I've stayed at this hotel several times. I always get the room location that I asked for. Normally, very well satisifed with my stay at this hotel. The downside was the remote control to the TV. It looked like something they got out of a landfill. It was basically destroyed. It had been glued together, and the channel and volume buttons were shattered. I went to the front desk and asked for another one. The clerk gave me basically the same remote. I returned to my room only to have the tv screen tell me the batteries were low and would need an exchange. Back to the desk I go. This time I get again the same destroyed remote, though with new batteries. I asked the clerk if she had just handed me the same remote that I had previously changed. She replied, "It works.". Even then, there was no cover for the batteries. The pool desperately needed vacuuming. Looked as though it had not been cleaned n two-three weeks. Bottom was grimy. Front desk personnel not very friendly. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.

Stay here a fair amount due to location, nice staff and big rooms. Decent fitness center and good breakfast! Only complaint is king size fitted sheet kept coming loose…too small. Bathroom was bright and water was hot!

It was an okay property. The room was clean. But it needs updated. The paint coming off the bathroom door, and its old. The pool area needs TLC. The pool needs cleaned, it was yellow and looked dirty, did not want to get in. Ashtray tube was totally full. There were big ant hills in the cracks with ants everywhere, should really be taken care of.

We were told upon arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance. Since i was traveling with children and had promised them a chance to swim, i ended up having to pay for water park tickets. The air conditioning in our room was putting out a high amount of moisture, leaving the bedding damp. It turns out that they rented the room knowing this. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay again but I'll call before booking to make sure the pool is operative.

We were there three nights, never received housekeeping. I had to ask for someone to trade dirty towels on the second day. Lights didn’t work in part of the room, some of the outlets didnt work. Trash all around parking area. Staff wasn’t rude but definitely NOT helpful or friendly. They basically ignored the guests. Very disappointing stay. Will not go back.

The hotel was very nice. The only problem was we arrived around 2:30 and they had us wait till 3:00 to check in. We never had that happen before. The hallways and entrance area smelled like fresh flowers but the rooms had a musty smell. We went out and got an air freshener and spray to help. We would go back to this hotel in the future.

We stayed 3 nights as a short “getaway” from real life. Our room was cozy, comfy and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows; a strong, hot shower; and a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room was quiet despite being close to the lobby and breakfast area. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and the rate was exceptionally reasonable. Having the shopping centers and restaurants directly across the street was a huge plus! We will definitely return for another getaway!

Nice enough place and workers were all great. Problem is the owner is too cheap to pay for decent TV channels in the rooms. Can't even get main networks let alone ESPN or any other cable network.

First, the air in the room was not working properly. We set it to 70, but it would not cool the room. The compressor would kick off constantly after about 1 minute. I requested for it to be addressed twice and they said they would send someone up to look, but no one ever came to check it. I paid in advance through hotels.com, $555, then was charged $386 for the room the day before I checked out. When I realized this, I called the hotel and was left on hold for 15 minutes by the receptionist. I thought they forgot about me waiting so I hung up and called back. She answered the phone and I restated the reason for my call and she responded with “uh huh, I didn’t forget you, I was just busy handling something else”. She briefly looks at my account and says she can’t see a payment from hotels.com and I’d have to call the next day and speak to someone else. I still don’t have this resolved and about to let my company dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Horrible customer service from check-in to check out. Cold showers, broken ice machine on every floor, broken washer and dryers. Police called on our group every night by the same staff member, towels were never replaced with clean ones unless asked. No more BW for me EVER!

The hotel was great. The first night I was there, I was sleeping. At 2am I heard clicking noises. It turned out to be the front desk person trying to open my door. I asked if she needed help. I looked through the peep hole and she was standing there with two guests.l with their luggage. She responded with I’m sorry I got the wrong room. It was a horrible nights sleep.

Our experience with this hotel was perfect. I based this rating for the following reason: 1. Check-in was a breeze. Mr. Willie at the front desk was very nice and made the check-in easy. 2. Location, location, locating. The location of this hotel is perfect for dining, shopping, driving over to Mobile. 3. Room. It was super nice and very clean. I asked for a room away from noise, like the elevator, vending/ice machine and they were able to accommodate us. 4. Housekeeping - Dutches was the housekeeper on our floor. She was very nice and my husband and I could tell that she's about her business. She didn't come there to play, just to do her job. Very nice! We will definitely stay here again.

It was aweful Went with 12 baseball boys and the parents! Each had a room. We also had family etc booked over 19 rooms in our group! The hotel was full of kids for a weekend baseball tournament. Not just our team! The staff was rude, the washer was broken, cleaning crews for the towel and room refresh didn’t show up a couple nights , the hotel would constantly call the cops on the kids playing football outside or sitting in the lobby… it was a complete disaster… the cops were called every night… they even would lie and tell the cops 6 people were fighting in the lobby to get the to show up So very disappointed. Please NOTE: i travel ALLOT

Good location close to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. We stayed in a nicely decorated room with a sofa, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was pretty good. We had something break in our room and it took two tries to get someone to take care of it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is clean, excellent customer service and breakfast. The breakfast is amazing has a variety of food including eggs, cheese, potato, sausage, waffle, and cereal, juice. The man who served the breakfast is very helpful and made sure to re full the food every 10 minutes or so. Overall a great stay.

Night staff was very good. Morning staff seemed to be bothered by you. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Not much choice. Sausage but no eggs. Cereal and waffles that was mostly it. No one tending to it. Someone tapped on my door at 5:30 am. Not sure if I felt totally safe. Would not stay there again.
