Amazing property! Stunning views, lovely spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Have the convenience of the restaurant and cafe onsite and mini golf and pools and spas. Will definitely be coming back again

Beautiful gardens and grounds. Fantastic spa and pool area. Very clean and maintained beautifully. Lift wasn’t working, that didn’t bother us but for a person in wheelchair or not able to walk up stairs would have been hard..

We Had 2 hours to relax by the pool, there were a handful of kids that were not staying at the resort yelling and jumping in and out the pool, found old bandaids on the ground where we were sitting. Facilities were old, outdated and run down. No ice in the guest ice machine and when asked at the bar for a bucket of ice we copped attitude because the bar ‘were low on buckets’ Overall a pretty average experience at Novotel and Definetly will not be staying here again.

Nice and chill location. Big compound. Has a hot jacuzzi pool. Tried calling room service and front desk on first night for 10x and no one answered. Found cockroaches in the room twice. Cleaning of room was ok. Service can be improved for sure.

The room was filthy, bathroom ceiling covered in dead bugs and when we turned the aircon on it blew chunks of black dust all over the table. Shower head was loose and couldnt be tightened so just flopped and sprayed at the wall. Very poor for how much we paid. Was cool having kangaroos outside our room though. Ordered food at the restaurant, the rest of our table ordered with the qr code and got their food quickly. We ordered an entree and main at the counter and our food took forever to come. When asked we were told that people who come up and order in person lose priority and their food comes much later ..... odd. Our entree and main came out together about half an hour after everyone elses meals. Will not be returning. Such a poor stay.

Very enjoyable stay in a very clean and spacious room, looking out onto the golf couse. We also had an excellent set menu dinner in Muscats restaurant. Great deal offering a $10 voucher for each night you choose not to have housekeeping services which we used in the bar.

This was a private residence managed by Novotel, so large and convenient for the family. Cleanliness could be improved and the residence was old and tired with stains and holes in the lounge furniture. As it is close to family I would stay again, but only for that reason as there are not many accomodation options in Ellenbrook

I liked the walkability of the resort and the wildlife on the resort. Check-in was busy with wedding guests and a long drive to the room again. Parking at the unit was not enough. Room was disappointing, Paid $445 but felt like a $200 room. Curtains had holes in, towels had holes in and was hard, both pillows was dirty. Not even a complimentary water? Restaurants closed early and no room service was available after 20h00. Spa bath wasn't clean and guest toilet had pee drip marks on the floor. Utterly disappointing and will never see me again.

For what I paid I would have expected a higher standard. Upon arrival the car park was a nightmare half of it was a construction site and you share the carpark with the golf club. There was also a wedding on which left very little parking. The duty manager was extremely rude and definitely didn't enjoy working in customer service. When we finally got to our room we had a walk around the curtains are dirty the basin was dirty had brown water marks in and around it there was hair in the bath. The bedding had dirt marks on it. The mini bar fridge hadn't been cleaned and there was dirty water and green slime like goo in the tray. On a positive the grounds are beautiful and the younger staff were lovely. I am not sure if I'd stay again for the price I've stayed in better for cheaper.

The staff were lovely. The room was lovely with a good view. The only thing was it was very noisey in the room above us sounded like someone running across the room constantly went on until about 11pm we worked out it must have been a gym above us because we heard what sounded like weights being dropped on the floor too. Thank you it is a lovely place to stay other than the noisy gym above.

This a a beautiful hotel in the Swan Valley. Rooms are large and spacious and well equipped. Beds is very comfortable, could do with alternative size pillows though as the ones we had were all quite high and not comfortable. Gardens were well maintained and the pool looked very inviting. Parking was a distance from the rooms however and would recommend luggage on wheels as you will need to walk it a fair distance. Would definitely stay again though.

Would not stay again, property itself is well maintained but they only have 1 cafe open for dinner which has minimal food options all of the dishes I tried were terrible. No byo food or drink and the pool but no pool bar open on a weekend on a 36degree day. Internet didnt work so tv could only watch free to air options. Breakfast was average and not worth the money. They downgraded our room and only offered hotel credit but no refund available. Sorry but I won't be back

No fridges in the rooms, just coolers. This means the mini bar is not cold (beer, wine, cool drinks). Ice available on request but no storage for your own food or drinks in a fridge in your room. Staff unaware of where local shops were.

No WiFi. Apartments are individually owned and so access WiFi in lobby which is a three minutes walk away. WiFi is only available in the resort rooms. Hotels.com said WiFi in public area and my wrong for not reading small print and expecting WiFi is universally available but thought I should warn others.

Property location is good.shower heads were not working proper. Due to tile flooring in resorr, outside loud noise comes to room when any stuff,trolley gets transported or people checkout with their suitcases. Barista coffee charge is extra for buffet breakfast

The rooms were spacious and clean. all the switches and plugs were in the correct places to charge the devices and control the lights. The shower was roomy and clean, you got a choice of two shower heads to choose big overhead type and handheld. The staff are very friendly and helpful. we were disappointed the Restuarant was not open. highly recommend to stay even if you're not a Golfer like us

My friends bought me a birthday cake and i rang the reception requested for their staff to bring a knife, plates and forks to our room. The replied was adamant. I will need to go down to the cafe and bring it up myself. I asked shouldnt your staff bring the utensils up. The reception said i will transfer your call to the cafe but when i asked will they bring it up and his replied was im not sure. This is not room service. It is self service. As usual, the phone rang out. I have no choice but to went downstair to get the utensils for my birthday cake. Evening was the same where i was trying to order a food room service and the scan code was not working at all. I rang the reception to ask for assistance but was abruptly transfer to the cafe which dont even pick up their phone. I have no choice but to bring both of my kids 4 and 8 years old down to the cafe for dinner. The queue was long, i have waited 15 mins to order plus food waiting time was 40 mins. I will never come back again

Was charged by Expedia Then Novotel changed me $300 for the night! I pointed this out to them after noticing the next day . 48hrs later still waiting for refund. Funny they can take money out of your account immediently but can’t refund the same way. Staff were friendly . Noisy kids running a muck till late . Restraunt only open 2 nights a week . Limited options at cafe . Wet only covered in a Pool towel patrons allowed in dining area. Kids fighting in dining area . Nothing done .

It is a bit frayed around the edges, but that works to the guests' advantage, as its still affordable. The only negative is that we had to drive 1 Km from reception to the car park, even though its only a few hundred feed from check in (seems silly). Other than that, this place was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant was nice, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was large and the room had a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard. We also loved the kangaroos everywhere.

The property was beautiful and green, as it is part of a golf course. Kangaroos next to the rooms, really lovely to open the curtains and there they are. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Great breakfast. Great place. Best We have stayed at so far. Only issue is noisy kids all over, especially at the pool, but thats not the hotels fault. People should control their children better. Thank for a wonderful stay
