My overall stay at this hotel was great! Enjoyed time with the family in the pool and alone in the whirlpool. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with any questions or requests that I had. The only drawback for me was the breakfast options. The waffle maker area was the best, but the hot food options of eggs and meat were just ok. On both mornings the meat was pork and there was no other option of like turkey sausage or turkey bacon when I asked.

Hampton inn is a good place to stay close to college and stores breakfast was very good,gym is small and mostly cardio,dumbbells but no weight machines .been here before and will be back again before son graduates.

Good location for event i was attending, local stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lobby nicely appointed with holiday decorations. Beds were very comfotable. My room was outdated with old chipped furniture. There was a wait for clean towels. Not enough towels for 4 people staying in room. Ice machine not working on 3rd flood.

Clean, enjoyed the pool and appreciated provided pool towels. Breakfast was nice for the kids and the staff member there was great and on top of things. I suggest more recycling options in the hotel, especially at breakfast considering the paper plates say on them in large print that they're recyclable. Glad there was at least one plastics bin in the lobby though.

No shade on the window of a west facing room? Really? Also, not one cup in the room to take a drink and the towels looked like they needed to be replaced. On the positive side, the room was nice, especially the chaise lounge.

The hotel was easy to book, the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, no issues. The only "complaint" would be it is next to a railroad track and the train went by a couple of times in the middle of the night blowing its horn at full blast. Other then that, it was very quiet. Very nice free breakfast in the morning. Both hot and cold, a lot of selections.

The staff here are excellent. From the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was decent as well with the usual things offerered. It’s the hotel itself. I know it was updated within the last 10 years but something about our room felt dingy. It was dark, the pillows weren’t great, the bed was ok. I didn’t feel unsafe so I may stay here again.

Largely my stay was fine. I had a slight issue checking in that evening. because I booked through a 3rd party she refused to add my Hilton honors information. There was no water available (something I enjoy with my Hilton status). She just had a all around poor attitude. Other than that my stay was fine.

Very clean. Wonderful breakfast staff. Very helpful and kind! The male at check-in took 30 min could not find a room for me. I did not have toothpaste and he gave me enough for one brush. When I asked for more he Reminded me he had already given me some. Said very rudely. The females at the desk were very nice and welcoming!

After a long day of travel, upon arrival to this hotel, we were informed during check- in that our room reservation had been cancelled due to unavailable rooms. This reservation had been paid in full 3 weeks prior to our trip. We were informed at 1:30 via email in the same day, but did not see it during travel. This is completely unacceptable. The property upkeep seemed nice in the outside and in the lobby, however, we never made it passed the front desk. As a result, I cannot give a full rating to reflect the rooms. We were highly disappointed in this service and expected more from Hampton, as we frequently choose Hampton hotel as our choice of lodging.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff are excellent. However, the woman who makes the breakfast is terrible. One of the mornings, she got out the serving utensils and some of the items a half hour after breakfast opened and some people had eaten and left. Some of the food, too, is barely passable. The woman who takes care of the coffee is superb. They should let her get the breakfast ready.

The breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced. Only eggs were FROZEN hard boiled eggs, minimal bread options, weak coffee, only small apples for fruit, waffle maker didn't make the waffles crispy. Very unlike some other chain hotels with just right scrambled eggs, variety of cold cereals, fresh fruit and nice hearty coffee.
