Awesome customer service! Max, Kaitlin, and 2 other people were working on our 2 nights Howell and were always there to help and answer questions. (I lost my list of names, hoping i can go back and add them!) Thx again for the milk! Hot chocolate was an added bonus!

The room was very out dsted carpet is stained mattress needs replaced. Wind was blowing through window didnt close tight. Toilet seat needs repair. The windows dont have anything to close to keep light out. Not sure smoke alarm works it had something over looked like a diaper. Staff was very polite, courteous, and very helpful. Would i stay here again? Probably not

The room was nice. Staff were mixed- the reception staff and night time housekeeping staff were good. The breakfast attendant was poor.
