This is a great place to stay in Bangkok. Reasonably priced and better than a five-star hotel. Friendly, efficient reception, comfortable rooms with all amenities. The gym and pool are the only drawbacks - too small and limited. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

Picture on website is misleading. The pool & gym on the roof picture is overly exaggerated. Its a very small pool & the gym is the size of a closet. The Hotel is located in the meddle of a party like what we wanted. You can hear the music all night. Bars lines up & down the street. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Since its a tourist area taxi are lined the street hustling you for over price tours & over price ride. Don't fall for it. Property itself was what was expected for what we paid for. It did the job.

The hotel is awesome with a plus. It has a free coffee machine in the lobby & water & some juice of the day. The hotel room has a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Ironing board & iron was also in room. Has a gym & a pool. POOL Is ok just a lap pool. Gym is decent. Staff are friendly. PEN looked after me at check in.The only downside was the noise from all the sourrounding clubs. I was part of the noise from the club & was drunk enough to ignore it. If your a family with kids stay at Soi 8 location instead give this hotel a 10/10

料金と比較して部屋も広く、キッチンもあり便利。アメニティもお願いすると直ぐに持って来てくれる。ホテルスタッフはみんな親切でした。最寄駅から若干離れていますが、無料のトゥクトゥクがあるので問題なし。配管の工事を平日昼間のみ行うとのことだったが、22:00頃に工事をしているような音が聞こえてくる日があった。冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の残して行った食品が残っていたこと、若干汚れていたことだけ残念だった。

Pigeons nesting in ceiling. One night pigeon droppings came through light fixture over bed. If we were sleeping would have landed right on my girlfriend. She was so freaked out we had to change hotels. Staff did nothing to compensate for trauma. I have stayed here many times in the past but don’t think I will stay here in the future

The hotel has gone downhill a bit in the last twelve months, it took two walks to reception to get the wifi working the shower head was dysfunctional and the room service didn’t turn up till six pm on the second night

The noisiest place I have ever stayed in Bangkok. I’m not referring to the expected loud street noises - this place had head banging, vibrating, thumping disco music that throbbed all the way to the 7th floor where I got moved to for the second night. The first night I was on the 3rd floor - it was unbearable. They kindly moved me to the 7th floor. The staff are great - kind and responsive. This hotel is for party- peeps - it’s on one of the busiest soi’s with night clubs up and down the street. Yes, lesson learned, but no one else should learn this lesson unless they plan on being out all night partying. The room was clean and what I signed up for - the staff were A - but seriously avoid if you go to bed before 2 AM when the sound slowly dies down - usually takes until 4 AM for all the transport to deliver the party people to wherever they are going. Note that earplugs are not enough.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok and had a great experience overall. The apartment layout was practical, with a living room and kitchen integrated into one space. The master bedroom had a queen bed with an attached bathroom and toilet, while the second bedroom had twin beds. There was also a separate toilet room and a shower room, which was enough for our group. We traveled with three adults, a toddler, and an infant. The hotel provided a crib as requested, and we also asked for a non-street-facing high-floor room since the hotel is on a busy street. They accommodated our request well. Our main purpose was to visit Bumrungrad Hospital, and the location was very convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. However, walking with a stroller on the street was difficult, so we found it much easier to take a taxi instead. The hotel has a designated car parking area, which made taxi pickups and drop-offs much smoother. If you’re a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the street a bit much. However, we used a white noise machine, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The rooftop pool was a decent size, and our toddler had so much fun there. We also requested a late check-out, and the staff was very accommodating. There is an Indian restaurant on the ground floor, though we didn’t try their breakfast. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower, and the water temperature

Excellent stay here. Rooms come with equipped kitchen with dishes and nice sized refrigerator. Perfect location filled with a vast amount of dining options. 5 mins walk to Nana MRT station. Very nice shower with good bathroom and toilet. Great sitting area as well with a roll out partition to separate living areas from bedroom. Enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again.

This would be a 10/10 hotel if it wasn’t on one of the noisiest streets in Bangkok. While this wouldn’t normally be a problem if the hotel had insulated external walls and double glazing, this one doesn’t. If you’re planning on nightclubbing every night of your stay, this will not be a problem though :-)

The Citadines was a nice property right in the middle of the action in sukhumvit 11. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Loved that it’s close to the coffee club which became my favorite go to for breakfast. Overall I was pleased with the whole stay. One downside was that I communicated with the hotel about my arrival time and asked about early check in (1am) and they said they would keep a room ready for me. And when I got there they said i had to wait til 2 pm so I had to pay for a half day which was not what was communicated. Besides that everything was fine

There is nothing wrong with property itself - nice staff, good rooms, may be only negative point is pressure and temperature in the shower. There is one huge problem - location! You wont be able to sleep without earplugs as its surrounded by clubs. And on some nights everything will be vibrating from the sound, so you wont sleep even with ear plugs. its a shame really, as I said hotel is pretty good actually.

Third time staying at Citadines. For me it was the worst time so far. Not so much the hotels fault but since the new bars with live music right outside are bumping all night long, it got a bit bothersome.

Citadines on Soi 11 is at the center of action and everything you need is walkable. And i mean anything. You can walk to Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Thermae Cafe, BTS and remember you are on Soi 11 where action is at night.

There was a bar right beside the property that played loud music until 4am every night. I had to buy ear plugs. The property is well worth the price if you are ok with bar music at night. It is definitely a party street and there are many places to eat and everything is walkable. I enjoyed my stay and the people were very nice.

I honestly have nothing against the hotel itself. It was great and so were the staff there! They run a very efficient and clean establishment with a small pool (more for adults than kids) and connection to an Indian restaurant that does the breakfast. They also have a good gym that is small but has everything one might need. The hotel is also very close to a train station. My only issue with the hotel is that the area it is in is rough. It was very loud late into the night almost any night of the week and dining options were incredibly expensive compared to even a few streets away. Also, lots of sellers on that street corner sell horrifying products very vulgarly which I was not anticipating. In my opinion: great hotel on a party street.

Used to be a decent hotel years back. Seems it changed ownership, and cut costs across the board. Indian breakfast gave us food poisoning both days, and constant staring at what we put on our plates was very uncomfortable. We didn't go back to the restaurant after that. Wont be returning again. What a shame!

Hotel vieillissant, chambre sent l'humidité. Pas de vue sur la ville comme indiqué dans la description mais vis à vis directe sur les climatisations extérieures de l'immeuble d'en face. Pas d'insonorisation, on entend le bruit dans la rue jusqu'à 3h du matin. Piscine toute petite sur le toit et bien moins jolie que sur les photos. Restaurant fermé donc pas de petit déjeuner possible.

The property was excellent my friend from Thailand which is a security officer, recommend this property to me it’s was very nice room are very put together clean my friend name is Ekkrain .the only downside to this property was there was not a restaurant on this property but everything was close by walking distant.I recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay there again
