a on the way out of town.

I absolutely love this hotel and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding.

Good clean property and rooms at great price. Overall staff was friendly and professional. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot breakfast was barely warm, scramble eggs didn't taste right and coffee was some sort of a mix of liquid contaption, wasn't real coffee in my opinion. Nothing like fresh brew coffee and this wasn't it. Other than that a decent stay.

There were no linens for the pullout sofa in the closet, so we had to ask for them. After a long travel day, this is just one more completely avoidable hassle. The breakfast was just OK. The scrambled eggs tasted like straight sulfur and were inedible. The sausage links were more fat-mush than meat. Hard boiled eggs were so old that they were actually discolored. Waffles were good.
