The door to the pool was broken so that we had to get staff to open it for us. The tv remote had dead batteries and the position of the tv was so that we had to hold our arm way up for it to work. Staff was ok, but felt like they didn’t want us here.

It was the best iv stayed in. The staff was frindly. The breakfest was big and there was so much food. The rooms are spacious and clean. They know when your in your room and when your out and they clean while you go out for the day, and there dog friendly. They even have a place for dogs to go to the bathroom out back. I know i will be staying there again.

The room was nice and the a/c was cold! The property is newer or newly renovated. Most of the staff were very friendly and inviting. The actual lady who checked us in could use some hospitality training. She literally spoke to me across the entire foyer and asked if I had a reservation, no "hello", "welcome" or "how are you?". On the other hand, Tamika was all smiles and very conversational. Made up for the coldness of her coworker! KUDOS, TAMIKA!!! The breakfast was very good. Self made waffles, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs and yummy bacon! Ready at 6:00. The pool was "closed for cleaning" all night? All and all, we very much appreciated our stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip. Thank you

The room that we booked was not available at this hotel which posed a problem for our family. The elevators had buckets because there was a leak in the shaft and the floors are thin therefore we heard the kids above us running up and down the hall until about 3am. Staff is friendly though.

Quick overnight passing through the area. Hotel had a lot of pets which was cool to see. Didn’t hear any as we were on the per floor. Happy to see a good clean pet friendly hotel.

Hotel is mostly clean and well taken care of. However do they vacuum when they “clean” Rooms? There was debris all over the corners and edges of the room and one of the beds was made w ripped sheets. A newer hotel needs to do better w room cleaning!

This hotel was right off the highway as you exit. Upon arrival the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything for breakfast and who would arrive when etc. It was very quiet for as many cars that I saw outside. We arrived around 11 pm. The rooms were clean, cold and comfortable. We slept comfortably.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The hotel itself appears clean. There is a strong mildew smell in the hallway like the carpet is dirty and wet. And the smell inside our room was almost unbearable. Every surface, door handle and light switch in the room was sticky like it had a film on it from being wiped down with a dirty rag or non diluted cleaner. The area seemed safe enough. Every member of the staff was very friendly.

Bathrooms were filthy. Hair (yes that kind…) all over toilet and floors. All the tile floors were sticky and the carpet felt damp. The showers had mold and mildew everywhere. The sink had grime all under it and obviously hadn’t been cleaned under in months. The eggs at breakfast were runny, very undercooked and the sausage was burnt. The coffee had an unpleasant gelatinous film floating in it that I literally had to spit out. Would NEVER stay here again.

Everything was good except the ac in our room wasnt working. It took like 2 hours to finally get another room, and i felt like we were inconveniencing the staff instead of the other way around. We moved and had ac and the rest of the stay was uneventful..

Comfortable bed! Shower was good, could have been cleaner! Room was stocked well with all amenities. Nice bath towels. Air conditioner didn't cool till 5:30 am. Kept reading 74, which was warm. It was 90 outside. TV didn't have many channels to watch. Breakfast was good.

Clean room! But tv did not work. Almost ALL channels were pixelated for the whole evening. Couldn’t change channels by just putting in the channel number, but had to put in channel 68 and then channel down one at a time till you got the channel you wanted! Tried to report the trouble 4 times but no answer from the front desk! Finally gave up and just turned off and went to sleep!

Stopped through for the night. Pros: easy off the interstate, comfortable beds, pretty good breakfast though not special. Cons: the doors are very thin, so you will hear everything in the halls and to an adjoining room; it is billed as pet friendly but they upcharge $25 per night and have you sign a separate waiver. Overall pretty good

It was the best iv stayed in. The staff was frindly. The breakfest was big and there was so much food. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were initially very upset with the hotel (they charged us a$100.00 deposit because we booked through a third party). It was the only hotel we have stayed at who did this (10-12 different trips in 12 months). Other than that we found a lot of stains on the underside of the comforter on the bed. On the bright side - the room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast had real eggs and the sausage was delicious. Food was so good that the local police eat there. All in all it is a hotel we would stay at again.

Stayed here as a half-way point to our destination. The woman at check-in was rather rude. She was addressing my husband even though the reservation was in my name. When he told her as much, she continued being rude. The room was nice. The only downside was that during the night there was a man in the hallway that woke both of us up. He was coughing for quite a while and sounded like he was right there in our room so that was a little disturbing.

Property charged a $100 incidentals fee. That was fine but then they posted it to my card. So I called property and was told would be credited in 2 to 3 days. Now I have to make sure it actually gets credited. What a pain to deal with. I understand the fee but leave in pending since there were no incidental charges. No other property posts these kinds of fees. I will avoid La Quinta in the future.

I just want to tell you what great staff you have! I believe the lady who checked us in was named Tayissha. She was so welcoming and kind when I checked in. I saw her several more times and she greeted me by name every time! She also handled stress well-there was a false fire alarm that went off around 11pm and she was inundated with people. Many of us were in the lobby and the phone was ringing off the hook. She did a great job of staying calm and calming guest who weren’t always so kind to her. She’s a true professional and a great “face” for your organization to the public.

Extremely clean- many housekeeping staff hard working around the property. All were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit rough, and pretty cheaply put together. I wish I would have taken a picture of all the shriveled up, overcooked sausage.

We always enjoyed staying here when in the area. Only issue we had was there was hair in the shower floor when we checked in. Easy to clean up but just not what we have experienced on our other visits. Breakfast was good, not great. Food was warm, not hot.

Plumbing drains slow. After a short shower there was 4 inches of water in the tub. I had time to dry and dress before it drained. The sink was not better. The bath drain plug was pulled out of the drain exposing the old corroded pipe… the bathroom was clean but the plumbing was not included in the last renovation. Bad calking.. corroded pipes and flushing handle on toilet. I didn’t eat the breakfast. It was poorly executed. Water in the eggs. Meats way over microwaved.. dark.. dry.. and curling up sausage patties. I stopped looking after that.

Hotel sits beside a Cracker Barrel. Hotel's breakfast was excellent. The scrambled eggs actually tasted like they should, not like we usually get at other hotels. We now only stay at hotels that have one of those great waffle makers, which this hotel had. The bed and pillows were also great.
